How a special report into Joe Biden could
be used as political ammunition by Donald
Trump and Republicans

Joe Biden is seething. Today's report into his handling of confidential documents he took when he was a senator and vice president ruled out criminal charges, but it has raised other serious questions. It labelled Biden as a "sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory". After reading both the report and seeing the news coverage of it, the president knew he needed to counter the narrative. So he decided to utilise the bully pulpit of the presidency and called a hastily arranged press conference at the White House. "I know what the hell I am doing. I am president

“ Today's report into his handling of confidential documents he took when he was a senator and vice president ruled out criminal charges, but it has raised other serious questions.” This is rich. And I’m confused. So he was old and stupid and taking documents when he was a senator (riding Amtrak) AND when he was Obama’s lackey?? He’s been old and stupid this whole time???!!!

I think legally, he was not allowed to see or have those documents. And he's not a benign old man with a little memory loss. He has big time dementia. Big difference.

Lots of fall out from this one. Joe's press conference made him look like Fredo in the Godfather. "I'm smart!, I can do things!" The DOJ decision not to prosecute Joe, while prosecuting Trump for the same thing, gives Trump's lawyers an opening. They should demand an explanation from Garland. This entire matter reminds me of July 4 weekend, 2016..."no reasonable prosecutor"...SSDD. I don't see Joe surviving this one.

• Cornered, Biden gets angry. His handlers decided on an aggressive offense because no defense is possible. • who is making the decisions that Garland, Mayorkas, Kerry, Buttigieg, etc. are carrying out? Republicans need to find out and expose them. • This (Australian) article states that Americans are unenthused about the upcoming elections. Wrong. We can’t wait to get this malignant, imbecilic gasbag out of office along with his flying monkeys in Congress. • Getting Biden out of the WH won’t be easy when groups like the Delaware mafia, MS-13, the Latin Kings, the Sinaloa Cartel, Los Zetas and Xi Jinping want him there. Besides, Jill will have herself bolted to the floor in the Oval Office along with hunter’s hookers and dealers.

Well of course Hur saying he will not indict Biden does not mean that someone else cannot, and use Hur's own testimony at the trial. I noticed at Biden's speech, that he was reading the whole thing from the teleprompter. Even when he is angry he cannot speak on his own.

In fact, it should be used against every Democrat House and Senate member running for re-election since it's likely been common knowledge of his deficiencies which they kept quiet for pure political reasons. They weren't looking out for the country.

Napoleon Bonaparte is reputed to have originated the expression, “Never interfere with the enemy when he is in the process of destroying himself.” It’s to be hoped that, when it comes to the Democrats and their reckoning with Biden’s profoundly diminished brain power, Republicans heed this advice. In 2020, when Biden ran for office, conservatives warned that (a) he was a deep well of corruption, kind of like an unplumbed cesspool; (b) he was never the brightest bulb in the box, to begin with; (c) he was showing early signs, if not of clinical dementia, but at least of age-related diminished capacity; and (d) that he seemed to be in

Glassbrook Elementary is located in Hayward, California which is south of Oakland on the east side of the San Francisco Bay. The school has just under 500 students and lately it has been struggling with falling test scores. But that didn't stop the school from signing a $250,000, three-year contract with a company called "Woke Kindergarden" which, as the name suggests, provides training to teachers (but not to students in this case) on how to fight white supremacy. One teacher at the school, whose name is Tiger Craven-Neeley, felt the expense wasn't justified under the circumstances. Funding for the Woke Kindergarten program came from federal money which was intended

A new story that dropped Friday night detailing Biden's growing frustrations with Attorney General Merrick Garland after the release of the Hur report lent more credence to those allegations, with sources stating Biden had privately been "grumbling" to those close to him about the fact that Garland didn't "move sooner" on the Trump election interference investigation - because maybe by this point

The special counsel report which cleared Biden legally has become a loose grenade for his campaign politically. Now everyone is talking about the one thing the Biden campaign didn't want them talking about: Biden's age and mental fitness. So today there are two types of Democratic operatives being quoted in news stories the first are those like David Axelrod who've been warning about this problem for some time. “Fair or not, you can’t unring the bell,” said David Axelrod,

President Joe Biden held a press conference on Thursday night to do damage control over special counsel Robert Hur’s report over Biden’s handling of classified documents. However, the presser was such a disaster that it unquestionably caused more damage than it controlled. It was a public relations nightmare for Biden, who came off as angry, bitter, confused, uninformed, and incompetent. Had it been former President Donald Trump instead of Biden who spoke last night, Democrats would claim he’s unfit for office. But Democrats don’t hold Biden to the same standards they held Trump. Joe Biden, senior aides and political observers strongly criticised the special counsel, Robert Hur, for extensively discussing the president’s age and allegedly fading memory in his report on Biden’s retention of classified information from his time as a senator and as vice-president – which did not produce an indictment. Hur, who Donald Trump appointed US attorney for Maryland, “could not refrain from investigative excess”, said Bob Bauer, Biden’s personal counsel. Though this was “perhaps unsurprising given the intense pressures of the current political environment”, Bauer added, the final report “flouts Department [of Justice] regulations and norms”.

Many fled there after following Israeli evacuation orders that now cover two-thirds of the territory following the Oct. 7 Hamas attack that sparked the war. It's not clear where they could go next. Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry said any Israeli ground offensive on Rafah would have "disastrous consequences."
