There is a right to vote. There is no right to sloth.
There is no right to sit on your hands all year and then have a ballot automatically appear in your mailbox. There is no right to mark your ballot at your leisure up to two weeks before the election and then hand it off to someone else to turn in to election officials.
There is no right to wait until the afternoon of election day and then saunter into any random precinct, register to vote, then immediately cast a ballot without bothering to bring a photo identification.

its blatantly clear that there is no legit purpose to the prosecution Federal law other than the facilitation of all manner of UNTRACEABLE FRAUD. PERIOD.

This is an important point.
NO MORE mail in ballots. If you can't be bothered to get to the polling place on VOTING DAY ( the ONE) then you don't care enough. So drop dead.

“There is no right to sloth.” Bravo! In my novel, the Founders foresee even more, even better, and include those provisions we’ve subsequently secured through amendments to their original. They also foresee the low information voter and wisely include language to require citizenship for 18 years as a prerequisite for registering and not only positive identification but also the ability to pass our citizenship exam as a prerequisite to casting a ballot. Through those improvements, the Constitution has guarded election integrity since it’s ratification. But alas, it’s just a novel. (Fun fact: a minor character, Nancy D’Alesandro of Baltimore, grows up to be an assistant in the financial aid office of the local junior college. She is known for drinking too much and telling the students,”You’ll have to pay the bill in order to see how much we’ve charged you.”) Back to reality, the several States must secure election integrity. Applying a rational definition of what constitutes rights is a common sense first step.

I remember VOTING DAY. Sometimes the lines were long but when you had finished you felt like you had done something and you generally knew who won by 8 PM. With VOTING MONTH all bets are off. Those missing ballot boxes just keep showing up until all the votes have counted.

I don't want to get off my couch to go vote on a Dominion voting machine, or stand in line to cast a single vote, while Soros and Zuckerbucks Antifa thugs are stuffing the drop boxes with hundreds of thousands of fraudulent ballots, and the Democrat city machines are putting the Republican ballots in the shredder.

We already have a Right to Vote... what the dems are trying to do is find imbeciles who would, otherwise, never vote and then to vote for them. They know that if they find enough imbeciles and have their ballots harvested and counted, that it can change the outcome of close races.

Voter card with a picture are the answer. Vote by swiping the card just like a credit card or an EBT card. Let computers do the counting. This could also make it easier to vote because the card would be good at ANY PRECINCT you happen to be close to at the time, also it would reject and alert any over votes.

With RIGHTS come RESPONSIBILITIES. Too many people do not like the responsibility part because it might involve some inconvenience on their part. If it is too much trouble to accept you responsibility to exercise your right to vote then don't vote. It is your choice. Nobody is stopping you from exercising your right to vote except you.

Where in the Constitution does it say we have a RIGHT to vote. The Dems are using the word right, to make it look as if the Republicans are taking a right away from Americans. We have a DUTY to vote. But the RIGHT to vote. Don’t fall for the Dems use of words they use to make victims out of people. The Dems are lying

I remember the times on voting DAY, where I would leave work early, drive the hour to get to my voting place and stand in a line that circled around the little gym of the little grade school so I could vote. Spent the time visiting with those in line because they were from your area and if you didn't know them, you at least had the same interests. And we knew the outcome of the election later that evening. What goes on now is such a sham. I hardly recognize my country any more.

Bad idea, #7. If there are no assigned precincts, what’s to stop someone from voting at home and then crossing state lines to vote somewhere else? And don’t tell me that the computers would catch them. As we well know, computers can be made to cheat. Not to mention that a system like that would necessarily have to be run by the feds and not the states.

So, Biden is suggesting that the 2022 election will be illegitimate if their so-called voting rights bill is not enacted. Using that logic, he is admitting the 2020 election was illegitimate. Otherwise, why the need to pass new legislation?

Election day is just that. One day. Have a picture ID go in and vote. Need an absentee ballot, they are available. Just present your photo ID and get one. These are the only paper ballots accepted.

Already elected Dems, In Office currently, have overturned the "Arcane Rules" so that THEY can vote on every Bill, amendment, rules change from their couch at home, or while on vacay in Fla/Hawaii/Carib islands....by "Proxy", with no proof that it is even them Phoning it in. It could be Staff, it could be hacked, it could be them just handing it over to whoever is holding their Proxy and letting them vote blocks at a time.
Even then, not even the Bills they cast votes on are required to be the Bills themselves, under "Arcane Rules" THIS particular "Voting Bill" is actually a NASA Bill, allowing NSA to rent/lease out it's facilities to Spacex/Musk/Virgin..whoever.
They took that Legislation which HAD been passed, kept only the Bill's #number, replaced ALL of the text with 2 separate totally un-related Bills that HAD NOT passed, and moved it to final passage stage at the Senate.
It is Tofurkey at Best, more Shicken Chit, Trojan Horsery. 100% indicative of what they stand for/Fall for.
Not only does this Bill zero out what it was passed as, replacing that with something totally different. It is a stealth Amendment of the Constitution...without following the Rules to do so.

Of the 441 members who have served in the 117th Congress, only 80 have not filed proxy letters with the House clerk....allowing them to vote from their couch.
