It’s Sen. Ron Johnson squandered an

To claim that the mainstream media has a Democrat bias is an erroneous assumption. That's because such a claim assumes that the party and the media are separate entities and the Democrats are influencing the news media. That is simply false. For ages, the mainstream news media has been the public relations wing for the Democrats. They crawl when asked to bend and prostrate when asked to crawl. Most news outfits follow the same narrative and even use identical phraseology to describe any given occurrence. A perfect example of this setup is Chuck Todd.

Senator Grassley, Senator Johnson and Senator Graham all talk a good game. The go on Sundays With Maria (Bartiroma) and squall, wail, and generally carry on about what the various media figures do and the targets refuse to do. I wish they would either man up or shut up because they all are worth little to nothing when it comes to investigations.

Pansies like Johnson are why the Republican Party is the nutless party. I can’t even respect him as a man. Republican toe-tapping-in-the-airport-restroom louts are killing us while telling voters they’re working for us and every bit as bad as the Democrats.

I have to turn off any "interview" where they constantly interrupt and shout over each other. It becomes clear that providing insight and information to the public is not the goal of the interviewer. I haven't heard Hannity in years.

Huntley-Brinkley and Douglas Edwards used to read the news without any inflections nor visual cues. The dialog was common understandable language and the video was uninterrupted by chirons and flashy background graphics. I found Walter Cronkite annoying as he used facial expressions as commentary. Today most newscasts are geared towards entertainment interlaced with subliminal political comment; and the "newsreaders" try to impress one another with WFBuckley vocabulary. I also miss Paul Harvey, he had biases but he never hid nor denied them. Good Day!

Republicans are notoriously bad at mainstream media interviews because they refuse to acknowledge that they’re dealing with the enemy. Either stop doing them or learn how to deal with them with the contempt and ridicule they deserve.

Don't blame Grassley & Johnson ...at least they try....unlike the other fake republicans. As for Todd I would have walked off when Todd constantly interrupted. Dems were taught to out talk, over-talk & interrupt.....

Rep Jim Jordan was on the Liz Macdonald show last night on Fox Business and she asked him a couple of times. What are you going to do about the double standard between DOJ and FBI treatment of Trump and Biden. Jordan kept saying we're going to hold hearings, put all the truth out there, blah blah blah. When in reality he should have replied: Well Liz not much we can do because Mitch McConnell and 16 other R Senators tied our hands because they passed the Omnibus budget and we have no power over these agencies budgets.

Republicans are notorious for bringing knives to a gunfight. The old guard needs to get out of the way and let MTG and those like her to take control. Answers to questions from Dem water carriers should start with phrases such as "Chuck, you are such a lying partisan hack." or "Chuck, how much does the DNC pay you for being their attack dog?"

Left-wing Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador recently praised a visiting Joe Biden: “Just imagine: There are 40 million Mexicans in the United States—40 million who were born here in Mexico, [or] who are the children of people who were born in Mexico!” Why wouldn’t Obrador be delighted? Since Biden took office in January 2021, America has allowed some 5-6 million illegal entries across its southern border. Obrador further congratulated the malleable Biden whom he apparently sees as a kindred but complacent left-wing spirit: “You are the first president of the United States in a very long time that has not built even one meter

In my 2015 book, Scarlet Letters, I spoke of the emergence of a Neo-Puritan movement in America. But not until Biden “climate envoy” John Kerry began pontificating at Davos did any prominent member of the Neo-Puritan elect speak specifically to the cult’s existence. "When you start to think about it, it's pretty extraordinary that we -- select group of human beings because of whatever touched us at some point in our lives -- are able to sit in a room and come together and actually talk about saving the planet," said Kerry.

The internet posters are making hay of the news that Joe Biden had classified documents, obtained when he was vice president and some labeled top secret, stored insecurely in his office at the Penn Center at the University of Pennsylvania (funded by the Chinese government), in his home in Delaware, and in his garage at the home where Hunter had resided for some time. I don’t know which post is my favorite but this one by David Burge (Iowahawk) certainly makes my list: “Just got a smokin' deal on a hot rod project from Craigslist, plus it had some free nuclear codes in the glove box.”

Who knew that we'd be talking about President Biden's Corvette and his troves of secret documents five months after the FBI visited President Trump's home? Life does have a way of throwing you a curve ball from time to time. Did someone say what goes around comes around? (Snip) The Biden story is now in the hands of a special counsel. Why? Because the Biden administration overreacted last summer and sent the FBI to pick up documents. The “hysterically obsessed with Trump Democrats” now have a document crisis that has nothing to do with the Orange Man.

The reader cannot be faulted for asking, “Who is Thomas Lane?” For the record, Lane, who is white, is the most anonymous of the four lambs sacrificed to appease the bloodlust of the mobs incited by a video snippet of George Floyd’s last minutes on earth. On a day like today, it would seem a fitting time to heed the words of another man who was unfairly imprisoned. In his justly famed letter from the Birmingham jail, it was Martin Luther King, Jr. who reminded us, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”

Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor is recognized for three things: (1) She was the first Hispanic female justice on the Court; (2) She’s a leftist’s leftist; and (3) she is not wise but is, in my humble opinion, almost staggeringly ignorant and biased. All those factors benefit Democrats, but now they’re getting worried, not because of her manifest legal and intellectual deficits but because there’s a possibility that they will not hold the White House and Senate after the 2024 election.

Following yet another failure of government control of transportation -- the FAA system debacle -- Pete Buttigieg has been soundly thrashed again for his incompetence. The FAA failure is only one of many fiascos over the past year laid at the feet of the erstwhile secretary of Transportation. Recall when he and his “husband” were on paternity leave for nearly two months while the maritime shipping supply chain crisis was going on last fall. Next, he was AWOL during the railroad strike negotiations and really played no role in brokering a deal. As a matter of fact, he was on vacation in Portugal at the time.

Ordinary people have extraordinary power. Don't believe me? Watch what happens if tens of millions ever decide to close their bank accounts all at once. Or critical sectors of the workforce decide to stay home for weeks. Or a sizable percentage of the population refuses to obey arbitrary and capricious government orders. When citizens become fed up enough to take matters into their own hands, those with government-bestowed titles learn quickly how little power those vaunted titles actually have. If you were to ask a collection of random people what governments do, you would hear a multitude of answers: they make and enforce laws
