It's old fashioned Feudalism. The Rulers own the property. The population works the property, and gets nothing in return.

A "Must Read!" I have attempted to essentially write this article myself on many occasions, glad better wordsmiths than I are out there. What really matters is who makes what decisions and exerts what control over whom, and yields what power to keep that structure in place. We are led to mistake the means of leading people into surrendering freedom for the form of government that emerges from the loss of liberty. Creating fear and chaos to manufacture a craving for safety and order while offering a simplistic solution is a tactical means of gaining control. What is used to create the fear means little but somehow we get distracted by that as a means to define differences that matter little. Both Hitler, an Austrian and Stalin a Georgian used nationalism to coalesce just in different ways, a bit ironic. Vocabulary masks or hides commonalities between various forms of totalitarianism as do the tactics used to attain power. Again, what really matters is who makes what decisions over whom. What does the power and control structure look like not the labels attached. The peasant outlaw hung by the shire reeve for killing the King’s deer to feed his starving children is the same person as the Kulak who is hung by the commissar for stealing a hand full of “the peoples” grain to feed his starving children. Far different vocabulary, same real power structure, same all too regrettable outcome. The words used to legitimize the authority to take another’s life matter not, the power to take the life matters greatly. My favorite retort to those who insist communism and fascism couldn't be the same or similar forms of government because they fought one another, is to ask then does that mean the King of England and the King of France could not both have been believers in familial monarchy structures because they fought wars against each other?

They are superficially different, but the same at the core. They aren't just Communists, Fascists, and Globalists. Others are Monarchies, Oligarchies, and flat out in your face Dictators. Some even call themselves Republics and Democracies. When one title gets a bad reputation, change it. They are all oversized corrupt tyrannies masquerading as governments. Don't call them governments because they don't really govern. They will all take away your rights, your freedoms, your wealth, your safety, and if you protest too much, your life. A few benefit at the expense of everyone else.

This is a very nice discussion, or review. There is a quite similar discussion in The Politics, written by Aristotle in about 350 BC. These forms of government, devised to provide a division of power, haven’t changed much. Globalism seems more recent only because means of communication and degree of power have “advanced” so greatly. As often noticed, there is nothing new under the sun.

People all over the world eat fried dough, and nobody does doughnuts like the United States. Doughnuts can be found year-round across this great nation in a huge array of flavors, shapes and styles. But astute reader Susan Green suspects that America may be riven by a hidden doughnut divide. She observes that some parts of the country are saturated with a single doughnut brand, while others host a profusion of independent doughnut purveyors.

My father is one of three boys in his family, the middle son. His older brother is my Uncle Bruce. He and my father are approximately three years apart in age. They had formed a fast bond by the time their third brother came along, and the stories of Bruce and my dad’s childhood antics are legendary in the family. For example: One of my grandfathers worked as the manager of a small storefront JCPenney in western Kansas during my father’s childhood, back when JCPenney still maintained storefronts in small towns. This was the early 1960s.

During a recent conversation with media personality Megyn Kelly, comedienne Roseanne Barr gave a strong pro-life message, speaking candidly about her decision to place a child for adoption and what she calls the "barbarity" of abortion. In an episode of SiriusXM's "The Megyn Kelly Show" released on Wednesday, Kelly quickly delved into Barr's unusual childhood. Barr, now 70, grew up in the 1960s in one of the few Jewish families in Salt Lake City, Utah. From an early age, Barr dreamed of becoming a famous stand-up comic, but at 18, those dreams were temporarily derailed when she discovered that she was pregnant. Barr ultimately decided to place the baby

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) introduced articles of impeachment against Attorney General Merrick Garland one day after she announced efforts to impeach two other officials. In the articles of impeachment, Greene alleges that Garland is "facilitating the weaponization and politicization of the United States justice system against the American people." Attorney General Garland has failed to uphold his oath and has instead overseen a denigration of the principles of our democratic republic by politicizing the Department of Justice, and utilizing the Federal Bureau of Investigation as a Federal police force to punish or intimidate anyone who questions or opposes the current regime," the articles of impeachment said.

In April 2007, radio “shock jock” Don Imus called the Rutgers women’s basketball team “a bunch of nappy-headed hos.” It was ignorant and unnecessary, and, despite his many apologies and his commendable record of charity work on behalf of autistic children, Imus was fired. The mob came, and Imus was summarily canceled. But did the mob solve anything? The incident sparked a broader conversation about race, black culture, and, especially, rap and hip-hop lyrics. Oprah Winfrey convened a two-part town hall meeting. Panelists included NAACP President Ben Chavis, rap mogul Russell Simmons, rapper Common

There are powerful parallels in the 1961 movie “The Hustler,” the 1913 US Open, and the current debt ceiling negotiation. Let me explain. In each case, there is a real question of which competitor is going to succumb to the pressure and break. In “The Hustler,” Paul Newman plays Eddie Felton, a young pool shark who takes on the greatest pool player of his time, Minnesota Fats (played brilliantly by Jackie Gleason). A great deal of money is involved, with the champion being backed by several big money guys.

Just last week the Proud Boys trial around the events of January 6, 2021 concluded. Four leaders of the Proud Boys were convicted of "seditious conspiracy" in a heavily biased DC court for their activities related to the mostly peaceful demonstrations of that date. Julie Kelly, and others have written in detail about the case and some of the implications, but there are a few aspects I would like to elaborate on here. To my mind, there are some dangerous precedents that have been set for subsequent attacks on Donald Trump and on the GOP presidential campaign. The first of these is having a court identify the J6 events as "sedition",

As the geography narrows before us, it is important to remember the stakes and avoid the distractions. As a consequence, the baseline must be reaffirmed. It is critical to understand that both the DNC and RNC are private corporations with no affiliation to government. It is a difficult shift in thinking, but the party system in U.S. politics revolves around two distinct private corporations, two clubs that feed from the same corporate trough and position for influence and affluence within a political dynamic they control.

Half of consumers are being priced out of the car market as the cost of a monthly car loan payment is far exceeding what an average American can afford, while the home affordability index has fallen from a 169.9 point average in 2020 to 87.8 points as of July, according to the National Association of Realtors.
