Democrats have shed oceans of crocodile tears over the plight of the average American, struggling to afford gasoline in the wake of “Trump’s war” against Iran. Never mentioned, of course, is the fact that for more than 20 years, Democrats have been doing all they can to raise, not lower, the price of oil. As with so many issues, Democrats rely on the rest of us suffering from memory loss.
So here is a quick refresher: the price of West Texas Intermediate crude oil from 1946 through May 2026. The last price recorded on the chart ($97.63, at the moment it is $87.36) is lower than peak prices

The Bidens want to restore Joe Biden’s legacy after his disastrous presidency and his Hindenburg-style campaign collapse, and phase one is Jill Biden’s forthcoming memoir. The next step will be Joe Biden’s inevitable presidential memoir, which is sure to have quite a few doozies in it, but for now, we have Jill’s, and if she thought her book would “set the record straight” and the Democrat Party would be thrilled, well, that’s not what’s happening at all. Instead, it's setting the Democrat Party on fire — and the people most enraged are the ones who spent years covering for Joe Biden.
According to Axios, several former Biden aides, including

Chess champ Magnus Carlsen, 32, lost to 19-year-old Hans Niemann at the 2022 Sinquefield Cup, sparking Carlsen’s cheating claims.
Niemann, who admitted to prior online cheating, faced a wild “anal beads” theory for his win that went viral.
Niemann’s $100 million defamation lawsuit against Carlsen and Chess.com was dismissed, leading to a confidential settlement.
In September of 2022, Magnus Carlsen had won 53 consecutive classical chess matches. Then, he sat down across from Hans Niemann.
Carlsen, then 32 and a five-time World Championship, was widely considered the greatest player in the millennium-and-a-half history of the sport. The Norwegian had an Elo rating — a system that calculates a player’s relative skill level —

We often hear and read about men brutalizing women, and it is a national disgrace that so many women live their lives in terror. I’ve written many times about the battering situations I came across as a police officer in NYC.
But there’s another type of battering I’ve witnessed, albeit not nearly as often: women brutalizing men.
While working a tour in Brooklyn one night, my partner and I were summoned to an apartment to handle an assault in progress. When we arrived and climbed a few flights of stairs, we heard moaning sounds coming from behind an open door of one of the rooms. Other occupants

Are antifa members civilized human beings entitled to human rights and civil discourse, or are they gutterally growling wild animals?
Get a load of what they were caught doing in New Jersey: (X) That's what hogs or bears or raccoons do; they empty and dump garbage bags, wherever they find them, in their case, for practical reasons: to find the best pickins.' Then they crap all over the place, or make whoopee together inside the clanking cans, entirely fulfilling their animal nature, and leaving the rest of us a huge mess.
Antifa, on the other hand just dumps the trash for its own sake, supposedly because

Historically, antisemitism was endemic in American medicine in the early to mid-20th century, with quotas on Jewish students and residency trainees until the 1960s.
But in 2023, antisemitic incidents dramatically increased, with a 140% increase from 2022 and the highest since data collection began in 1979.
A short sampling of antisemitic acts include:
Antisemitic slogans at the UCLA Geffen School of Medicine,
Antisemitic graffiti at the UCSF Cancer Center,
Jewish medical students’ exposure to demonization of Israel diatribes and rationalizing terrorism;
Faculty, including a professor of medicine at UCSF, posting antisemitic tropes and derogatory comments about Jewish health-care professionals.

We’ve seen plenty of “transanity” over the last few years, with transgender extremists demanding we call males "women," mothers “birthing people,” and individuals “they.” My general philosophy has always been, “you be you, and I’ll be me,” and that’s all well and good — but there are two places where that concept is overruled and where I believe we as a society need to draw a red line.
One: When it comes to this advocating that we mutilate minors suffering from gender dysphoria to “become” their chosen “gender identity,” just say no; and two, when it comes to allowing biological males to compete against females, often taking their trophies

There was plenty of news this week, but meme creators were mostly focused on lesser stories, like Jill Biden’s recollection of her husband’s disastrous debate performance, which came as a surprise to everyone who hadn’t been paying attention for the previous four years. Good times! But what inspired memesters more than anything else was the candidacy of James Talarico, Democratic candidate for the Senate in Texas. Can a non-binary vegan be elected to the Senate from Texas? One certainly hopes not.

The driver of a bus involved in a deadly Virginia crash that killed five people doesn't speak English, authorities said, according to U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy who called it "unacceptable."
Five people were killed and dozens were injured when the driver of an E&P Travel bus heading from New York to North Carolina failed to slow down near a work zone and slammed into several cars on Interstate 95 in Stafford County, the Virginia State Police said.
The crash happened around 2:35 a.m. Friday.
A 13-year-old girl and 7-year-old boy, who were in the car ahead of the one the bus hit, died along with a 45-year-old man

According to court records, I have two children. Because I’m so gosh-darn manly, both my children are boys. (‘Cause that’s how genetics works.) Therefore, I’ve never had to give my kids “the talk” — but I have plenty of friends and relatives with adolescent girls, so I know how “the talk” goes:
“Honey, sit down. It’s time you learned the truth. You have to be careful out there, because boys your age are only after… one thing. It’s all they care about!”
Yeah: That one thing is raising children.
It’s one of the strangest, most unexpected evolutions in modern politics. Almost no one saw it coming: Gen Z men and Gen Z women

Police rushed to the Fairfax County, Va., home of Supreme Court Associate Justice Amy Coney Barrett Wednesday night after a caller claimed gunshots had been heard. Officers arrived, coordinated with Supreme Court Police personnel assigned to the residence, determined that the report was false, and cleared the scene without additional police resources. Fairfax County Police confirmed the call came through the department's non-emergency line at 9:02 p.m. From Blaze Media:
A recording posted by a self-identified Washington, D.C., photographer purportedly documents a police dispatcher ordering a police response to the home of a "high-priority resident of the county."

After Donald Trump’s first term as president, during the egregious collective regime of “President” Joe Biden, the left’s legal brigades launched an unprecedented lawfare attack on their political target. In New York City, the prevailing tactic was to attack on the civil side. The reason for this was that the standard of proof is so much lower in a civil trial that victory was assured in a town with judges and juries as leftist as NYC’s.
The tactic was effective. In 2024, N.Y. Attorney General Letitia "Big Tish" James and Judge Arthur Engoron hit pay dirt with a nearly half-a-billion-dollar judgment against Trump for allegedly committing some sort of real estate
