Employees at Johns Hopkins Medicine in Maryland were given a new pronoun usage guide that lists dozens of pronouns include "aerself" and "faerself" while staffers navigate a recent inclusive ID policy, Fox News Digital has learned. A pronoun usage guide from Johns Hopkins Medicine details 50 different pronouns that health care employees could use in the workplace, with other options including ve, xe, per and ae.
The guide includes examples of how to use the pronouns, such as: "Ae cleaned the office all by aerself," or "I gave faer the key."

I would simply use the traditional biologically based pronouns including the use of male when the sex is unknown.

The more pronouns the merrier because these freaks will turn on themselves if they can't keep them all straight as people get more and more offended. If ae calls faer xe, faer will report ae to HR and so it will go.

Just because you want attention doesn't mean we need to refer to you by some pronouns that you made up for yourself.

FTA: In response to the name rules, Dr. Stanley Goldfarb, a retired professor and the former associate dean for curriculum at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, said that doctors and patients must have "clear" communication, and that this change to name and pronoun rules muddies the waters and suggests political bias. "The most important component of the physician patient relationship is the ability to have clear and appropriate communication," Goldfarb said.
One of my dearest childhood friends has an eldest son who is a physician at Johns Hopkins, one of the world's greatest medical facilities. Transwoman "Paula" Neira is badly messed up in the head. Why is this great medical facility "DEIing" themselves into something lesser? It's upsetting to the sane, to those who love the English language and don't went to see it queered. This "pronoun" business muddies communication even worse than having a flight crew named Oveur, Ungar, and Dunne. Those names caused confusion in 1980's Airplane. As Kareem Abdul 747 Pilot said, "What?"

I thought Johns Hopkins was supposed to be a smart place. They have just opened themselves up to all kinds of lawsuits, because who ISN'T going to screw this up? Even the people who want this.

So Johns Hopkins Medicine has officially abandoned reality.
Do they also have that weird Hippocratic oath substitute, the social justice one?
You'll be better off with a doctor from a second tier school. They won't treat you on the basis of the color of your skin or your pronoun, but on the content of your disease process.

He, she, it has worked just fine for a very long time. I will concede that maybe "it" could be substituted with "whatever". It is not my job to try and decide which dress up person you are on any given day. I do not care about your feelings and your fantasy world.

Hey you? Gender Bender? Wonder how bad medical outcomes are going to be when know one will admit they true gender? Will prostate or ovarian cancer go untreated because the patient will refuse to admit their DNA may not match up with their altered state? I can’t wait for the future outcome from a large cohort of people taking hormones inconsistent with their genes. Nature will win out no matter what reality you live in.

I suggest the always appropriate 'Hey You!' Fun Fact: Pronounced the same, in Latin it is the interjection 'Heu !' meaning alas, alack, or woe is me. Perfect for addressing these benighted saps who cannot figure out which end is up.

If a medical institution spends this much time and effort on absolute nonsense, perhaps one would be better off not having their medical needs attended to by these idiots!
In my opinion, this is the medical establishment equivalent of the Anheuser Busch debacle! Much more important than a light beer! These woke fools are tampering with patient’s well being!

Please Remind me, that if I get sick or injured, that I should not go to John's Hopkins for treatment. If they can't figure out whether someone is a male or a female, then likely they can't figure out what ails a person.

The first time I ran across this idiocy in print was when I was reading an article about a man who intentionally ran over a young guy he thought was a Trump supporter (you may remember the story).
The article said the driver of the truck struck the young victim. Then THEY drove away. They? I scoured the article to find what other people were in the truck with the driver. A defense lawyer would have some fun with this one, and probably a lot of "evidence" thrown out once police had to explain who was or was not in the truck with the driver.
So this infantilization of the language causes imprecision and obviously confusion. All of the centuries of the study of linguistics, vocabulary, syntax, philology, etymology, all the efforts to speak clearly, write enforceable contracts and treaties and everyday agreements; and in medicine, making sure a patient understands the risks and benefits, important care and understanding prescription instructions, etc. Well, no more words are needed here to make the point.
Now, we are being told to regress to something more primitive than anything so far known from early man's relationship with his environment or other humans.
And since when have we accepted the tyranny of the minority, and this, of the insane?
