President Joe Biden is trying to pick a successor to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, according to a new report citing White House sources — and he is doing so despite the fact that Israel is at war against the Hamas terrorist organization.
As Breitbart News reported earlier this year, Biden tried to isolate Netanyahu, refusing to meet with him until September, when the White House, seeking a foreign policy win, tried to help Israel and Saudi Arabia negotiate toward peace between the two.Biden has expressed solidarity with Israel in its fight against Hamas, which murdered over 1,400 people in an attack October 7 and wounded more than 5,400

The House voted down a measure seeking to censure Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), dealing a blow to conservative Republicans who sought to punish the Michigan Democrat over accusations of antisemitic behavior related to comments she made about Israel last month.
Lawmakers voted 222-186 to table the motion, overcoming the simple majority vote needed to kill the vote on the House floor. The measure failed after 23 Republicans joined all Democrats in tabling the motion, pushing it past the 217-vote threshold. Republicans who voted to table the motion include Reps. Kelly Armstrong (R-ND), Ken Buck (R-CO), John Duarte (D-CA), Chuck Edwards (R-NC), Morgan Griffith (R-VA), Glenn Grothman (R-WI), Harriet Hageman (R-WY),

Former congressman Adam Kinzinger has a new book out for Halloween titled Renegade. This implies he’s a daring rebel against Republicans, instead of simply switching parties. In some dictionaries, “renegade” is defined as “a person who abandons a cause or organization, usually without right,” like a “mutineer.” That fits.
When asked by liberal interviewers, Kinzinger volunteers he voted for Democrats in the midterms and will vote for Biden and Democrats in 2024. He says it’s a simple decision between democracy (Democrats) or authoritarianism (Republicans). That fits the Democrat narrative perfectly.
He'll claim he's still a Republican.

Trump’s lawyers on Wednesday afternoon attended a hearing in Fort Pierce, Florida on whether Judge Cannon will agree to postpone the classified documents trial currently scheduled for May 2024.
On Tuesday, Trump and his attorneys visited a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) to view classified material related to Jack Smith’s case ahead of Wednesday’s hearing, according to a leak to ABC News. (Photo) Judge Aileen Cannon last month paused litigation in Jack Smith’s classified documents case as she decides whether to grant Trump’s motion to extend deadlines related to classified material.

Denver— The effort to ban former President Donald Trump from the ballot under the Constitution’s “insurrection clause” turned to distant history on Wednesday, when a law professor testified about how the post-Civil War provision was indeed intended to apply to presidential candidates.
Gerard Magliocca, of Indiana University, said there was scant scholarship on Section Three of the 14th Amendment when he began researching it in late 2020. He testified that he uncovered evidence in 150-year-old court rulings, congressional testimony and presidential executive orders that it applied to presidents and to those who simply encouraged an insurrection rather than physically participated in one.

Donald Trump Jr. joked that he trusts accountants because 'that's why we pay them' and distanced himself from financial statements at the center of the $250million fraud case when he took the stand on Wednesday.
The former president's eldest son was grilled about his education, his work at his father's company, and the jailed former CFO Allen Weisselberg during a grilling in the State Supreme Court on Wednesday.
When answering multiple questions, the 45-year-old said 'I don't recall' and admitted that he ‘knows nothing’ about general accounting practices.

Media Research Center founder and President L. Brent Bozell III is sending a scathing letter of advice to NBC moderators, confronting the network on the potential — and very likely — bias of Lester Holt and Kristen Welker, who will be moderating the third Republican presidential primary debate on November 8, Breitbart News has exclusively learned.
The third presidential debate will be held in Miami, Florida, at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts. Two of the moderators are NBC personalities — Holt of Nightly News and Welker of Meet the Press. They will be joined by The Hugh Hewitt Show host Hugh Hewitt.

The White House is dismissing the latest House Oversight Committee report which showed President Joe Biden previously took a $40,000 check from his family members not long after Chinese business associates gave them money.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer announced in a video posted to Twitter on Wednesday that bank records between the Biden family and its Chinese business associates show Biden took $40,000 of Chinese money in Sept. 2017. White House spokesman for oversight and investigations dismissed the report, calling it “desperate” and writing Comer’s claims off as “lies.”

A statement from Trump spokesperson Steven Cheung delved into the latest scandal rocking the political primary world: Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis’s shoes.
“A scathing new article from POLITICO about Ron DeSanctimonious’ high-heeled shoes comes on the heels of an embarrassing interview on the Patrick Bet-David show that led to #bootgate trending on X,” the statement read, explaining that DeSantis offered up “the implausible explanation that he just wears off-the-rack Lucchese boots, doing major brand damage to a great American footwear company.”
The Trump campaign also mocked DeSantis for his “laughable claim that he’s 5’11”.

A senior political official in the Palestinian Hamas terror organization told Lebanese television last week that the group intends to repeat its October 7 terror attack until Israel is annihilated.
The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) translated the interview. In it, Hamas political official Ghazi Hamad says that attacks on Israeli civilians are justified; that the cost in terms of Palestinian “martyrs” is worth the ultimate goal of ending Israel; and that Hamas will continue to mount such attacks. (Video) MEMRI noted (emphasis omitted):

President Joe Biden is at the center of an extremely lucrative 'extortion scheme' between members of his family and foreign actors - including China - charge Republicans.
Chairman James Comer, R-Ky., unveiled a $40,000 direct payment to Joe from 2017 labeled as a 'loan repayment' that he claims is 'laundered money' that can be traced back to the Chinese.
Comer's Oversight Committee is spearheading the probe into the Biden family's 'influence peddling' operation as part of the larger impeachment inquiry into the president.
