The recent ruling by the Colorado Supreme Court to remove former President Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot has even Trump's staunchest critics calling foul. It has been called the disenfranchisement of millions of Trump supporters. Trump's legal team has stated that they will immediately file an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court. Republicans are outraged by the decision, so much so that now, according to Breitbart, GOP lawmakers in three states are introducing bills that would remove President Joe Biden from the ballot - states that will be key on election night 2024.

When lunatics posing as unbiased Judges start a ball like this rolling it just get's nastier and nastier. These people assumedly went to law school and passed a Barr exam somewhere ,most people would believe that anyone---even Trump was entitled to be indicted, tried and found guilty of secession before 4 witless idiots decided to find him guilty and proceed to try to take him off their primary for it. IMO---and i know this is a dream--- The SCOTUS should look into removing these biased pusillanimous idiots to see if it warrants their removal.

The Left has perfected lawfare. Anytime any Republican passes a law whether on abortion or drag queen shows. There is a lawsuit the next day. The universities are pumping out leftist attorneys who enlist in the Lawfare war against conservatives. There is simply not enough conservative lawyers that are aggressive enough and are funded to fight all the crap from the left, immigrations, parental rights, drag shows, the culture wars, and the unlawful expansion of voting rights. There are a few valiant conservative non-profit law firms like America First Legal Foundation and the Pacific Legal Foundation, but their combined resources is perhaps 1% or 2% of the finanical power of the ACLU's and its allies on the Left. In other words, sadly we are outgunned in Lawfare.

The latest Monmouth University poll revealed that 61 percent of respondents across all age groups disapproved of Biden’s job performance. His 34 percent approval rating is down from 44 percent in July, making it the lowest of his presidency. Former President Donald Trump has petitioned the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to have Special Counsel Jack Smith’s federal indictment claiming he conspired to overturn the 2020 election tossed out on Constitutional grounds. Attorney John D. Sauer argued in a 55-page briefing to the court that, as president, Trump’s actions were protected under our governmental system. “Under our system of separated powers, the judicial branch cannot sit in judgment over a president’s official acts,” Sauer wrote, according to the Daily Mail. “That doctrine is not controversial.”

The lengths to which Democrats will go to toe the progressive line never ceases to amaze. Things like tradition and normalcy are not only cast aside but are treated as if they never existed in the first place. Vice President Kamala Harris, ever the producer of awkward public proclamations, illustrated that dynamic perfectly on Sunday evening. It wasn't just any Sunday evening, of course. Rather, it was December 24th, otherwise known to essentially all human beings as Christmas Eve. Well, unless you're Kamala Harris. Then it's some mishmash of holidays that shall not be named. Bethlehem, West Bank— The normally bustling biblical birthplace of Jesus resembled a ghost town on Sunday, as Christmas Eve celebrations in Bethlehem were called off due to the Israel-Hamas war. The festive lights and Christmas tree that normally decorate Manger Square were missing, as were the throngs of foreign tourists and jubilant youth marching bands that gather in the West Bank town each year to mark the holiday. Dozens of Palestinian security forces patrolled the empty square. “This year, without the Christmas tree and without lights, there’s just darkness,” said Brother John Vinh, a Franciscan monk from Vietnam who has lived in Jerusalem for six years.
