How Far Will the Deep State Go?

Original Article

Once upon a time, there was a rock-ribbed conservative U.S. senator who tried mightily to get an über-conservative law passed but was met with great resistance by his liberal colleagues. This went on not for months, but for almost two years. But he was so persistent and determined that those same resistant colleagues — and their lapdogs in the left-wing media — started to call him “bulldog” — even, at times, Senator Bulldog! Then, one beautiful spring day, he was both astounded and delighted to learn that he had enough votes to pass his proposed law. The vote was to be taken shortly after the Senate came back from lunch.

The US economy generates multiple BILLIONS of dollars in tax revenue. Trying to stop the gravy train of corruption in the US gvt is a dangerous road to commit to; Trump, Musk, Gabbard, Patel, Ratcliffe, Bongiono will all have to watch their backs for the rest of their days. At this point, the best thing protecting Trump and his family is the name TRUMP-if anything suspicious were to happen now to any family member tthjust the family association would be enough to focus suspicion on DC insiders. This country is a victim of its own success here I think-all that money is just too corrupting, too tempting.I sincerely hope the current admin has the balls to uncover all the bad actors, both domestic and foreign, who have inserted their tentacles into our gvt to achive their nefarious ends.

Yes indeed # 1 , all the hell raising from the left mysteriously stopped about a month before the decision was due. We didn't hear a peep from Obama during that month and that is when they changed Robert's mind and he twisted himself into pretzel on Obamacare. I still say they killed Scalia

As long as they think they can get away with it, they will do as they please. Trump is chipping away at the corruption that is the Deep State, but it may be a multi-year job. My biggest fear is that once Trump completes his second term, the Deep State will be back to business as usual.

Agree with #7. There are no limits. Btw, the Deep State has already crossed most of them. The only line they have not crossed (yet) is a coup that ends with Trump being murdered. Completely believe there are forces in Washington that would do it. If we are lucky, those forces have decided to wait him out and will reassert themselves after Trump is out of office. They have already tried to get Trump killed by stirring up the masses. End result: Two failed assassination attempts. They have launched two frivolous impeachment attempts. They crossed the line with their response to 1/6. We have seen Washington declare the biggest threat to the country are Republicans, whites, and Christians. We have seen a fake scandal that reached all the way to Obama. We are treated to fake news on a daily basis. It's here folks.

I think how far the Deep State will go has been pretty obvious for decades, especially since the Clintons befouled the White House, and then Hussein soiled it even more. The gradual fouling of the White House coincided with the Deep State's willingness to off any who got in their way, meaning it started off at a pedestrian rate with the assassinations of JFK, RFK, MLK, then disposing of Nixon who might have realized he was in mortal danger thus resigning from the Presidency. President Ford's life was almost taken by leftist freaks twice in the same month and only seventeen days apart. John Hinckley said he tried to assassinate President Reagan to impress Jodie Foster, but was a leftist stooge who had joined the National Socialist Party of the U.S. before starting a "right wing extremist group" which he was the only member. (Interesting note here, it's just typical online resources don't identify the National Socialist Party as even left wing, but anything that has to do with right wing is extremist.) All of this pales in comparison with the ascension of the Clintons to power as bodies started piling up left and right, and the left straining mightily to keep the communization of the country on track. Suffice it to say, anyone who thinks all these sudden deaths were coincidental are living in an Enemedia induced Matrix, La-La Land if you will, which is backed heavily by Academia and the behemoth Bureaucracy. President Trump's security detail better be razor sharp, because the left is losing too much ground to allow him to remain President. That goes equally for any who oppose the communization of America. Once America is gone, then all the megalomaniacs can fight it out to see who will ultimately rule the world.

“Deflection,” “Distraction” and “Dishonest” are just some of the accusations leveled at President Trump recently for saying he’d like to look into past Democrat conspiracies against him. The President’s critics have claimed that he is simply trying to push attention away from the Jeffrey Epstein story. Even some of the President’s defenders have sighed that surely he should focus on moving forward and not get distracted by these past problems. But putting aside for a moment the fact that President Trump has shown himself able to do more than one thing at a time, he is right to bring up the Russian collusion hoax and more.

New Ideas and its allies in the Legislative Assembly quickly approved the proposals with the supermajority they hold. The vote passed with 57 in favor and three opposed.

A high-stakes deal that would give an American company a major role in running dozens of strategically crucial global ports is now in limbo — as China aggressively demands a stake. The United States cannot let that happen. US asset manager BlackRock and its partners are vying for 43 of the world’s most important shipping ports, including the two that straddle the Panama Canal. The seller is C.K. Hutchison, a major Hong Kong operator that is one of China’s “big three” port giants — and the only one not owned outright by the Chinese government. Prying these ports from China’s oversight is a critical move for both US national security and the global economy.

Once upon a time in America, taxpayers were scandalized to learn the Pentagon paid $400 for a toilet seat. It was front-page news. Congressional hearings were convened. Outrage flowed like prune juice at the Biden White House breakfast buffet. Fast forward to 2025, and no one bats an eye over spending more than that for just a toilet. In fact, the federal government under the Biden administration set aside a whopping $7.5 billion in cold, hard, debased American currency—and to date, we’ve got a grand total of 384 E.V. chargers to show for it. And here’s the twist: hardly anyone is shocked.

After the recent Israeli war against the Iranian regime and the American attack on the Fordo nuclear site, the mullahs in Tehran are feeling the heat. This is the most fragile the regime has been over the past 46 years, and talk of regime change is spreading. For the past year and a half, some in the regime have been preparing for a plan B, in case they need to flee urgently. While that does not mean that the regime is about to fall, it is still a valid indicator of the nervousness of the leadership. The Senate has confirmed President Trump’s former criminal defense attorney Emil Bove to a lifetime appointment as a federal appellate judge for the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals. Bove’s nomination was strongly contested by Democrats who brought forth three Justice Department whistleblowers who alleged that he recommended that the Trump administration ignore court order attempting to disrupt the president’s immigration agenda.

When it comes to their views and policies concerning so-called climate change, President Donald Trump and former President Barack Obama stand far apart.Trump is a climate realist who understands that conventional power sources like coal and natural gas are pivotal to America’s grid stability and will play a big role in the forthcoming AI arms race. Obama, on the other hand, is a staunch climate alarmist who derides conventional power sources and favors “green” energy. During his two terms, Obama enacted several policies that subsidized uncompetitive, unneeded, and unwanted green energy while placing onerous regulations on fossil fuels.
