Special counsel prosecutors have secured evidence including daily notes, texts, emails and photographs and are focused on cataloging how Donald Trump handled classified records around the Mar-a-Lago resort and those who may have witnessed the former president with them, according to multiple sources familiar with the investigation.
The new details come amid signs the Justice Department is taking steps typical of near the end of an investigation.
The recent investigative activity before a federal grand jury in Washington, DC, also includes subpoenaing witnesses in March and April who had previously spoken to investigators, the sources said. While the FBI interviewed many aides and workers at Mar-a-Lago nearly a year ago voluntarily

Well unless he stuffed them in his pants like Sandy Burger did during the Clinton years or has them crumpled up in a garage and car trunk, I don't think a single law was broken. Besides as president he gets to call classified or unclassified.

How about Biden? he has been stealing Classified Docs for decades, Documents which he had no authority to keep, indeed, shouldn't have had in his possession ever, Documents handled by who-knows-whom, and found in multiple sites, none "secure."
So if there are no charges against Biden (and even if there are, Biden's infractions are real and criminal in my judgment), then the (In)justice Department must drop the Classified Docs case and end this additional political harassment and persecution of President Trump.

When will the DOJ start investigating the Biden crime syndicate, or Hillary Clintons destruction of classified documents on her personal computer? The rule of law is dead in this country! Crooked DOJ, cooked FBI, and worst of all crooked DA's and judges. If the leftist scum are allowed to do this to Donald Trump they can easily do it to you for any reason they manufacture.

We must stay focused — no matter how many shiny objects the Communists create.
Don’t forget: it’s not about the documents.

I don't care how Trump handles the documents. I didn't hire him for his America 1st, MAGA document handling policies.

Well, like the Trump "special persecutor," the Biden Special prosecutor is also busy at work.
Within a few days, he is expected to announce his DEI-director after an exhaustive national search. The interior designer has chosen the furnishings for the office and will have a contract for those to be delivered in mid-2025. New, high-tech, gaming-style computers have been purchased along with super-high-speed internet service for the staff to do research and other important tasks. The office coffee service provider has been contracted, with an in-house barista from 7 am to 3 pm each day. And of course, the full[time staff massuse has a full schedule every day.

The President can reclassify ANYTHING by just saying "This isn't classified".
There is no "there there" on this one. Charges are fanciful nonsense.
