Oh Brother: Warner Bros. to Mark Its 100th
Anniversary by Wokeifying Its Old Classics

The famed Hollywood studio Warner Bros. is celebrating its hundredth anniversary this year, and it certainly has a rich history to showcase. The studio could have coasted through its anniversary year by rolling out some of its classic films, which range from the very beginnings of cinema to today, to new audiences. But some daring young innovative thinker at Warner Bros. decided to do something at once more audacious, more risky, and much more certain to produce ghastly results: Warner is going to mark its hundredth birthday with “a short film series that reimagines the Studio’s iconic films through a diverse and inclusive lens.” Hey, it could be worse.

I'm glad there are no plans to defile any of WB's cartoon characters. The Road Runner and Coyote as gay lovers would be a bridge waaaay too far.

The only thing really creative recently from Warner Bros. was the plan to build a cable tram from the studio up the mountain to the back side of the HOLLYWOOD sign. If you don't know LA, it is a city divided by a low mountain range. Hollywood is below the Griffith Park observatory, south, and on the other side, north, is Warners and the San Fernando Valley. A tram would be a huge tourist attraction. I have not read anything about this project, so presumably environmental wackos have killed it. Remakes always stink except for "True Grit" and "Magnificent Obsession." The remake of "Ben-Hur" was embarrassing to watch it was so crummy.

The murder rates in major US Cities have soared more than 10% in the past two years — with most homicides occurring in Democratic areas with soft-on-crime policies. In a study released by WalletHub Wednesday, researchers found that Memphis, Tennesse; New Orleans, Louisana; Richmond, Virginia; Washington, DC; and Detroit, Michigan are suffering from the biggest homicide rate problems. All five cities are led by left-wing mayors. After comparing the rise in murder rates in 45 of the country’s most populated cities between 2021 and 2023, scholars noticed that killings were rising faster in Democrat-led cities than in their Republican counterparts.

A radical California DA is under fire for going easy on three gangbangers charged with shooting a 5-year-old girl through the heart and killing her earlier this month. Alameda County District Attorney Pamela Price declined to add gun and gang enhancements to murder raps against the suspects — a “staggering” move which could significantly lessen their sentences. “Not filing gun and gang enhancements in a case like this is an extreme departure from California criminal law practice,” veteran Los Angeles County prosecutor Jason Lustig told The Post. “It’s extreme.” The Berkeley Scanner first reported the lack of enhancements alongside basic murder charges and called it a “break in precedent”

Joe Biden has a well-documented history of inappropriate behavior with young women — and even little girls. But one of the most serious accusations came from Tara Reade in 2019, when she revealed publicly that Joe Biden touched her inappropriately while she worked as a staffer in his Senate office in 1993. According to Reade, Biden would place his hand on her shoulder and run his finger up her neck, causing her to freeze until he stopped. Later on, in March 2020, Reade expanded on her accusations, claiming that Biden sexually assaulted her by pinning her against a wall, kissing her, and touching her under her shirt and skirt.

The first thing on most people’s minds after Joe Biden officially announced his intent to run for president again was, “Seriously? He’s 80 years old and clearly experiencing cognitive decline. What’s he thinking?” Naturally, the obvious concerns about his advanced age and diminished mental acuity has led to speculation that Biden’s seeking reelection in order to hand off the presidency to Kamala Harris, who would otherwise be unelectable. White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was given the opportunity to dispute this theory during Tuesday’s White House press briefing… and didn’t. “Does the president plan to serve all eight years?” a reporter asked.

New Yorkers are speaking out on President Joe Biden’s 2024 campaign slogan “Finish The Job,” questioning what job he has even started. During a recent segment from Newsmax, random individuals shared their skepticism about Biden’s ability to lead the country while poking fun at the president’s slogan. “You gotta start a job before you finish it,” said one New Yorker interviewed. “I don’t really know what job he started. I don’t think he knows what he’s saying half the time.” Another went as far as suggesting a new campaign slogan for Biden: “I quit.”

Gropey Joe Biden seems to be waging a war on children, and half the nation seems to be ok with that. FACT-O-RAMA! Many liberals will agree with any/every decree from their commie masters so they can virtue-signal their morality cowardice to the world, even when they are told it’s ok to mutilate an eight-year-old child who is hungry for social acceptance and “likes” on TikTok. President Biden seems to have many ways to harm kids — or at least keep them from procreating. Let’s look at two of them. Abortion Never mind the “safe, rare, and early” mantra of yesteryear’s abortion-rights suffragettes.

I have never consumed alcoholic beverages in my life, but I have heard of this thing called a drinking game. It goes something like this: a wager is made on the number of times something happens or is said. For every time it happens, or is said, those involved must drink a shot of an alcoholic beverage. Now that we know Joe Biden will be announcing a campaign for reelection, I must ask, how many times will we hear Democrats, progressive socialist leftists, drone on about Mega MAGA Republicans? Democrats constantly talk about how much they want to protect “democracy.” It’s become parodic at this point, with every single thing the left doesn’t like being described as a threat to democratic governance. When you take a step back, though, it becomes obvious who the real threat is. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez illustrated that perfectly in an interview that aired Sunday. While on MSNBC, the New York congresswoman spoke to Jen Psaki, which just rounds out the absurdity of the entire scene. The former press secretary for Joe Biden, one of the biggest political hacks in existence, is now cosplaying as an unbiased journalist, but I digress.
