Justice KBJ Compares Blacks to Disabled
Persons Incapable of Voting

It’s one thing to understand that Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson was DEI nomination to the Supreme Court, and another thing entirely to listen to her own words as she proves it. During oral arguments in ‘Louisiana v. Callais’, a case before the high court considering whether Louisiana’s congressional map (which includes two majority-black districts), where plaintiffs in the case argue the congressional map is unconstitutionally gerrymandered based on race; Justice KBJ compares black people to disabled people. The comparison for the argument she is trying to make is ridiculous. Listen:

Comments:

She was a big mistake, contrived to do just what she is doing.

What KJB fails to understand is that Blacks are not "special" because of their race. They are citizens like everyone else. Racial discrimination is illegal, either against or in favor of. She also mentions historical prejudice, which is meaningless, unless it currently exists and is prejudicial against Black voters. When creating voting districts there are many legal guidelines to follow. Like keeping all of a town in the same district, that all parts of the district must be contiguous, that the number of voters in each district should be roughly equal, ... The choices should all be race neutral. KJB wants a racist carve out for being Black. It's beyond stupid.

Nothing is stopping minorities from voting or running for office no matter where they live. There is no need for any special Congressional Districts based on race. To treat minorities as children or being disabled and unable to help themselves as Justice KJB described is as racist as one can get. Just imagine if a White Justice had made a comment lie that.
