Interesting possibility: Trump loses the Repub nomination; runs as a third party candidate; pulls 25%, Repub nom pulls 35%; Dem nom pulls 40%; nobody reaches 270 electoral votes; presidency decided in the House where Repub wins in a landslide.( More than one reason to be careful what you wish for Dems)

If I was Vegas bet maker, I would say the Republican candidate will win hands down and the Democrats will steal the victory on election night. Next morning the corrupt judiciary will go to work declaring all challenges as ‘no standing’. RIP USofA.

I have no idea what most of the letters stand for in LGBTQQIAAP2S+ and neither do its adherents because it is hard to keep up with the ever-changing founding principles of this religion. Well, it was built on sand, wasn’t it? I do know that gay pride month 2023 has been a huge loser for LGBTQQIAAP2S+ Marxism despite its status as a media-approved political movement that is funded by Corporate America and promoted by the government. Boycotts of Bud Light and Target are taking hold and showing Corporate America the price it could pay for peddling LGBTQQIAAP2S+ instead of their products. LGBTQQIAAP2S+ has turned Americans off.

We are the people they will never fully control. We speak in languages they do not understand, and we absorb targeted ridicule as fuel. We are the movers of goods, the truckers, the farmers, the nameless people behind the skilled trades that keep what they call American society moving.

Yes, it’s true, according to the information contained in the Jack Smith indictment of President Donald John Trump, The Conservative Treehouse likely holds similar “classified documents” as outlined in the case by the special prosecutor. Once you understand how, you then understand one of the most overlooked nonsensical aspects to the insufferable DOJ and FBI case (anip) It is entirely possible for a person, any person, especially a person who follows the news, to possess documents containing “classified markings.” The indictment accuses President Trump of withholding documents containing “classified markings,” a very specifically deployed obtuse wording intended to create the implication of something nefarious where nothing nefarious exists.

Florida’s Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis and his 2024 presidential campaign have come under criticism for using fake images generated with artificial intelligence (AI) depicting former President Donald Trump with Dr. Anthony Fauci. On Friday’s broadcast of Newsmax TV’s “The Record,” Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz commented on the indictment against former President Donald Trump and the Espionage Act charges contained in the indictment by saying that the Espionage Act “is one of the most dangerous and unconstitutional statutes ever passed” that was passed with the intent to jail dissidents. And that for several decades, “every liberal, every progressive, every Democrat I know was against this statute” but now they are “all rooting for it to be applied broadly to conduct that has nothing to do with espionage” and didn’t put national security at risk.

The DOJ, specifically Lisa Monaco, are continuing the offensive against Trump in large part to cover for the actions of the Obama administration in the originating targeting of their political opposition. I need to get this out of the way up front. I’m disappointed in one of my go-to legal analysts, Jonathan Turley. I understand that he’s a buddy of Bluto Barr and that—having read between the lines over the preceding several years—he’s probably a Never Trumper at heart, despite his fairminded handling of the faux impeachments. I expected better of him here.Onward. CTH has been hammering away on the Espionage Act angle—793(e). And with good reason. Obviously CTH is getting some good legal advice. Here CTH highlights a common misunderstanding. Violations of the Espionage Act need not involve “classified” documents. In fact, the entire classification system is a post WW2 innovation:

Everything from here on out is a theory, but it's a theory based upon readily available facts. If you look at them in a particular way, those readily available facts show a sustained pattern of subverting the will of the people to obtain total political power, something that culminated in the recently announced indictment against Donald Trump. If I were trying to overthrow a duly elected president, I'd start by saying he conspired with a foreign power to cheat in the election. I'd believe I could get away with this charge because I would have the media on my side, (snip). It would help that members of the

Former President Donald Trump can still continue to run for president in 2024 after he announced that he’s being federally indicted on charges relating to whether he mishandled classified records, according to legal experts. After Trump was charged by the Manhattan District Attorney’s office earlier this year in a separate case, some noted that the U.S. Constitution only requires that a candidate be a natural-born citizen, at least 35 years old, and be a resident of the United States for at least 14 years. Retired Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz told The Epoch Times in March that Trump could run—and serve—”from prison” if he is convicted and sentenced.
