JERUSALEM, Israel — Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu repeated his opposition Saturday night to a proposal by U.S. President Joe Biden to restore control of Gaza to the Palestinian Authority (PA) once Hamas is removed from power and destroyed.
On Saturday, Biden published an op-ed in the Washington Post in which he supported Israel, though once again joining the Israeli cause to the Ukrainian one, putting Hamas and Russia in the same category as enemies of the United States.Biden also reiterated his support for a “two-state solution” as the only answer to the conflict, and added: “As we strive for peace, Gaza and the West Bank should be reunited

Israel should maintain military sovereignty over Gaza. Israel already furnishes the water, electricity, humanitarian support, and those in Gaza that work do so in Israel.

Why would Israel take advice from a country that lost its own War on Terror?

Think of the most re****ed course of action you could possibly take in any given situation and it's guaranteed that that is exactly what Idiot Joe Briben will propose doing. The guy is beyond stupid. He's mentally deficient, and Bibi is extremely wise to reject anything coming from the moron.

any kind of positive conclusions, etc that come from the conflict in Israel/Gaza will claimed by the bidenistas as if they are the arbiters of all that is good and just in the world .... bet on it but
- they are dealing with one of the most steadfast and courageous leaders in the world, Benjamin Netanyahu, who will decisively put them in their place and without reservation tell them where to go and when
- he is not one to be dallied with because as a man of principle he stands up to everyone and backs down from no one ... on the idea of our President, Donald J. Trump MAGA 2024

Netanyahu loves his country, as does Trump. Biiden loves himself; so he would never be albe to understand the motivations for Bibi's actions.

Good, now cancel that five-day humanitarian pause that you are contemplating, giving Hamas a chance to catch their breath and rearm, they will kill three hostages for every one released.

Bibi, best you give biden the cheater the cold shoulder. Never include him and his administration in any discussions related to war planning or political strategy because he is under Obie's watchful eye, and you know what Obie thinks of Israel and you.

The good news is that Netanyahu knows Israel and he knows America. The bad news is that Biden knows neither.

There will be peace in the Middle East only when the Arabs love their children more than they hate Israel.

Wonderful....Bibi is spot on...hamas can never be in charge of Palestine territory....it's a matter of safety for Israel...no more bombing and torture of Israelis citizens.....and next the Hamas leaders hiding in Qatar need to be called on the carpet...

Because everyone knows Biden’s character, he was destined to cave against Israel sooner or later, mainly sooner. He’s a nasty opportunist who would do anything to kowtow to progressives and to Iran.

biden proposals to anyone concerning anything should always be answered with a very hard "NO". Bibi must do whatever is necessary to keep Israel and its people safe and secure. After all, that is the responsibility of a country's leader. Bibi has learned that lesson well; biden has failed and failed and failed........at everything. Lucky us.

O'Biden is not--repeat, NOT--in any way a supporter of Israel. Effectively, the administration is an adversary of the Jewish state. Their policies are pro-Iranian and anti-American. Now why would that be? Hmmm.

IF there was a trial period for a 2 state solution, it was Gaza. Instead of living in peace beside Israel, they took war. The entire strip was nothing but a welfare state and the money was used to make war, dig tunnels, and shoot rockets. The arabs (muzzzzzzzzlums) do not want the land of Israel. They want to sacrifice the blood of Jews to their moon god allah. I hope Israel destroys them and Hezzzzzzzzlollah and any other muzzie son of a bytach. Keep your eyes on Turkey-Iran and north Africa. The will start the GOG-Magog final war.
