America was once a nation of free-thinking individualists priding themselves on the constitutional idea that God ordained and endowed each person as an end unto himself with rights to think, act, believe, and behave according to personal thoughts, conscience, and individual interest. According to the Declaration of Independence, those “inalienable rights” include the pursuit of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Therefore, because government’s power is derived from the consent of the free, the job of those running the country is to “secure,” not undermine those rights and freedoms.

On February 18, “Harvard Faculty and Staff for Justice in Palestine” posted an anti-Semitic meme to their Instagram account which purportedly explains why black Americans should naturally ally with Palestinian Arabs. Under the heading “African people have a profound understanding of [Israeli] apartheid and occupation,” was a cartoon from 1967 depicting a Jew with a rope around the necks of both Egyptian-Arab dictator Gamal Abdel Nasser and Black boxing superstar Muhammad Ali. The hangman’s hand bore the Star of David and a dollar sign. Behind the roped Arab and black captives, a muscular black arm labeled the “Third World Liberation

Want more food deserts in San Francisco?
Here's how you get more food deserts in San Francisco.
According to Reason magazine: The San Francisco Board of Supervisors is considering a remarkable policy that would allow people to sue grocery stores that close too quickly.
Earlier this week, Supervisors Dean Preston and Aaron Peskin introduced an ordinance that, if passed, would require grocery stores to provide six months' written notice to the city before closing down.

Chanel Rion: The Department of Injustice is playing cleanup for the Biden family of perverts, and you are paying for it. Case in point, on April 3, 2024, the DOJ asked a Southern district of New York, Judge, to sentence a single mother of two, Aimee Harris, to 10 months in prison for having found first daughter, Ashley Biden’s diary, in a Florida halfway house.
Immediately after this announcement, I noticed something strange. The news media, dutifully parroted the DOJ’s exact language from their press release, describing the situation and labeling the woman who found the diary as the Diary Thief,

Dennis Prager brought up an important topic: “What has ever replaced Judeo-Christian values and been morally superior?” As he phrased it, “if you get rid of X, you would assume that Y is better. Otherwise, why get rid of X? So what has worked out better?” It’s becoming obvious now that the fascist far left is following the Martin Niemoller poem. First, they came for the Jews, and now they’re coming for Christians. So what wondrous Utopia — from the title of a book written 500 years ago about a socialist society — would the ruling-class left

President Trump’s lawyer John Eastman was officially disbarred this week after a judge ruled he should have his law license stripped for challenging the 2020 election.
Eastman on Thursday asked a California judge to pause the disbarment ruling, citing massive legal fees.
Trump 2020 election lawyer John Eastman faced disbarment in California for ‘undermining democracy’ by trying to ‘overturn the presidential election.’
The January 6 Committee sent the feds after John Eastman because he dared to take action against the Democrats and their massive election fraud operation in 2020.

Should illegals fresh in through that hole in the border fence be getting more money than disabled U.S. veterans, some of whom are sleeping on the streets?
Only in Joe Biden's world of wide open borders.
According to Newsweek: A family of four migrants in New York City receives more monthly funding than a family of four that includes a military veteran who receives disability compensation.

As previously reported, Ashley Biden, Joe Biden’s youngest daughter, left her diary under a mattress at the Palm Beach rehab home following a stay at a treatment facility. Two individuals who found Ashley Biden’s diary at a halfway house later sold the diary to James O’Keefe and Project Veritas.
In a January 2019 entry, Ashley Biden recalled how she used to shower with her father, Joe Biden, and suggested it may have contributed to a sex addiction.

Former music mogul Suge Knight has issued a stern warning to his long-time industry rival, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, suggesting that his life may be at risk due to undisclosed “secrets.”
Marion Hugh Knight Jr., better known as Suge Knight, was the co-founder of Death Row Records.
Knight, a once-powerful figure in 1990s hip-hop, was instrumental in launching the careers of West Coast rap legends like Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and Tupac Shakur.
However, his reign was marred by controversy and legal troubles. Knight is currently serving a 28-year prison sentence for a 2015 hit-and-run incident.

The Gateway Pundit reported on Monday that Homeland Security agents raided rapper and business mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Comb’s Los Angeles mansion as part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation.
The lawsuit filed by producer Rodney Jones claims Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs used his affiliation with Prince Harry, along with other big-time celebrities such as T.D. Jakes, to give himself and his associates legitimacy when throwing sex-trafficking parties where sexual abuse allegedly occurred.
The celebrities in Jones’s lawsuit have not been named defendants in the sex trafficking case.

A 2018 letter from Michael Cohen’s lawyers admitting Trump knew nothing about the Stormy Daniels ‘hush money’ transaction re-emerged as the judge set the trial for April 15.
Last year the Daily Mail obtained a 2018 letter from Michael Cohen’s lawyer stating Cohen used his own personal money to pay Porn Star Stormy Daniels in 2016.
The letter also states that the Trump Org nor the Trump campaign reimbursed Michael Cohen for the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels.

The day before yesterday on NBC News, former host of “Meet the Press” Chuck Todd castigated the management of his network during a live broadcast.
Todd’s grouse?
NBC’s hiring of former Republican National Committee chairwoman Ronna McDaniel: “Let me deal with the elephant in the room. I think our bosses owe you an apology for putting you in this situation,” whined the sanctimonious Todd as he launched into a minute-long rant.
