The person allegedly responsible for seriously injuring former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani in a reported car accident over the weekend has been revealed.[snip] Thomas Goodman of Michigan was driving a Ford Bronco with Giuliani as the passenger. He was also injured in the accident. Now, New Hampshire State Police have identified 19-year-old Lauren Kemp of Concord as the person responsible for hitting Giuliani in the crash.[snip] There is no indication that this was a targeted attack, and no charges have been filed.[snip] Goodman, Kemp, and Giuliani were all treated at local hospitals. A federal judge has ordered an emergency halt to a plan by the Trump administration to send more than 600 unaccompanied Guatemalan children back to their home country — some within a matter of hours — after immigrant advocacy groups sued, calling the unannounced plan illegal.
