Jan. 6 panel staff frustration

Former President Trump attacked outgoing Rep. Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.), the vice chairwoman of the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, over a recent Washington Post piece that said committee staff are frustrated with her Trump focus in the panel’s unreleased final report. The committee is set to culminate its long-running Jan. 6 probe with a much-anticipated report on its findings — but The Washington Post’s story said a number of anonymous current and former staff were “angered and disillusioned” by how much of the draft report they said was dedicated to the former president.

Nobody likes a zealot. Its every bit as frustrating as Biden a year ago, when it didnt matter what the question was, the answer was to get the shot. Lawn mower wont start? Get the shot. Tires worn out? Get the shot. Meth head breaking in? Get the shot. In Cheney's case, the answer is always "Trump". I hope his smiling face pops into her head during intimate moments. Hee Hee.

Donald Trump lives on in their pointy little heads. Notice that every time a GOP candidate loses a race, he was a "Trump-backed" candidate. That indicates permanent residence of the Orange Man in their craniums. Maybe Dr. Fauci has a shot for that?

During recent public appearances, President Joe Biden has continued to complain about energy prices as well as the potentially catastrophic shortage of diesel that has been forecast to hit the United States soon, particularly in the northeast. Of course, he never takes the blame for any of this himself. He instead tries to blame the “greedy” energy companies or, of course, Vladimir Putin. He has called for bans on oil and gas exports and even suggested a mandate that diesel stocks be maintained at a higher level. But a new report from the Institute for Energy Research addresses the actual root of these problems. What we’re facing is a significant

The Senate voted 61–35 to overcome a filibuster, advancing the bill to provide federal protections for same-sex marriages. The amendment, drafted by a bipartisan group of senators including Senator Susan Collins (R., Maine) and Tammy Baldwin (D., Wis.), is an effort to assuage Republican concerns about religious liberty. “Through bipartisan collaboration, we’ve crafted commonsense language to confirm that this legislation fully respects and protects Americans’ religious liberties

President Biden urged Congress Monday to intervene to avert a "potentially crippling national rail shutdown," after multiple rail labor unions shot down an agreement brokered by the White House in September. American consumers and virtually all industries could take a hit at the beginning of the holiday season if workers do strike as soon as Dec. 5. Congress could intervene and impose contract terms on railroad workers, which is what Mr. Biden is urging them to do. Thanks to the Railway Labor Act, passed in 1926, Congress can force workers back to their stations with a congressional resolution.
