Looks like the fix is in within the Democrat circles but Klobuchar may see a lot of blow back if she makes such a move as to appoint Tim to the remainder of her Senate term. Almost doesn't sound legal and doubt any Republican would operate the same but then we're talking about today's Democrat party.
