The Democrats can’t win unless they cheat which is why they are fiercely fighting to block voter ID laws. Democrat gutter lawyer Marc Elias has filed at least two lawsuits to stop Repair The Vote’s attempt to introduce voter ID laws in Nevada. Marc Elias is best known for his work promoting Hillary Clinton’s fake Russia dossier in 2016 and doing the dirty work for the Democrat machine to make sure there are no voter ID laws. Marc Elias and the corrupt Democrat party took a huge loss on Friday. In a unanimous decision, the Nevada Supreme Court on Friday ruled in favor of the voter ID ballot initiative

We all know the 150 reasons that require an ID. And voting needs to be added to that list. No one seems to be upset by this requirement except the democrats. And since they have no valid arguments they bring up the race card. Please, will someone in the so called minority communities (blacks, hispanics, asian, any and all of them) call out these cheaters loudly and in their face that you are smart enough to get an ID. I am sure most of you actually have a valid picture ID as you also partake in the above 150 activities that require an ID. So actually the only thing we need is a bill to require a photo ID to vote. I am not sure about a national ID card (lots of pros and cons) but there needs to be some proof that you are who you say you are and an American citizen. The dems are very good at cheating. And with FJB in the toilet I am sure they already have plans on the drawing table. We have 10 million + illegals wandering around our country. Planned by the dems to get new voters into the system legal or not.

Marc Elias is the jerk best known as the one who invented "Lawfare" against conservatives. He is evil incarnate, and considered "Teflon" by the MSM and RINO "elites." #1, anyone with a valid American birth certificate and proof of residence can get a (non-drivers license) photo ID at their local DMV. So no national ID needed. Years ago I saw a video of a reporter going into Harlem and asking residents if they had photo ID. Every one of them did and was insulted at the suggestion that they were incapable of getting one. Too bad that they didn’t change their voting habits based on that insult.

GOP and RNC need to do a much better job focusing on this type of issue, and the outdated voter registration rolls (millions of people have moved and died in the past 4-5 years, in particular) to ensure they are up to date and cleared of people who've moved, died, been incarcerated, developed dementia/Alzheimers, etc.. That the laws are followed and the emergency provisions installed by Court orders during the pandemic are removed unless the State Constitution allows them to remain instead of needing the Legislature to enact such changes. This is simply to ensure those who are voting aren't being disenfranchised.

When I was in fifth grade, my teacher was Sister Mary Concepción. In ancient times, there was one classroom, one teacher, and 35 hellions that the elderly sister had to handle. With a combination of a ruler and a stare that could freeze Icarus, she taught us many things. She taught us how to read the right way, how to think critically, how to write to be understood, and how math infused our daily lives. Sister Concepción was an Irish immigrant. She came to America at a time when the Irish were discriminated against. "No Irish need apply" signs were everywhere.

The Louisiana State House on Tuesday passed a bill that would punish those who poison pregnant women with abortion drugs without their consent. Like many, I was appalled when the FBI raided former President Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence in August of 2022. While it was difficult in the fog of the ordeal to get a solid fix on what exactly the feds were after, the notion that the raid and subsequent prosecution were highly political in nature was inescapable — particularly when President Joe Biden's own classified document imbroglio came to light...and then was allowed to shuffle off into oblivion due to Biden's being deemed a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory." With the multiple criminal cases pending against Trump —

President Joe Biden is currently losing the 2024 presidential race to former President Donald Trump. If the election were held tomorrow, Trump would win -- likely convincingly. The fact that this is increasingly obvious, and that Biden finds himself fighting an uphill battle to prolong his already ancient political career, has precipitated some epic handwringing on the MSNBC airwaves and a veritable five-alarm fire at the Democratic National Committee. The big polling news last week was that The New York Times/Siena College, one of the country's most accurate pollsters, has Trump up in five of the six most important swing states -- including an astonishing 13-point cushion in light-blue Nevada,

How might we change the premise of Social Security to make it fully funded, more equitable, and sustainable indefinitely? Social Security is societal insurance, not an individual retirement plan. It’s intended to protect individuals against income loss due to retirement, disability, or death. It supports disabled individuals, survivors, and children and reduces poverty. Social Security protects taxpayers across American society. Without Social Security, millions would face poverty, straining families and state and local governments, increasing inequality, and destabilizing the economy.

While parents broadly support disclosure rules and have approved them in many school districts, state leaders, including the attorney general — who has supported lawsuits against districts with disclosure rules — say these efforts harm transgender children. In the past year, school districts across California have adopted measures requiring parents to be notified if their children request to officially change their pronouns, go by a different name, or use facilities or school programs for children of the opposite gender.
