Newly-elected Republican National Committee (RNC) chairman Michael Whatley and co-chairwoman Lara Trump, in their first joint interview since locking down the positions on Friday, explained to Breitbart News that a “new dawn” has set in at the GOP’s main party committee and everything is about winning in November.
Whatley and Trump, the daughter-in-law of former President Donald Trump and wife of Trump’s son, Eric Trump, were elected on Friday by members of the RNC as the new chair and co-chair of the RNC. They replace now former chairwoman Ronna McDaniel and were supported by the former president, who just locked down the GOP presidential nomination this week

I had been told that Joe Biden, the president of the United States, would be delivering the 2024 State of the Union Address on Thursday, March 7. As it happened, he didn’t. Instead, he indulged in a surreal, medically enhanced species of primal scream therapy. This was laced with liberal dollops of what Freudians call “projection,” accusing his political opponents of stifling democracy when everyone outside the orbit of the state propaganda machine knows that the surveillance apparatus over which Biden presides — ex officio, at least — is a self-perpetuating machine for extinguishing democracy and its prime nutrient, frank commitment to the truth.

Just one day after President Biden delivered a State of the Union address many liberals said put to rest questions about his mental fitness, the president raised eyebrows with several gaffes in Pennsylvania. Biden visited Strath Haven Middle School in Delaware County on Friday for his first swing state campaign stop after outlining his agenda to a joint session of Congress. There, he pitched his plans for a second White House term, promising to protect abortion rights, defending his economic record and calling for new gun control laws. He also made some unforced errors in his speech, which were ridiculed by Republicans.

While President Biden might’ve touted an economic "comeback" in his State of the Union address Thursday night, Americans woke up Friday morning still feeling an inflationary hangover. "We're going to do groceries now. Every week we go and we spend about $300. I have not seen a change at all. On the contrary, like it's just going up," a diner named Iris told FOX Business’ Madison Alworth on "Cavuto: Coast to Coast."
"We just got a letter at home saying the rent is going to go up. Our insurance just went up, so everything just keeps going up and up and up," she continued. "I haven't seen the difference in anything."

President Biden and Donald Trump’s sweeping Super Tuesday victories all but ensure the November rematch everyone’s been expecting – and dreading. And yet, this achingly predictable outcome is suffused with intriguing questions that will continue to offer high drama and psycho-drama.
Will Nikki Haley Endorse Trump? Haley never had a path to the nomination, but she definitely had plenty of well-heeled backers happy to fund the one Republican willing to attack Trump. After Tuesday’s thumping, she has finally thrown in the towel, though it’s not clear if she is listening to the people or whether the donors have abandoned her. She has reportedly not decided whether she will honor

At the State of the Union address this week, President Biden and the Democrats intend to leverage a tragic situation involving a woman who suffered a medical emergency during her pregnancy in order to advance their own abortion agenda. My heart goes out to this mother and any other mother experiencing a similar situation. It is heartbreaking to lose a child under any circumstances. But while President Biden exploits this tragedy for political gain, one critical piece of information you won’t hear during his address is that all state pro-life protections have provisions to protect mothers experiencing medical emergencies.

Donald Trump is marching into the general election in an enviable political position.
The former president is leading President Joe Biden in most polls. He has shown a potential to broaden his coalition with Black and Hispanic voters. And he doesn’t face the same type of scrutiny about his age that the president confronts on a regular basis. After sweeping through almost every Super Tuesday Republican contest on Tuesday night, Trump exhibited the type of swagger befitting a candidate with a real shot of winning the White House in eight months time.
“They call it Super Tuesday for a reason,” Trump said on stage at Mar-a-lago, flanked by American flags.

The obstacle course facing President Biden this week during Thursday’s belated State of the Union address presents a formidable challenge. It may prove difficult for the 81-year-old president to navigate. Expectations could not be lower. Biden faces the usual challenges of exaggerating his paltry policy wins, justifying his substantial missteps and attacking his political opponents. But those questions may be overshadowed by more basic ones.
Can he make it from start to finish gaffe-free? Will we be able to understand his words? Will this be one of the shortest addresses ever? Will he even be able to find his way off the stage?

There is a new twist in the Fani Willis-Nathan Wade legal saga after a co-chief deputy district attorney for Cobb County claimed key witness Terrence Bradley lied about his knowledge of Willis and Wade's relationship. While there has been no ruling on Willis' disqualification, legal scholar Jonathan Turley questioned on "America's Newsroom" Tuesday why the pair has not "stepped aside" as their legal quagmire worsens "by the day." JONATHAN TURLEY: It was painful to watch. It had that look of a hostage tape, where he was just saying, 'I know nothing, I heard nothing. If I said anything, I didn't mean it.'

Fox News chief political analyst Brit Hume is not surprised by the growing concerns about President Biden's age and mental acuity – he believes they have been a "ticking time bomb." Asked on Super Tuesday whether he could have envisioned months ago current polls showing independent voters leaning toward former President Trump on a number of issues, Hume chalked it up at least in part to President Biden's cognizance.
"I was saying back when it was not at all fashionable to say it, that he is senile. And now I think he is palpably senile and the country sees it," Hume said on “Special Report”

RIP, Insurrection. A young political life with such promise cut short after suffering a series of debilitating injuries over the past three years. Not even the hubris of Liz Cheney, faux outrage of Jamie Raskin, fake tears of Michael Fanone and Don Lemon, podium-pounding screeds of Joe Biden, or nonstop life-sustaining efforts by the entirety of the national news media could save it. Date of death: March 4, 2024.
Cause of death: All nine justices on the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to reverse the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to remove Donald Trump from the state’s 2024 ballot for allegedly participating in an “insurrection” on January 6, 2021.

President Joe Biden is declining at a geometric, not an arithmetic, rate. His cognitive challenges are multifaceted.
His gait is shaky. His daily use of stairs now risks the chance of a tenure-ending fall. Even when he sticks to the teleprompter, he so slurs his speech, mispronounces words, and glides his syntax that at times he becomes as incomprehensible at the podium as he is unsteady in his step. He now speaks a strange language foreign and untranslatable to most Americans. White House transcribers leave hiatuses in their written texts of his remarks to reflect that they either have no idea what he said, do not wish to publicize their guesses
