Here's What an Ohio School District Is
Telling Teachers to Do About ‘Unsupportive’

A public school district in Ohio reportedly advised employees to “consider” reporting child abuse to protective services if a “transgender” student’s parents are not supportive of their gender identity. Documents obtained by parental rights organization Parents Defending Education show Cincinnati Public Schools instructing its staffers to be supportive of transgender students’ gender identities and to keep it a secret from parents, or, in some cases, report the parents. The guidance states that “parents may or may not be supportive of the student’s gender identity” and that information relating to a student’s gender identity “should not be shared with parents

Comments:

My kids would be pulled from this district so fast that it would make heads spin!! They would be homeschooled or put into private schools even if it meant doing without for the length of their education.

Any Leo that cooperated with this scheme should be publicly shamed and sued for abuse of authority. And whichever teachers tries this should be charged as a groomer and lose their teaching license. And that just the opening gambit. You... Will... Pay...

This is right along the lines of the idea that your children are not yours, rather they belong to "all of us". Unfortunately "all of us" usually means leftist fanatics, not normal people.

In past days, when things were relatively “normal”, people would notice peculiar behavior by suggesting that “there must be something in the water”. Now those days seem quaint. Formerly peculiar behavior is becoming the norm. There must be something in the air. Is it chemtrails? Or something even more pervasive. Education and mass media have changed, and it has become offensive or even criminal to notice and recognize it.

There are no "trans kids", only confused children who need their parents to straighten them out, and keep them away from destructive, evil teachers who would harm them.

One of the most powerful tactics in the left’s arsenal is leveraging the reluctance of conservatives to accept that the foundational reality of our society has changed. We are not a free country in the sense we were just a decade ago – hell, the Durham Report just showed our ruling caste collectively framing a president they disliked and we all know there will be zero consequences. But part of the reason is human nature. The left exploits our normalcy bias, the tendency to assume that things right now are the same as they have always been. Yet, this is not normal. This whole political/cultural morass

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is the one Democratic Senator that’s in the crosshairs of the progressive wing of her party. She’s pushing 90, her mental facilities have lost more than a step, and her absence over a case of shingles has clogged numerous Biden judicial nominees. The age and mental competency have been weaponized by the far left on the Hill to take her out or at least place enough pressure on this longtime Senate fixture to break and turn in her papers. The California liberal already said she wouldn’t be taking any new roles in the upper chamber, specifically Senate Pro Tempore, which she’s entitled to,

The most recent liberal ABC News/Washington Post poll showed President Joe Biden’s approval rating at 36 percent—the lowest in history for a president at this point in his first term. Biden’s low popularity is no mystery. He inherited energy independence, affordable gas prices, historically low interest rates, low inflation, calm overseas, a low crime rate, and a largely closed border with legal-only immigration. And then Biden destroyed that inheritance. He has begged illiberal foreign governments to pump oil he refuses to drill domestically for. He spiked inflation at the highest rate in over 40 years. Home interest rates have skyrocketed from less than 3% to 7%. He nearly doubled the price of gasoline.

The Duke and Duchess of Exaggeration are at it again. They simply cannot stay out of the limelight for long because they value their privacy (or something). Meghan Markle was accused during the coronation of calling paparazzi to take photos of her while she was hiking. There doesn’t seem to be any other explanation for how paparazzi would show up in exactly the right place on a deserted California hiking trail to catch the complaining Duchess mid-hike. American magazines aren’t so interested in the Harkles (as they’re called by some) that they are stalking them, are they?

One of the refrains after Joe Biden inexplicably ascended to the presidency was that “the adults are in charge again.” The Biden campaign promised us reasonability and normalcy after what it considered a chaotic four years with Trump at the helm. Instead, we’ve witnessed an administration that governs not just with bad policy but also with bad instincts. Nearly everything the Biden administration has touched has turned into a disaster. And now the Biden reelection campaign may have made an embarrassing misstep right out of the gate. It turns out that the Biden 2024 movement is in a bind that it created.

MATAMOROS, Mexico — For two red-hot weeks, this Mexican city across from Brownsville, Texas was the hottest spot for illegal immigration on the southern border. But no more, thanks to a very unique, forceful and controversial Texas intervention that looks to become a long-term influence on national immigration policy. Non-plussed by the empty threat of Title 42 expulsions in the final days of that hollowed-out policy tool, mostly Venezuelans in huge crowds in late April started surging into the Rio Grande water in numbers that have quickly reached some 10,000, pushing Brownsville into declaring a state of emergency.

You can have all the facts on your side and still lose an argument. How? Because the other side is not bound by facts, they’re arguing emotion, and emotion always overrides facts. It sounds stupid, it is stupid, but it’s also true. Think about the things you’ve apologized for in your life – I’d give you odds it was for things you said in the heat of the moment, not after thinking about the situation in a cool, rational way. That emotion factor is a big part of why Republicans always seem to get rolled when it comes to policy debates, but it’s not the only reason.

Joe Biden is a born political panderer. It’s how he won the Democratic Party nomination, and it played a large role in his victory over Donald Trump. Telling people what they want to hear is a political skill that most politicians possess. But there may never have been a politician as adept and skilled as Joe Biden in pandering to voters based on their race, their gender, their sexual identity, or any other aspect of their personhood that can be sliced, diced, and pureed to create a message tailor-made for a particular Democratic constituency. Biden gave the commencement address to the historically black college of Howard University

You can take this with a grain of salt, but according to Niall Ferguson, a historian and senior fellow at the Hoover Institution, there is a strong possibility that former Donald Trump will emerge the victor in the 2024 presidential election. In an op-ed for The Spectator, Ferguson argued that “A second Trump act is not just possible. It’s fast becoming my base case.” Ferguson quickly dismisses the idea that Trump’s legal issues will hurt him because criminal cases against leading political figures often do not hinder their political success. In fact, he observed that they’re already backfiring because of the perception that Democrats are abusing the legal system for political purposes.

The good news is that not every teacher in the schools across the nation is an agendized leftist culture warrior. Some teachers actually practice virtues like dignity, values, and common sense, and embrace ideas such as free speech and critical thought. The bad news is that such teachers seem to be much fewer in number than their guerrilla counterparts and face uphill battles in their efforts to reintroduce sanity to the classroom. Caedran Sullivan, a 15-year veteran English teacher at Shawnee Mission High School in Overland Park, Kan., is one such teacher. And she is paying the price. Sullivan had become fed up with the woke culture at the school,

Does ADHD in fact exist? This week the BBC’s Panorama programme quite rightly exposed some very worrying private clinics. (Snip) One of the problems with the diagnosis of ‘ADHD’ is that it covers such an extraordinarily broad range of behaviours, including children who may actually suffer from birth trauma or brain damage, and children who are merely wilful and obstinate, or are driven to distraction by dull schools and bad teachers. Worse, it closes the subject. If all these millions truly are suffering from a treatable physical disorder, then we need not worry about our debased family life, dominated by
