CIA Director William Burns reportedly offered Russian President Vladimir Putin a fifth of Ukraine's territory to end the war as part of a peace plan drawn up on behalf of President Joe Biden. Burns is believed to have submitted the plan in mid-January to put an end to the war, which began on February 24, 2022. The story was reported by Swiss-German newspaper NZZ on Thursday, citing high-ranking German foreign politicians. Both Kyiv and Moscow reportedly rejected the proposal.
According to the newspaper, the proposal offered "around 20 percent of Ukraine's territory"—approximately the size of Ukraine's eastern Donbas region.

I hope this isn’t true, although it probably is. What right does that Incontinent Old Pile of Dung to offer any of another sovereign country to a country we’re not at war with? The Biden Crime Family really needs their other 80% of Ukraine to keep laundering money for them and their cronies. FJB. I hope Putin explicitly told them where to shove their offer.

A similar solution was tried after the Great War with less-than-hoped-for results.

Unbelievable! Then ole Joey could brag how he ended the war! Must think h has the power to give part of a sovereign nation away. If he would have gotten away with this do you think he wouldn’t do this to the USA? Bet he’d try if he could!

This proves Biden and Ukraine are in cahoots big time if Biden can make that kind of deal. The Democrats and Ukraine are one, along with a few Rinos. They have significant investment in Ukraine, mostly former Russian Bioweapons Labs the US has supported. Lots of deep dark secrets spilling out these days. Check around for news articles on the labs.

Didn't know Ukraine was Biden's to give away. Having said that and given Ukraine's investment into the biden crime family maybe it is after all.

Sounds like the deal Ukraine and Russia were close to in March-April last year before Biden's Bunglers got involved, just worse.

Fits the pattern, he also supported breaking Iraq into 3, giving 1/3 to Iran and 1/3 to Syria...Kerry was onboard with that as well. W launched the surge instead. Later, when ISIS had seized vast sections of Iraq and Syria, Biden again wanted to divvy it all up, Trump instead wiped out ISIS. While Biden was still claiming escalation there would result in 10,000 US Deaths...or more.

Total and complete BS. This is a planted story. The Skin Suit in Chief would never make that offer, as there is way too much at stake for the Global Cabal, and him personally.
