Thursday’s bombshell report by Special Counsel Robert Hur concluded that “President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen.” And though the material concerned “issues of national security and foreign policy implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods,” and presented “serious risks to national security,” Hur recommended against charging Biden in his 380-plus-page report, saying it would be “difficult to convince a jury” to convict such “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Hur wrongfully appointed himself judge and jury. So wrong. Biden was years younger when he willfully and illegally took hundreds of secret dociments and also disclosed their contents...to whom?

Hit Submit too soon. Article says he disclosed them to his ghostwriter, but how about his busy, greedy son Hunter? Qiite a cache for him to have free access to. We had heard that more than 1700 documents had gone to the University of Delaware alone. FTA: The top-secret and classified documents, as well as many others marked confidential, were discovered at the Penn Biden Center, the University of Delaware, and Biden’s Delaware home, including in his garage. According to the special counsel report, the material included notes from classified briefings that discussed “U.S. intelligence sources, methods … capabilities,” and activities, as well as the activities of foreign intelligence services. Other notes discussed “U.S. military programs and capabilities, foreign military programs and capabilities,” and “plans and capabilities of foreign terrorist organizations.” Some of the most secret were his personal note taken during top secret briefings. Senile back then? Seriously? "

FTA - “… six items consisting of documents with classification markings and surrounding materials.” I’ve always suspected that those six items were actually boxes containing dozens and dozens of classified documents. Pedo Joe’s attorney pulled a Clintonesque parsing in his statement. IOW, he lied.

All those docs? That's the stuff the bidet sold to the Chinese, Russians, etc. Really, do you think he can remember all 300?? When he opens his mouth these days and before he inadvertently babbles 'stuff' and the enemies take note. That's how you make money. And then you clue your son in who is always between or without a job. That's how you try to hide 'stuff'. Just wait until he has one of his screaming episodes again, followed by another about his dead son. I am sick of hearing about that guy since he is always pulled out from under the rug when this dirtbag is short of voters.

Hur did the unexpected and actually produced a report that harms Biden. Did he just go where the facts took him, or was he ordered to start the end of Biden's career? The DOJ continues to look like a gaggle of political hacks who ignore laws when it suits them.

Having packed and moved two attorneys in my life time, "six items" were most likely SIX locked filing cabinets of legal size, or SIX long legal packing boxes (in other words, sturdy and spacious). If they'd lie about the number being only six, they'd lie about any other part of the collection.

In a 67-32 vote on Thursday, 17 Republican senators voted alongside their Democrat colleagues to advance a $95 billion “emergency security spending bill” that included $60 billion in aid to Ukraine and, according to The Washington Post, billions of dollars to “Indo-Pacific allies and $10 billion in humanitarian aid for Gaza.” This bill was introduced in response to the failure of its so-called bipartisan predecessor, championed by Kentucky Sen. Mitch McConnell and his Oklahoma-lackey Sen. James Lankford. The previous legislation that supposedly bundled border and foreign aid would have codified the ongoing southern border invasion into law by largely preventing meaningful action

President Joe Biden “willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency,” Department of Justice special counsel said in a report released Thursday. But special counsel Robert Hur also said that he would not criminally prosecute Biden for his handling of that material. The FBI found classified documents, which by law should have been given back to the U.S. government when Biden ended his second term as vice president in January 2017, in the garage, office, and basement den of his Wilmington, Delaware, home, Hur’s report said.

WASHINGTON — President Joe Biden sidestepped any criminal charges as the investigation into his handling of classified documents concluded, but the political blowback from the special counsel’s report Thursday could prove even more devastating, reinforcing impressions that he is too old and impaired to hold the highest office. Special counsel Robert Hur’s portrait of a man who couldn’t remember when he served as Barack Obama’s vice president, or the year when his beloved son Beau died, dealt a blow to Biden’s argument that he is still sharp and fit enough to serve another four-year term.
