Former President Donald Trump lashed out Wednesday at the Supreme Court — three of whose justices he appointed — for unanimously rejecting his request to block a congressional committee from obtaining his federal income tax returns.
Trump's rant against the conservative-dominated court came a day after the 2024 Republican presidential hopeful learned of the court's move, and saw ominous signs at three other courts where he faces troublesome cases. Those other cases include two criminal investigations of Trump and a civil lawsuit that threatens his New York City-based company. That firm, the Trump Organization, separately is on criminal trial in Manhattan for an alleged tax-avoidance scheme. Trump has denied

Dragging is becoming more and more necessary. These demons mean to completely destroy President Trump. We never destroy them. We let them retire with hefty payoffs, er pensions.

When the time comes that brave souls decide to have a look at the IRS returns for other private citizens like Obama, Clintons, and so on that Trump is still around to rub their noses in the precedent the court set this week.

If it is legal for congress to have have president tax returns. Can they also have the judges tax returns.

The principle of splitting governmental powers between separate branches of the government, none of which are to infringe upon the powers of the other.

I have never understood the tax return issue. The IRS already HAS complete control of one's tax return. If THEY have determined that there was no illegality regarding the return, that the flier simply took advantage of existing loopholes to reduce tax liability, then why the need for an outside entity, let alone a partisan political committee, to "investigate" the return? It's bizarre!

Allow me to offer a personal example of what DJT is facing, but at larger scale.the assessed value of our home, at full market, is 225,000. The market value is 300,000. And we have to carry homeowner;s insurance at replacement cost, which is 533,000 dollars.
Which of those dollar amounts should we use, if we wanted a mortgage? The answer is, probably none of them. The bank woud require us to use an independent appraiser.
If the appraiser came up with a market value of 600,000 dollars, and we used that to get our mortgage, have we somehow broken the law?
The NY Attorney General would say yes, you did, because you received a favorable interest rate on your loan, which meant that you wound up saving money. And that saved money is the crime.
That is what DJT is facing. It is insane.

If we ever get a real leader in the house or senate with real courage, the Clintons and the Bidens and the Obamas tax returns should be fair game, along with AG James of NY. I can only imagine the spin from the hypocrites in the media were that to happen.

The message is very clear, Mr. President. You run hard for '24, the UNIPARTY runs harder, perhaps with indictments and a perp walk. No one in government will save your bacon. Napoleon will not be allowed back from Elbe to lead his Grand Armee. The cultists might consider a Plan B.

SO what happened to the CONSTITUTIONAL Amendment protecting ones Persons and Papers?
The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution is part of the Bill of Rights. It prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures. In addition, it sets requirements for issuing warrants: warrants must be issued by a judge or magistrate, justified by probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and must particularly describe the place to be searched and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
