TV Abortion Plotlines Skyrocket as Hollywood
Doubles Down on Roe v. Wade Outrage

Hollywood put more abortion plotlines in its TV shows in 2022 than in any of the past five years, as the studios and networks ratcheted up the outrage machine following the Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade. There were at least 60 abortion plotlines or mentions of abortion in 52 distinct TV shows from January to December 2022 — more than any other year since 2016, according to the annual “Abortion Onscreen” report from the pro-abortion organization Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health. That outnumbers the 47 abortion plotlines in 42 shows in 2021, the report said.

Abortion is not the only thing Hollywood is preaching nowadays. You'd think homosexuality affected at least 50% of the American population by the relentless propaganda pushed in modern TV shows.

We watch Fox News, a little golf and some Brit mystery/detective shows. That’s about it. I also hit pause when the commercial break starts, then fast forward. We are also not a demographic that appeals to advertisers. I am considering cutting the cable cord and going all streaming. The cable companies need to bite the bullet and offer a la carte selection or they will continue bleeding customers. I only need about a dozen channels plus internet.

The Democrats unparalleled zeal to defend abortion has a religious fervor to it that is undeniable. No martyr has ever had more passion defending their beliefs. They have pushed the act to such an extent that they are completely unreasonable. Their hate and anger for an innocent life is disturbingly irrational. There is no reason for the murder of an innocent baby with the availability of birth control yet, that is never mentioned. They prefer murder to using birth control. It is appalling that anyone could be so callous, especially a female who has the ability to give birth. These strident harridans pay a high psychological and physical price for the sacrifice they make to Moloch. Their enthusiastic support for abortion will take a terrible toll on their mental and physical health. You cannot murder an innocent baby and go on with your life as if nothing happened. Your soul will not allow it.

Hollywood doubles down on garbage. Watched the Deniro Frankenstein last week and a message from Disney at the end asked children to talk to their parents about their white privilege and racism. The Wonder Woman movie was full of sexual stereotypes and man-bashing that ruined the whole thing. Where is Harry Potter this year? Movies made outside of hollywood are all that's left.

We've pretty much stopped watching NCIS:Los Angeles because they have steadily gotten rid of normal, white American characters and tripled up on black, Islamic, and females in all roles. It gets tiresome. And the plot lines have become about 70% soap opera, with traces of crime fighting here and there. Another show wrecked by "woke-ism". I occasionally will start a show and then 10 minutes in just shut it down in disgust. Fewer and fewer times do I even bother. The show I used to like is just gone. NCIS is nearly there, too. White male characters replaced by blacks, women, latinos, etc. Very rarely a high ranking USN or USMC officer that they interact with is a male, let alone white. In the real world, 70-90% of those people are white males. In TV bizzarro land - white males make up about 15% of their world, and blacks and women run everything. No, just not interested in that fake stuff. Same on the commercials. About 20-30% of actors in commercials now are white. White people, especially males just became almost extinct in "Commercial Land".

The Democrat-controlled House Ways and Means Committee voted on Tuesday evening to release Donald Trump's tax returns. It ends a nearly four year long fight between liberal lawmakers and the former president, who fought tooth-and-nail to shield his financial statements from public view.  Debate lasted for more than three hours behind closed doors before a final vote of 24 to 16. All Democrats voted in favor of the action while all Republicans on the panel voted against. It's not immediately clear when the documents will be released.

Senate Republicans are gearing up to punch their voters in the mouth again, this time by passing a massive omnibus bill that gives the farm away to Democrats for essentially nothing in return. The reasoning behind the push is a bit of a mystery. Are we really to believe that these Republicans fear a short government shutdown so much that they are willing to concede the power of the purse their party fought so hard to win in November’s election? Color me skeptical on that front. On the contrary, as a nice change of pace, I think this move isn’t about cowardice but is about business as usual.

The University revealed the plan in May, and wants to remove the words from its IT systems and websites, with grandfather, brave and master are also on the list. The Elimination of Harmful Language Initiative will also aim to educate people about the impact that 'racist, violent and biased' words have. It has listed 10 sections where 'harmful' language can occur under the headings:

Predictably, Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s politically motivated House Select Committee wrapped up its one-sided investigation of the Jan. 6, 2021, protest at the U.S. Capitol with criminal referrals against former President Donald Trump. While it may be a stretch to say the criminal referrals were the panel’s objective all along, it was certainly predictable that the nine Trump-hating members would eventually vote to refer Trump to the Department of Justice for prosecution, which is precisely what they did this week on four trumped-up charges: inciting insurrection, conspiracy to defraud the United States, obstruction of an act of Congress, and conspiracy to make a false statement.

We can thank Watergate and the fall of Richard Nixon for numerous words and quotes that continue to shape public understanding of political scandals. There’s “hush money” and “Deep Throat,” a “modified limited hangout” and “follow the money.” But half-a-century later, two other Watergate phrases are key to comprehending the FBI’s sordid role in suppressing The Post’s initial coverage of Hunter Biden’s laptop.  The first is, “What did the president know and when did he know it?” In a 1973 Watergate hearing, the question about the president’s knowledge was asked by Sen. Howard Baker to White House counsel John Dean.

The question in the title needs, I believe, critical examination. Why DOES the Left hate Trump so much? The answer, as usual, can largely be found by analyzing history. But first. Do they hate him because the average price of a gallon of gas in his administration was far lower than under Biden? Is it because inflation was low (around 2%) and trending downward? Is it that the USA was energy independent and didn’t need to beg our enemies for oil, deplete our strategic oil reserve or sell it to China? Is it because black and Hispanic unemployment was lower than at any time in history?

The Dems of course found a sleazy way around that. The tax code allows the committee to look at people’s tax returns to provide “oversight” of the Internal Revenue Service, and by writing an official report on their findings,
