You can almost hear those suffering from Trump Derangement Syndrome pondering this question as they struggle to absorb the spectacular success President Donald Trump just achieved in Iran. They’ve already given their answer. Before the dust had a chance to settle over Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, leading never-Trumper David Frum declared “Right move, wrong team.” (As though this attack would have been better carried out by the dimwit Frum voted for in the last election.) “Trump did the right thing, but he did that right thing in the wrongest possible way:

Frum should go back to Canada, and stay there - and shut his cakehole.

Frum's "correct" way would have taken weeks to months longer, risked hundreds of chances for leaks, and most horribly increased the chance of the death of members of our military. Frum should take this opportunity to sit down and shut up.

Trump doesn't care what anyone in the media thinks or says. I think he enjoys irritating them.

Let’s not beat around the bush: as a speechwriter at the highest levels of politics and business for 45 years – including the most successful presidential campaign in history – this commentator can present you an undeniable truth. President Donald J. Trump’s remarks Saturday night in the wake of America’s “spectacular military success” striking Iran’s key nuclear facilities didn’t necessarily amount to an oration for the ages. But they did showcase a heroic man rising to a historic moment – and then some – with a pithy, powerful and pointed address.

Last weekend’s No Kings rallies were yet another real-time illustration of psychological projection by the political left. Meanwhile, a West Coast governor who wants to be president so badly that his hair hurts continues to act as if he’s a sovereign accountable to no one. California Gov. Gavin Newsom is a pen-and-phone chief executive. In 2020, while Californians were suffocating under his cruel COVID restrictions, the politician groomed by the San Francisco political syndicate issued an executive order outlawing internal-combustion engine automobiles in the state. Beginning in 2035, all new cars sold in

Tucker Carlson, the TV personality who currently enjoys an enormous gap between the size of his audience and his intellectual abilities, has decided to declare war on the Trump administration for the sin of taking Iran’s nuclear ambitions seriously. President Donald Trump hit back with a post on Truth Social saying “Somebody please explain to kooky Tucker Carlson that, ‘IRAN CAN NOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON!” Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene jumped in with Carlson saying, “Anyone slobbering for the U.S. to become fully involved in the Israel/Iran war is not America First/MAGA.” The mainstream media is loving all this

Carbon dioxide, we’ve been told over and again, is the enemy that must be subdued if we are to avoid catastrophic global warming. It is, however, a faulty premise. Physics, not politics, tells us that man’s CO2 emissions will not cause catastrophic climate change nor an increase in extreme weather. “The common belief that CO2 is the main driver of climate change and the EPA Endangerment Finding assertion that ‘elevated concentrations of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere may reasonably be anticipated’ to endanger the public health and welfare are scientifically false,” conclude the authors of a new paper.

The Los Angeles riots, the “No Kings” protests, and Israel’s attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities have taken attention away from the growing scandal of former President Joe Biden’s age-related mental issues and whether White House aides illegally made decisions on the ailing commander in chief’s behalf. But the scandal remains and, as the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows, a majority of Americans want an investigation. It’s a scandal of huge proportions, with the media covering it up and rogue political actors both inside and outside of the White House hiding Biden’s mental problems and, possibly, even making decisions for a president

"Just … follow the money.” – Deep Throat, All the President’s Men That used to be the watchword for investigative journalists. If you want to uncover corruption, find out where the money is coming from and where it is going. At least it used to be. Today? Not so much. At least not when doing so could implicate Democrats or upset the left’s agenda. Case in point is the Los Angeles riots. There’s plenty of reason to believe that the riots are being organized and financed by unsavory characters whose mission is to foment division and violence in the United States.

The first five months of the Trump administration have seen Democrat and media opponents completely lose their minds. When not screeching about threats to Democracy, they’ve been howling about massive spending cuts, warning about runaway inflation, and predicting a collapse in tax revenues. Not one of these is coming to pass. The latest monthly spending and revenue data from the Treasury Department. shows that from February through May of this year, federal spending was $37 billion higher than those same months last year. Got that? Higher.

It is axiomatic that both Republicans and Democrats will exaggerate the size of any spending cut proposal, for the simple reason that it appeals to their partisan supporters. The “One Big, Beautiful Bill” is no exception. The numbers tell the tale. There are no spending cuts, at least, not in the way every household on a budget would count as a cut. That’s not what the headlines scream. Instead, it’s all things such as this from the left: “Deepest Cut in History” “Would Take Food Assistance Away From Millions of Low-Income Families” “Devastating Our Healthcare System”

The National Guard was called in to California to protect law enforcement officers who are executing legitimate operations from the feral mobs. Had the previous president fulfilled his constitutional duty, as he promised he would when he took the oath of office, the spasm of violence over illegal immigrant arrests would have never happened, and President Donald Trump would have never had to make that call. The scenes in Los Angeles are disturbing. An assortment of thugs, screeching harridans, and nothing-else-to-do troublemakers have been blocking and physically confronting officers, hurling bricks and rocks at them,

If Congress thinks it can once again kick the can down the road when it comes to federal debt and deficits, it might be surprised if it thinks voters really won’t pay much attention. They will, and yes they care about the future danger posed by soaring deficits and debt, the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows. Congress’ current debate over how much spending to cut, whether to extend President Donald Trump’s 2017 tax cuts, and whether to increase the current $36 trillion debt ceiling by $4 trillion, will all depend on how voters view those moves – and whether they view them

The Great Land's senior Senator, Princess Lisa Murkowski (R, supposedly - AK), is in the news again, this time suggesting that she might consider bailing on the Republican Party and becoming an Independent. That's not surprising to those of us here in the Great Land who have followed Princess Lisa's career; I'm not enamored of the term RINO (Republican in Name Only) as I think it's far too liberally (hah) applied, but in this case, it certainly applies. As an example, I might point out our last election, in which Princess Lisa tossed Democrat Mary Peltola some props at the cost of Republican Nick Begich III, who ended up winning.

In a precautionary move, Minnesota Gov. "Following the President’s decision to bomb nuclear facilities in Iran, I’ve directed our public safety teams to be on heightened alert for potential threats to Minnesota," Walz announced. "While there’s no known threats at this time, we’ll continue to monitor the situation and respond accordingly." ATLANTA — The 2025 school year in Georgia will start in August and this time, it’s bringing back an older lesson plan for its newer students. Starting in August, third through fifth graders will have lessons on how to write in cursive, also called script. When students return to classrooms after summer break ends, the Georgia Department of Education will begin cursive writing courses for public school students. The instruction was added as part of the updated English Language Arts Standards curriculum for the 2025-2026. As part of the move to teach cursive again, the GaDOE put out a guidance

Before I complete the first sentence of this article, I'm confident that most if not all who read it can agree on at least one thing: The United Nations — the UN Human Rights Council, in particular —has not only disproportionately condemned Israel, for decades; it has also been inherently adversarial to the United States with respect to many U.S. positions and initiatives, for decades. That said, it comes as zero surprise that United Nations Secretary General António Guterres has condemned President Donald Trump's attack on Iranian nuclear sites over the weekend, while saying zero about the radical Islamists intentionally targeting Israeli civilian areas, including a civilian hospital.

When people think of American commerce, they think of New York. And when people think of American Jewish culture, they also think of New York, which has the largest Jewish community of any city in the world outside of Israel. But if the polls are correct, New York may soon have a mayor who is an avowed Marxist and an antisemite. (And yes, I equate anti-Zionism directly with antisemitism.)Tomorrow is voting day in the New York Democrat party mayoral primary. This matters because the greatest likelihood is that whoever wins the Democrat primary will be New York City’s next mayor. The chances of a Republican winning, after all, are slim.

Pakistan condemned U.S. President Donald Trump for bombing Iran, less than 24 hours after saying he deserved a Nobel Peace Prize for defusing a recent crisis with India. Relations between the two South Asian countries plummeted after a massacre of tourists in Indian-controlled Kashmir in April. The nuclear-armed rivals stepped closer to war in the weeks that followed, attacking each other until intense diplomatic efforts, led by the U.S., resulted in a truce for which Trump took credit. It was this “decisive diplomatic intervention and pivotal leadership”

In the wake of anti-ICE protesters and rioters trapping drivers in Los Angeles and other cities in recent days, Republican lawmakers want to make blocking streets a federal crime. Sen. Thom Tillis, R-N.C., will seek this week to make it a federal crime to obstruct or create intentional traffic. The "Safe and Open Streets Act" is a direct response to the "radical tactics of anti-ICE protesters who have intentionally blocked roads and highways across the country," Tillis said. Lawbreakers could face fines or up to five years in prison. Under California law, it is a misdemeanor to "willfully and maliciously obstruct the free movement of any person on any street,.."
