With crackdowns on speech and religious exercise, and brazen indictments against a past president and likely presidential nominee — by powers that previously tried to frame him for conspiring with a hostile foreign power but which have, themselves, colluded with the enemy — ordinary Americans watch helplessly as they see their republic slipping away before their eyes. But they're not helpless. Not at all. "What can I do?" a young relative recently asked me

And if you take this advice, be prepared. Senator John Barrasso: Senator Cynthia Lummis : Congresswoman Harriet Hageman: On or about the 17th of August I sent the following letter to the editors of several WY and MT newspapers. It was published in the Northern Wyoming News on the 22 of June. A day or so later I received an email from the Independent Record indicating that no further letters of mine would be published as it was determined that I was a BOT. Since the letter had been published elsewhere, and not understanding what a BOT was, I just dismissed the email and deleted it. I also received a similar letter from the Casper Star Tribune informing me they would no longer publish my letters either, it was also ignored and deleted. Several weeks previous to this I discovered that all my email contacts had disappeared from my account at Reaganmail.com, All attempts to recover them have failed although I contacted Reagan mail. I also discovered that emails that I sent to a friend never got to him although the appeared in my sent file. The two of us tried to figure out what was going on to no avail, so I enlisted my son, who is more computer literate than either of us, to look into it. He spent some time going over my account and determined that the problem must be on my friend's end. My friend brought his laptop over, and my son spent 35- or 40-minutes working on it. He discovered a long list of blocked emails with my name on his laptop. The addresses had been blocked by Google and came as a Google Account App Update. The only way to remove my name was to delete the entire list, which he did. I do not use Google and haven't for several years. The only reason that I can see that this has happened is that I am very outspoken conservative and have had 99% of the letters to the editor that I have sent in published. In addition, I have had made hundreds of comments online to nationwide news stories. This obvious attempt to sensor my views infuriate me, and I believe it happens more than we realize. This and any similar situations should be investigated, and severe penalties assessed for violations of the First Amendment.

This is a very nice article. The suggestions are kind and thoughtful. In a constitutional republic, they could by chance work. Unfortunately, we live in a gulag, we just don't feel it all the time. The drawstrings around our activities and endeavors ever draw tighter, ratcheted day by day. We have to drive golf carts and can't cook with gas and strew giant windmills on all available land and sea. We have to lockdown, get vaxxed with a poison, do this, do that. Every day we gain a new task and lose a right we thought we had. The ballot box has been a running joke for 50 years we didn't realize we were supposed to laugh along with. Being nice will not save us. Our backs are to the wall This is the last chance. If we don't prevail, we die. Die on your feet or die on your knees. Pick one.

#3, I am with you. We are not living in normal times. Playing nice is exactly what got us in this place. While we do not have to be nasty, we must be unmovable in our resolve. We cannot give an inch to the people who have promised publicly to fundamentally transform this country and if you believe that is nonsense, you are the problem. They have told us what their intentions are. If we do not believe them, that is on us. Look around at how much change the have already made. Democrats are deadly serious and they will not stop until they are forced to stop and we have to be ready for that possibility.

Re #1. Reminds me of something that happened to me about 4 months ago. My email account of 20+ years was deleted without notice and I could not retrieve it. My email account was associated with a certain cable company up in New York and I had discontinued all other services with them when I moved 11 months prior. I had asked if I could keep my email and they had said it would not be a problem. What happened to me was intentional but likely not malicious but how would I know. I mentioned this story to my brother and found out the same thing had happened to him when he moved, but he was at least warned. He had transferred ownership of the account to a friend, but it still got deleted. Totally agree with the article, btw. Most important thing is to get educated and to educate those around you. The 2020 election fraud only worked because 70 million plus people voted for a corrupt senile fool. They never voted for the person. They voted policy. People need to understand currently policies instituted by Washington DO NOT WORK. People need to understand entitlements do not work. People need to understand we do not need to save the planet or humanity, and green policies and pandemic policies aren't needed. People need to understand favoritism does not work. People need to understand we need borders and must control who comes into our country. There are many other things as well. The other thing people must understand is we must be united. Washington divides us for a reason. Washington knows it would not survive for long if the entire nation was on the same page and rose up against them. Look for potential allies among your rivals. For example, both sides are now questioning law enforcement. It is an issue we should all be on the same page.

As our freedoms are taken away, one by one, try to remember that our lives in God are more important than our worldly circumstances. The Gospel is, after all, Good News for rich or poor, man or woman, free or slave, Jew or Gentile. Our situation is likely to get bad enough to give that message as much relevance as it had during Apostolic times.

It also sounds like #1 might have been sending the same letter to multiple places. Many sites now identify that as BOT behavior and ban the sender. Composing unique letters every time is a way to exchange efficiency for exposure.

US elections are a fraudulent hoax. I am through with the US political system of evil and corruption. I want to stop supporting US warmongering and fascism. US culture is degenerate and depraved. A nation of thieves, crooks, liars, and perverts. A nation that performs infanticide is doomed and damned to hell. I'm looking at other countries that have good moral people, no "diversity" and weak central government..

enate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell froze up again during a press conference Wednesday afternoon, marking the second such incident in just over a month. During the press conference in Kentucky, McConnell failed to respond after a reporter asked him his thoughts on “running for reelection in 2026.” The senator, who took office in 1985, attempted to mumble something before falling silent. After around 10 seconds of silence, an aide approached McConnell and asked if he’d heard the question. McConnell appeared to whisper “Yes” in response before falling silent again.

At least two people have died in “unprecedented” wildfires that have ravaged Louisiana in recent weeks. An elderly woman was pronounced dead Sunday after a brush fire spread to a shed in St. Tammany Parish, just north of New Orleans, and earlier this month, a man died in Franklinton when his home and surrounding property caught fire. The blazes were just two of more than 450 wildfires that have scorched thousands of acres in southwest Louisiana in recent weeks during record-breaking temperatures and severe drought conditions.

The definition of "vindictive" is to have or show a "strong or unreasoning desire for revenge." As an observer of the ongoing humiliation and persecution currently directed toward Donald J. Trump and anyone who supports him, what America may now be witnessing is an unparalleled display of malicious revenge. One might ask, "Who is driving this retribution?" The most obvious answer to that question is that it must be a self-absorbed force with a notorious reputation for spiteful exoneration. Judging from past conduct, that force would be none other than former president Barack Obama.

In a now widely noted Tablet article, David Garrow pointed out Obama’s fantasies of sexual perversion with men. To that, AT’s Jack Cashill added the dishonesty in Obama’s autobiography regarding the question of his birth and his claim to being the author of his first book. What’s also missing from Obama biographies is his identification with Islam. Obama is, after all, the bearer of two Arabic names, with the second that of the Prophet Muhammed’s grandson.

Throughout my time campaigning for public office, over the course of several Republican Party primaries I ran against an incumbent, as an incumbent, and for an open seat. The last GOP primary I contested was for our party’s nomination for Michigan’s 11th Congressional District in 2002. Fortunately, I was successful in every one of these primaries and, later, in the ensuing general elections. What helped make these latter general election victories possible was the grace and magnanimity of my defeated GOP primary rivals, each of whom supported my campaigns against Democrat opponents.

Despite claims of "audience suppression" and years of uncertainty surrounding its release, Sound of Freedom has dramatically exceeded expectations, taking in almost $175 million at the box office. One industry expert believes Sound of Freedom's success can be attributed to "the forgotten viewers" who came out in force to support the movie.

How monotonously alike all the great tyrants and conquerors have been: how gloriously different are the saints,” wrote C.S. Lewis. In a recent piece also published in The American Spectator, Mr. Isaac Willour writes against what he calls “integralism,” or in other words, a political system motivated by Catholic political thought. Mr. Willour criticizes this system as not only unrealistic, but ultimately a form of despair. Let’s start from the beginning and tackle these claims one by one. In full disclosure, I am the co-founder and editor-in-chief of The American Postliberal, a magazine of Catholic Political Realism that launched earlier this year, and something Mr. Willour also addresses.

Chip Roy and other conservatives held up his promotion to secure a new rules package and guarantees surrounding investigations. Eventually, McCarthy secured the votes after making several concessions, and at that point, it was fair to wipe the slate clean. He deserved a chance to prove himself, and for the most part, he's been a fairly good leader who has kept his promises regarding investigations into the weaponization of government and the Biden family's corruption. The number one problem Joe Biden faces going into his re-election bid is the economy. It stinks. A majority of Americans think it stinks. Almost every previous presidential election was based on the voter’s perspective on the economy. Ronald Reagan’s question still haunts all incumbents: “Are you better off today than you were four years ago?” The pandemic and the economic fallout from business closings, supply chain disruptions, and $5.2 trillion in government spending — which led to a painful spike in inflation — have made the Reagan question somewhat irrelevant. The economy has come roaring back to almost where Trump left it. But people’s perspective on the economy is still clouded.
