A Look at Society Shows an Orchestrated Decline

I can’t be the only one wondering what has happened to us. The denizens of Washington and for that matter, the people who virtually live and breathe politics, are not your average Americans. Average Americans desire to live their lives with minimal government oversight, except when it might benefit them; this is the lamentable nature discussed herein. As for myself, I hope I stay on the outside of the political event horizon. Let me ask: is everyone corruptible? My father, a self-described king of philosophy, once told me the answer is… Yes! He postulated that need and opportunity would overcome any societal restraints if

". . . are not your average Americans." I would guess that a good percentage of the people the author is referring to are NOT Americans.

The decline started with the passing of the Civil Rights act. I know this won't get any likes, but look back and see.

This government was founded by people who feared government and what it could do, what it had done. The idea of people living their own lives, making their own collective decisions free from kings and militarys and aristocracies was unchartered territory and for more than two hundred years we pulled it off. Put now we have a political class of mediocre public sector job protecting college graduates who have protected their positions by defending their turf and not the principles with which they were entrusted, They believe that government is good and fixes things, makes life better. A fallacy frequently reinforced by marxists, teachers unions and wealthy republican aristicracy of the Rockefeller and Bush and Romney persuasion-- power equals money and vice versa. It is a political class unable and unwilling to restrict itself and incable of self reflection in anyway that would wean itself from the public teat. The merger and acquisition of media oligarchies, once known as a free and adverserial and objective press resulted in this growing mentality of supraHuman elitists--seen in Wilson, in FDR to some extent in the Carter years and radically exhibited in Hillary and Obama and their disciples. The goal is to create a weakened America to allow for that eltisit global Godless ( Satanic) world government. Special thanks to twelve years of Bushes and Bush government loyalists who viewed those God fearing limited government repoublican Reagan and Bush supporters as inferiors to be seen and not heard.

I don't think it's so much orchestrated as a mental breakdown from common sense, decency and respect to a degradation to emotional and childish desires and behavior, much like "Lord of the Flies." Remove the influence of God, parents and authority and you get anarchy.

I liked your comment #2. In fact I generally like all of them. I’ll trace the orchestrated decline with the democrat presidential loss of 1928. Although New York governor Al Smith lost, the democrat party seized control of all the major cities, which Smith won btw. The media beat the living daylights out of Hoover after the stock market crashed and blaming him for the recession and then depression that followed. This heralded the media sainted savior, FDR, who did his level best at destroying the fabric of our republic with all his alphabet agencies (sound familiar?). Fortunately for us the Second World War intervened and it saved our collective bacon, financially. Academia and the media continue to heap all credit to FDR. So we have a semi break between the end of WWII, and the election of JFK who was aided by democrat control over big cities including and perhaps especially Chicago. The the Civil Rights Acts, not supported by many democrats, came along as poster #2 pointed out. It was a slow decline at first…now it’s coming to completion. I don’t see any change for the positive, for us, until after blood has been shed. This is my humble opinion.

I spring into action and solve our problem...every country has had turmoil...but how the citizens handle it...resolves the problems....perhaps Paul Reverve should have gone home instead of riding through the night to warn the people of the British are coming...the British are coming....so the people could arm themselves and get ready to fight....so get ready America...WE are in the fight of our lives against Washington DC elites!!

The worst of the decline is in the big Democ'RAT-run cities, where traditional American culture has been displaced by Urban Thug Culture. All types of Crime is rampant, most of the government officials are openly corrupt, and the votes counted indicate that the people living there support these corrupt officials and all the crime that they condone. Anyone who stands up against the criminals is punished to the full extent of the law, while the real criminals are released back out on the street to prey on more innocent victims. It seems to me that this Rot has been caused by two main things: 1) The 1965 Great Society welfare laws. Thomas Sowell wrote in his textbook 'Basic Economics' that before the Great Society welfare laws, blacks had a higher percentage of intact families than whites, and were gaining on the whites in wealth and prosperity. Then the Democrats -the party of slavery, the party of the KKK, the party of segregation, the party of Jim Crow- passed these laws that provided Ca$h to low-income females with children, but not if there was a Man in the household. This causes the breakup of black families on an Industrial scale. As a broken family is the strongest indicator of poverty, it has kept a large percentage of blacks in poverty despite Trillion$ -extracted from the middle class- being spend to support them. With no Man in the household to put a firm guiding hand on the shoulder of young males in these households, a large percentage of the males then grow up to become criminals and thugs. As Alexis de Tocqueville wrote back in the mid-1800's: "The American Republic will endure until the day Congress discovers that it can bribe the public with the public's money." 2) The constant and pernicious effect of American Television programming. The TV studios and programming was taken over long ago by evil people who recognized the ability to use TV to destroy the morals -what is right and what is wrong- in America. What is shown as 'normal' behavior, what is shown in a favorable light, what is shown in a negative light- has grossly affected American society. Kids and teens see something on TV and believe what they see there is normal, regardless of what their 'stuffy, square' parents teach them. Think about 'Edgy' TV shows. What does 'Edgy' mean? It means that the show pushes conduct that is at the 'edge' of what society will accept. Once that conduct becomes acceptable, the 'edge' gets pushed farther, then farther, then farther. The evil people in the TV industry have been doing this since the mid-1960's at least, when I became aware of it. Feed a person poison for 60 years and see how healthy he or she is! A society is no different. In addition to the 'entertainment' shows, look at the TV News..... Anything that the Democ'RATS can come up with, any distortion, any lie, is pushed in our face endlessly by the TV news. At the same time, blatant criminal conduct by the Democ'RATS is simply not mentioned. For a couple recent examples: After the Durham report, showing that the whole 'Trump Russia Collusion' and the so-called 'Dossier' was a Hillary Clinton Dirty Trick picked up and pushed by the corrupt FBI, came out- what, a couple of weeks ago- it was on the conservative radio shows, but not a PEEP on the TV news! They BURIED it, good and deep! Look at this week's Hunter and Joe Biden blatant corruption, and the IRS whistleblowers who have come forward..... listen to the coverage on the radio, then watch the 'coverage' on the TV. What corruption and Filth! The only question in my mind is..... Is the Media a subsidiary of the Democ'RAT party, or is the Democ'RAT party a subsidiary of the Media?

The judge said Jack Smith failed to explain why it was necessary to keep the names of the witnesses a secret. Jack Smith was also trying to block Trump and his alleged co-conspirator, Walt Nauta, from communicating with the 84 witnesses.

What I value most about MSNBC’s new lineup is the ability of its hosts to do hard-hitting interviews with adverse guests. No Fox News–like softballs here; instead we get former Biden press secretary Jen Psaki interviewing former Democratic House speaker Nancy Pelosi, and the results are every bit as explosively contentious as you would expect from two people who have been blowing kisses to one another over an explicitly shared political agenda for the last several years. (I assume it was not Psaki’s bona fides as a commentator wot got her the job as the Biden administration’s mouthpiece.)

At least five Secret Service agents have reportedly testified in front of a grand jury investigating former President Donald Trump's role in the violent attack on the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. The case is one of two being pursued by Special Counsel Jack Smith, who earlier this month brought charges against Trump for allegedly mishandling classified documents. In the second case, a grand jury is weighing whether to bring charges over the then president's conduct in the run-up to the attack and attempts to interfere in certifying the 2020 election results.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court on Monday lifted its hold on a Louisiana political remap case, increasing the likelihood that the Republican-dominated state will have to redraw boundary lines to create a second mostly Black congressional district. For more than a year, there has been a legal battle over the GOP-drawn political boundaries, with a federal judge, Democratic Gov. John Bel Edwards and opponents saying that the map is unfair and discriminates against Black voters. The map, which was used in Louisiana’s November congressional election, has white majorities in five of six districts, all currently held by Republicans. This is despite Black people accounting for one-third of the state’s population.

We’ve long been critical of Hollywood’s lack of fresh, new ideas and its apparent fascination with rebooting past films or giving us a sequel decades later. Sadly, merely paying homage to the original material is insufficient. Instead, producers opt to incorporate “wokeness,” believing it will be more appealing to modern viewers, but in the process, they end up taking something beloved and turning it into garbage that the masses don’t want to see. The latest example is Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies, the prequel series to the 1978 hit film Grease. I’m not sure who wanted this — it’s bad enough to hear any of the original songs
