A federal judge has ordered former President Donald J. Trump and his lawyer to pay nearly $1 million in sanctions to cover legal costs for failed Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and other defendants in a failed lawsuit against them for promoting the Russia collusion hoax.
On Thursday night, US District Judge Donald Middlebrooks tore into Trump and attorney Alina Habba in a blistering 46-page filing that, in addition to blasting them for abusing the courts, ordered that the $938,000 financial penalty be paid.
“This case should never have been brought,” wrote the Bill Clinton appointee. “Its inadequacy as a legal claim was evident from the start

Amazing. This Clinton appointed judge oversees a lawsuit against the lovely and gracious Hillary and then rules in favor of the Cow of Chappaqua. Who didn’t see that coming?

Trump's lawyers should have done a much better job of forum shopping. Democrats have mastered the art of filing lawsuits before friendly judges. A good lawyer knows the law. A great lawyer knows the judge.

I am a proponent of having the plaintiff, who initiates the civil suit, pay the court costs of the defendant, who prevailed. President Trump should have known that Mrs. Clinton would never lose a suit brought by him against her even though her liability is obvious.
In our thoroughly corrupt justice system Hillary Clinton will never see the inside of a courtroom as a defendant. She is untouchable. Trump wasted his money.

Facts prove beyond doubt that Hilary Clinton promoted the Russia-Russian-Russia hoax. Trump has some of the best lawyers; they know what they're doing. Let's see what the Court of Appeals has to say about this 46-page Order on Sanctions.

I don't think the word affairs covers the affairs that Hillary of Bill are known for.

To #8, yes the Clintons WILL go away. No one lives forever and neither will they. Of course being a lizard person, Hillary could keep herself warm on a hot rock to extend her life expectancy.

"This case should never have been brought" ?? That statement is perfectly suited for describing the Left's relentless effort to impeach PDJT, particularly when they used the Steele Dossier, obtained at the behest of PiaPS, herself. Irony of ironies, thy name is Clinton.

And the weaponization continues, unabated.
This single event is ample grounds to impeach, and even prosecute, Judge Middlebrooks for criminal misconduct.

One thing to do, appeal that Judge’s ruling and show that he certainly has biased connections to the Clintons.

Sounds like a very biased judge, but who let the case be heard in the first place?
Someone had an initial hearing in front of the judge who determined it had merit to go forward, right?
Or, it would have been dismissed before it went further, so why all of the expenses?
Presume it's part of the "get Trump".
