Budweiser Light Vice President of Marketing, Alissa Heinerscheid, explains why she decided to make Bud Light the beer of transvestites. Trust me, once you see the background of Heinerscheid, in her own words, it all makes sense.
A middle aged, upper income highly educated white woman with three children, all born from surrogates, explains how her worldview, everyone needs their safe space to find their best identity, shapes her brand representation. (snip)How her ideological outlook passed through the corporate filtration, is a case study on corporate stupidity.
Against the backdrop of micro-brew beer being popular with young people,

This is what happens when companies hire the first _____ to fulfill their Affirmative Action hiring quotas instead of making sure they are actually mentally and educationally competent to do the job.
I truly hope that Anheuser-Busch is getting bombarded by their stockholders reminding them that they are there to make a profit -- not to be social justice warriors (while going steadily broke in the process)!!!!!

So she wants to attract more women to the brand by using a fake woman? What was she thinking? She did focus attention on the Bud Light brand but it is the wrong kind of attention.

It’s astounding to me how a “marketing director “ could be so clueless about basic economics. The beer drinkers who drink Bud Light are guys who want cheap beer to get drunk on. In the grocery stores it costs less than bottled water. I don’t understand pi$$ing off half your customers to try to get .05 of the population to buy your beer. Reminds me of those male bashing commercials that cost Gillette two billion in sales.

It makes perfect sense! Bud Light is a strange liquid pretending to be beer, which makes it the natural choice for strange men pretending to be women, or strange women pretending to be men.

First, the visual:
Flailing hands, flicking hair, and way, way too much gum+teeth.
And: The Up- talking. LSU and UT Austin did not prepare me to listen to major company executives speak like Moon Zappa doing a Valley Girl.
Then, she is unable to make a coherent argument for destroying a multi-million-dollar brand, except "feelings".
Finally, I just love it. Woke=Broke, idiots.

It is mind boggling that businesses want to get into politics. Did they forget the purpose of why they went into business? There are two reasons - service or product. If you want to get into politics, become a community organizing entity. I would also add an additional thought and it has to do with campaigns. Individual donations by people cannot even compete with the money that businesses can contribute. It isn't evenly balanced. It is really too bad this company allowed itself to get involved in these politics. It will not serve them well.

It’s a good thing she didn’t decide to become a surgeon. If a patient showed up with an inflamed appendix she’d see an organ failing in popularity and cover it with perfume - a scent that was light and fun and crisp.

She can explain until the cows come home. Any day now she will be explaining to the board why Bud's bottom line is shrinking down to nothing. Pandering to 1% of the population is not a strategy found in any marketing book in any school, especially Wharton.

Yes, she absolutely destroyed the brand. Trying to target a market that is about one half of one percent of the population while turning off the vast majority of it’s current customer base is just suicide for a product. And by the way most women are not beer drinkers. There are some out there. But, not that many. The primary market for any beer (if you really consider bud lite a beer) are men of all races. Personally, I do not like lite beers. They are nothing but water with a little flavor added to fool you. I like full bodied beer (ales, lagers, pilsners, Dortmunders etc) Now that’s a beer!
I hope the damage done to Anheiser Bush is a lesson to others that forcing a lifestyle of any type on customers just does not work and a price will be paid for doing it.
I really do not care how people choose to live their life as long as they are not ramming it in my face and PLEASE leave our kids alone. Let them have a normal childhood. When they turn 18 they can make their own decisions.

Imagine being married to that. Ugh. Two minutes of that monotonous droning on about herself would drive any strong man to drink, which is perhaps why A-B hired her? She is a totally self-absorbed, entitled, ditzy female with no discernable accomplishments, much less demonstrable skills. Without knowing anything else about her I can predict that she is a harridan in the workplace and a witch to the women she works around, especially to those who report to her. The worst boss for a woman is another woman. The worst co-worker for a woman is another woman.
My prediction? She'll be, "asked to resign," within one month.

Anheuser-Busch is owned by InBev, a Belgian beverage conglomerate. From reading their latest 10-K it is clear that InBev is focused on growning its premium brands worldwide. She got the markeing job for a down scale brand with shrinking market share that the parent company probably wishes would just go away. Short of it is, they don't care. Deplorables drinking deplorable beer is not their corporate focus. If she totally wrecks it they would probably be happy with that result.
It's a big club. InBev is in it. You're not.

Hey, leave her alone. In the realm of unintended consequences, she may be putting Alcoholics Anonymous out of business in the future; not a bad thing. Plus, she is definitely a warning sign to those corporate suits who may still be paying attention, of what happens to your business when you swim along with the woke fish.

After reading the article then viewing the videos with her bio having surrogate children nd a husband I would tend to believe "she" is transgender. The person has no figure to 'speak of' so "she" just might be AB equity hire from the beginning. This is what you get when hiring woke hipsters 'she' fits all the woke boxes.
