Memo Reveals D.C. Judges Are
Predisposed Against Trump Administration

Original Article

Posted By: earlybird, 7/20/2025 10:31:07 AM

Federal judge James Boasberg advised Chief Justice John Roberts and some two dozen other judges that his D.C. colleagues were “concern[ed] that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts leading to a constitutional crisis,” according to a memorandum obtained exclusively by The Federalist. That Judge Boasberg and his fellow D.C. District Court judges would discuss how a named Defendant in numerous pending lawsuits might respond to an adverse ruling is shocking. Equally outrageous is those judges’ clear disregard for the presumption of regularity — a presumption that requires a court to presume public officials properly discharged their official duties.

Had you heaerd of the "Judicial Conference"? I hadn't until reading this article. No wonder judges across the country have been on the same anti-Trump page. The DC judges lead them.
In a memorandum obtained exclusively by The Federalist, a member of the Judicial Conference summarized the March meeting, including a “working breakfast” at which Justice Roberts spoke. According to the memorandum, “District of the District of Columbia Chief Judge James Boasberg next raised his colleagues’ concerns that the Administration would disregard rulings of federal courts leading to a constitutional crisis.” Judge Boasberg poisons the national judicial well. And Roberts just sits there...

Separation of powers and coequal status of branches is respected and therefore is enforced precisely for not doing what these ‘judges’ are doing. They are like children playing with matchsticks.

30 years ago, maybe 20 years ago, this would have been shocking. Today our reaction is more like, "thank you Captain Obvious for noticing what the rest of us had already figured out". So......what happens now? Oh, nothing. It just gets worse by the day. With a few exceptions, I lost faith in the judicial system back in the 90's. Now its just a joke.

While this is certainly obvious when it comes to President Trump, there are larger implications as it tells you just how biased the judicial system has been over a very long period of time. President Trump and the GOP should seize upon this memo and expand it into judicial reforms that will protect the little guy who gets railroaded into a plea, or whatever which usually helps elevate those prosecutors' into promotions and possibly into judgeships. President Trump should further propose that every case where there is any DNA has it tested in the next X number of months. How many careers have been launched on the backs of the innocent?

The biased conduct of the courts has been obvious for a long time. However, this is the first I have heard of WRITTEN PROOF of them openly stating their bias. THAT is what is new and valuable information contained in this article. For that reason, I ask that commenters refrain from shouting 'Captain Obvious!' at the original poster of the article. It seems to me that President Trump and his team can use this as proof that certain judges are biased, and that the Administration is justified in demanding and should be granted a change of venue to a court -a judge- that will give a fair hearing based on the Law. I recall a recent article where Chuck-the-Schmuck Schumer was bragging that they had installed hundreds of judges that were biased toward the 'Rats. This could also be cited in a demand for a change of venue to a fair judge. I would be wonderful if these leftist judges could be removed on a wholesale basis, but we're probably stuck with them for life. Ugh!

The Judiciary is not going to fix itself. It is Congresses responsibility to police the lower courts when necessary. The GOP currently has all the power. They can take away some of that power via legislation. Will they - NO. Would the Democrats, were it to their advantage - YES!

This memo and meeting transcript should be made a part of every appeal on an anti Trump ruling. The Senate Judiciary Committee should also drag Boasberg down to the Senate to testify about what exactly he meant and how it is reflected in his rulings. Cheif Justice Roberts should also very publicly reprimand Boasberg for his bias and tarnishing the courts.

Senior intelligence officials strenuously fought the demands of former FBI Director James Comey and other Obama intelligence chiefs to include the false and unverified Steele dossier in an official assessment of Russian activities ordered by President Barack Obama in the closing weeks of his presidency, records reviewed exclusively by The Federalist show. The records, which are related to ongoing criminal investigations into Comey and other top intelligence officials for their roles in launching the Russia collusion hoax, provide damning evidence of Obama intelligence chiefs’ malfeasance beyond the explosive information released Wednesday by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard.

The released documents add some new details to what over the last decade has become accepted knowledge.
