Disney’s reparations cartoon shows exactly
why Ron DeSantis fights

Original Article

In his victory speech after winning a second gubernatorial term in November, Republican Ron DeSantis proclaimed his state of Florida is where “woke goes to die.” He’s been at war with the ideology since his first term, taking on some of the most powerful organizations, businesses and politicians in the country promoting it and trying to spread the woke virus to our children. He’s most famously been at odds with Disney, which has increasingly injected woke messaging into its content marketed for America’s kids. The liberal media scoffed. No one’s pushing woke. He’s fighting a made-up enemy. It’s baloney — and Disney just proved it. In a sinister cartoon

This is exactly why those of us who live in Florida love our Governor. He was not afraid to go after Disney, and He won the Fight. He will continue to fight for what is Right! True, he is a common man, but that's exactly why he thinks like we do. He sees a Wrong that needs to be changed and he puts his Reputation on the Line to make it Right!! He's a Good Man!

This is how you indoctrinate young Black children into being the angry BLM, 1619 believing, shoplifting gang, thug life, unwed mother, whitey is holding me down negative attitude culture that keeps many Blacks in poor crime ridden neighborhoods of their own making. Then, not content having destroyed their neighborhood, they move on to terrorize other areas rather than work to better themselves because of the chip on their shoulders. This cartoon is how the negative cycle starts. Disney missed a great opportunity to educate about the past in a positive way. Instead they just produced another racially charged, divisive bundle of propaganda.

Too many Republican leaders are afraid to take a stand in the culture war. They are wrong. This is where we need to plant the flag. DeSantis knows it and, From what we heard last night, Arkansas's governor does too.

DeSantis needs to send the code enforcers and building inspectors to the house of the rodent to serve them with Florida code violations now that they are no longer their own "republic". That will serve them right.

Walt Disney never would have produced anything compared to the divisive and anti-American, ('in-name-only,') company of today. It is so sad to see what has happened to Walt's formerly wonderful company. Thankfully, "the greatest generation," of America's children grew up watching the then excellect Disney films, among others, unlike the trash forced upon children from hollywierd today.

Like Captain Jean Luc Picard said on Star Trek during the Federation's war with the Borg, "The line must be drawn here!" That's what Governor DeSantis has told the woke, leftist SJW dimwits who run Disney Corp. The leftist woke culture war line gets drawn here and none will cross it. Period. Because now they're coming for the minds, hearts, bodies and souls of our kids. That cannot be allowed to stand.

The mayor of East Hanover, New Jersey, and all four members of the township council have switched from the Democrat to the Republican Party. In a statement, Mayor Joseph Pannullo said that the party flip in a township of 11,105 people will be the best move to represent the constituents, deriding what he called the “nastiness” on social media that further drives a wedge between voters. “Municipal leaders have a responsibility to best represent their constituents, and it is our belief this change of party is in the best interest of the community,” said Pannullo, as reported by the New Jersey Globe. “As the nastiness, rhetoric, and social media vitriol

The White House got a jab in on Florida Gov. Ron Desantis Thursday during a press gaggle aboard Air Force One en route to the Sunshine State. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre was asked by reporters for comment on the DeSantis administration's ongoing feud with the Walt Disney Company. Jean-Pierre chuckled during her response, saying, "I don't know about you all, but I certainly would not get into a fight with Mickey Mouse. I don't think that would be the thing I would be doing." She also referenced the Republicans' rebuttal to Biden's State of the Union address in which Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders stated

I’m not entirely sure where to begin with this one. First, in all the kerfuffle over China’s wandering weather spy balloon which, coincidentally (or not), initially entered US airspace on January 28th, I (we?) missed out on the news that on that same date, bright green lasers shot over the night sky in Hawaii. No, really. Initially, the lasers were thought to have come from a NASA spacecraft: A camera attached to a telescope on Hawaii’s tallest peak recently captured footage of a series of eerie, bright green lines that shot across the night sky for just over a second. Experts say the unexpected light show resulted from a rapid burst

Pamela Paul is a relative newcomer as a NY Times columnist. She used to be the editor of The New York Times Book Review but switched to writing columns last year. From what I can tell, Paul is fairly progressive on some issues but she also seems to be the kind of progressive who isn’t terribly fond of the wokeism and cancel culture that is gradually dominating left-wing spaces. Last month she wrote a really interesting take on the cancelation of American Dirt, the controversial novel which seemed to mark a turning point in the censorious left’s ability to dominate the discussion. Today she has another piece which

The Biden administration has determined that the suspected Chinese surveillance balloon that traversed the United States last week was operating with electronic surveillance technology capable of monitoring US communications, according to a senior State Department official. The balloon "was capable of conducting signals intelligence collection operations" and was part of a fleet that had flown over "more than 40 countries across five continents." "We know the PRC used these balloons for surveillance," the official said. "High resolution imagery from U-2 flybys revealed that the high-altitude balloon was capable of conducting signals intelligence collection operations."

As social media platforms go, Twitter is unquestionably one of the big ones — with between 370 million and 450 million monthly active users. It’s been the subject of countless news stories of late, between the Twitter Files, and Wednesday’s hearing on Capitol Hill before the House Oversight Committee. Late Wednesday afternoon, however, the site appeared to suffer a widespread outage. Users attempting to tweet began receiving messages that they were over their daily-allotted tweet limit. Before too long, however, users discovered tweets would send if scheduled. As of 6:00 pm Eastern, the site still appears to be largely down (aside from scheduled tweets) — though there were signs
