I need to get this out of the way up front. I’m disappointed in one of my go-to legal analysts, Jonathan Turley. I understand that he’s a buddy of Bluto Barr and that—having read between the lines over the preceding several years—he’s probably a Never Trumper at heart, despite his fairminded handling of the faux impeachments. I expected better of him here.Onward. CTH has been hammering away on the Espionage Act angle—793(e). And with good reason. Obviously CTH is getting some good legal advice. Here CTH highlights a common misunderstanding. Violations of the Espionage Act need not involve “classified” documents. In fact, the entire classification system is a post WW2 innovation:

If 793(e) applies to anyone passing documents to anyone not authorized to receive them, then everyone at FBI and CIA HQ's will be indicted for all the documents they passed to the WaPo and NYTs. That would include Jack Smith and his lawfare group that have been passing documents to the media.

If/when this gets to actual trial, I sure hope the jurors have a few brain cells between their ears!

At this point, even if Trump is in jail - I'm voting for him.

I don't need any legal opinions.
This is FRAUDULENT, and corrupt. End of discussion.
Trump has my vote, regardless of their criminality and fake indictments.

I'd marry Mark tomorrow if only for the Bluto reference. Kiss kiss!

If this ends up in a jury trial no one’s legal opinion is going to matter. The outcome will depend on the political makeup of the jury.

I'm watching the latest moves -- the Biden DOJ is going to try to get Judge Aileen Cannon removed from the case because she is not a Trump-hater. They'll probably succeed.
All of this is sickening to watch. They intend to take Trump down like wolves on a caribou. They will never stop. Justice, my (unprintable)!

One outstanding reason for which the Espionage Act was created is to punish people for helping foreign governments to gain some advantage over the United States like helping them to develop more powerful weapons systems, favorable government action like letting them gain a foothold on American territory by selling huge expanses of farmland, or releasing deadly diseases for the purpose of depopulation. thanks to his advisor and surrogate mother, Valerie Jarrett, Barack the communist Kenyan gave Iran billions of dollars and technology to move their nuclear program forward, threaten Israel and further oppress their own people, Biden allows China to build advanced weapons by giving them stealth and computer technology and permission to buy our farmland in exchange for payments through his deadbeat son. Trump has done nothing except store some documents in his home under lock and key. Who are the traitors here? Barack hanging side by side with Joe would make an excellent picture in future history books, Barack spinning around and around as the wind blew against his windmill-blade ears, Joe mumbling without a brain driving his mouth - much like he does now.

I think Dershowitz...professor emeritus of Harvard is right...all the judges and lawyers in Washington and New York are terrified to go against obama's dictates...they are being manipulated by FBI information held on them ...it's coercion and intimidation...but President Trump didn't become a billionaire because he didn't know how to deal with these toads....he became a very successful President because he knows how to get things done....so let's sit back and watch him as he plays their game....I will only vote for President Trump...and nothing the toads can conjure up will change that...he's got my vote....

Remember folks, the radical Left/Commies are not only going after President Trump, but they are going after US,
the Trump supporters, the Trump voters! The radical Left hates us because we won't submit to them. We won't
shut up and let them destroy our country. We're resisting; we stopped shopping at Target and Kohls and stopped
buying Bud Light.
The Radical Left in this country sees us as much of a threat as they see our leader,
President Donald John Trump who stands up for everything we believe in; Faith, Country, Patriotism, Family, God!
These Commies/Radical Left don't believe in any of these traditional beliefs as we do. Their beliefs are in power
and control of government and of the people. They want to control what we think, what we do, how we live but
President Trump and we his supporters do not. This is our eternal battle. We must win this battle to save our country!

I hear that since the Deep State and their minions have been harassing and indicting President Trump, all ham sandwiches have breathed a sigh of relief.

This just what it says: legal opinions. Treat yourselves to some. For example, the Espionage Act is not what it sounds like.
