Iran told mediators that it will not meet with American officials in Islamabad, Pakistan, and has rejected U.S. demands, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday.
The decision is the latest blow to President Donald Trump's efforts to broker an agreement to end the war, which began nearly five weeks ago. Trump stated this week that Iran had asked for a ceasefire, though he may have referenced a public comment from Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian expressing openness to a ceasefire in exchange for security guarantees.

The national IQ of Iran in most National IQ studies (Lynn, Rindermann, Kierkegaard, Basic Skills Test, Harmonized Learning Outcomes, etc) is in the 80-90 range.

Who exactly, remains defiant - the Islamic mullahs, of course. But all the leadership of the Revolutionary Guard stands to lose everything as well if peace is won. Decapitate these people NOW. Find them and end them. Place a LARGE bounty on their heads and reward any who might lead our bullets and bombs their way.

Negotiations and resulting agreements in Western sense assume an honest readiness to negotiate in godd faith and comply with what you have agreed upon. That is totally absent here. Just as it was at Munich. So, I don’t see how this is a ‘set back’ for Trump. Just another move in the 3D chess.

The Iranians who run Iran today are Mad Mullah religious (ideological) fanatic types who are not going to enter into any legitimate negotiated agreements that are going to limit their political power or agenda in anyway. The only way to change their minds in those respects is death!

As my in-house counsel said when the other side effectively didn’t participate in court ordered mediation, this makes our decision to litigate super easy.
Full speed ahead, Mr President! Make sure to level their ability to make money (oil) on the way out. That way, they can’t rebuild.

If they agree to anything, their own side will kill them. Then, when they travel back to their home bases, we'll track them and kill them.

Time for the lights to go out in Iran. Bye-bye to their electricity. They prefer the 7th century anyway.

The military types know that they are getting their butts kicked. One or more of them needs to have a come to Jesus meeting with the clerics and give them two options. Step down from power or leave. I hear that Khomeini's Paris apartment is still available.

DJT is not getting into the usual cease fire dance that Iran wants to catch their breath, rearm and try to figure out how to gull the infidels into giving them a rest and time to regroup. Somehow I think they feel we still have a Democrat in the WH. Surely the intelligent people in Iran's population will find a way to get rid of the madmen leading them into hell. Of course, that's easy for me to say from my safe little town since Iran has already murdered thousands of their own people to stop any insurgency. I won't repeat it here but look up Churchill's take on Islam. He was right then and the world should have listened to him.
