Dozens of driverless trucks are hitting the road as industries rush toward automation. PepsiCo is partnering with autonomous vehicle startup Gatik to rollout a fleet of 35 driverless trucks, Wall Street Journal reported Monday. It’s reportedly the first time a U.S. company disclosed using autonomous trucks on public highways. The 26,000-pound vehicle featured by WSJ is one of many driverless trucks designed by Gatik with embedded cameras, radar, and lidar technology. US Attorney for California Bill Essayli has attempted to undertake an investigation of California's allegedly fraudulent voting process, saying that "protecting the integrity of California's elections is a top priority for my office." However, he said that California is now blocking a federal audit of its voter rolls.
This is a state that "allows first-time voters to register" to vote using gym membership cards, employer ID cards, credit or debit cards, prescription drug labels, and insurance cards in a state that allows illegal immigrants to get state-funded insurance. None of these identification methods shows a social security number or proof of US citizenship.

So it looks like the runoff election will be between two far-left candidates, and Los Angeles will continue to go downhill.

Los Angeles City Councilmember Nithya Raman has overtaken former reality TV personality Spencer Pratt for the second spot in the Los Angeles mayoral runoff, according to updated vote totals released Sunday by the LA County Registrar-Recorder.
Raman, a progressive Democrat representing the city’s 4th Council District, now holds 27.12% of the counted ballots. Pratt, a registered Republican who ran on a law-and-order platform, sits at 26.69%. The gap stands at 3,113 votes.

A stunning, remarkable, incredible and some say unbelievable outcome.
There are still several days of ballot counting ahead. After all, the creation of ballots takes time and resources, and as noted by several people in/around the LA area, locally sourced, artisanal ballots can take much longer to be grown and curated.
