A police administrator all but admits perjury

Original Article

In George Floyd: did a police administrator commit perjury? I wrote of the probability Minneapolis Assistant Police Chief Katie Blackwell committed perjury to ensure former MPD officer Derek Chauvin’s conviction in the self-inflicted death of George Floyd. I wrote in part: Fourteen current and former police officers with the Minneapolis Police Department (MPD) have signed sworn declarations [snip] say they believe Blackwell perjured herself when she testified in court that the restraint method Chauvin used to subdue George Floyd in May 2020 was not a part of MPD officer training. In that trial, Chauvin was found guilty of second-degree unintentional murder[snip]

Comments:

At the time of the Floyd event, I had seen published photos of pages from the MPD training manual showing this knee on the shoulder/neck of a person being restrained, along with a medical report of research by doctors which showed that this method was safe, and did not interfere with breathing.

Lucianne readers had access to the truth that the jury was denied access to by purjured testimony from the MPD chief and the fraudulent "outside" medical expert. Both lied on the stand to convict an innocent man. And those of us who regularly read and post here had the truth, as so often we do when the Enemedia is providing fraudulent information. We knew and know that Floyd killed Floyd, for example.

We all know why Chauvin was convicted. He was convicted to keep the "usual suspects" from rioting and burning. He was a scapegoat. Floyd killed himself when he swallowed the Fentanyl. Hang a YT was the reason for that trial.

Anyone who expects Pam Bondi to do something to free a totally innocent man - - is going to be severely disappointed. Pam is a media star - - who has not done - - and will not do - - a blessed thing to punish leftist political criminals. I hate to break that news - - but it's time we all face it.

Re #9, Bondi selected the vicious, corrupt special persecutor (intentional spelling) Angela Corey to tr her crookedest to railroad George Zimmerman in the Florida case where Treyvon Martin attacked and was trying to kill Zimmerman. I have never liked or trusted Bondi since that. I tend to agree with #9, but perhaps Bondi will react to some pressure, and especially if Trump applies it.

About a year after the Chauvin conviction, I was watching an episode of the '60s-'70s TV program 'Adam 12'. I was amazed to see a scene showing an arrest using exactly the same knee restraint applied to George Floyd. Apparently, it was a technique used for decades as a safe restraint measure before it became a racist murder technique.

Re #13, she purjured herself ain the trial, and these 14 cops sign affidavits after the trial which led to this lawsuit and settlement essentially admitting that the testimony was false. So, this is all post trial, after the crooked process that put an innocent person in prison.

Even an outright admission would change little; an all but admits will change nothing. The trajectory of justice will conform to the gravitational pull of The Narrative, which must be maintained.

Federal authorities announced Sunday that more than a hundred illegal immigrants were detained in a massive raid at an underground nightclub in Colorado Springs that officials say was "frequented by TdA and MS-13 terrorists." The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Rocky Mountain Division led a multi-agency operation early Sunday morning and arrested 114 illegal immigrants at the venue that contained more than 200 people inside. Authorities uncovered drugs, including pink cocaine, as well as evidence of prostitution and multiple firearms during the operation, according to the DEA.

This week marks the 250th anniversary of the Battles of Lexington and Concord and the start of the Revolutionary War. Farmers, tradesmen, laborers, and mariners–Americans of all stripes–came together to defend themselves against the most professional army in the world. April 19, 1775, marked the beginning of an epic journey for a band of brothers who risked EVERYTHING for a nation yet to be born. Over the course of nearly eight years, many of these Americans marched thousands of miles, often shoeless, unpaid, and starving, to fight for freedom and liberties most Americans today take for granted.

Stellantis, whose former CEO Carlos Tavares was the highest paid auto executive — raking in nearly $40 million annually before his resignation in December of last year — has announced that its Windsor Assembly Plant in Ontario, Canada,

One of the virtues of being a mentally healthy person in an honest society is that you don’t have to deal with cognitive dissonance. That is, there are no moments when you are forced to accept two entirely conflicting facts or values. Instead, you have the mental freedom to work through the conflict and come out with an honest evaluation. When people lack that honesty and liberty, the only refuge is delusions and heartfelt lies to themselves. That shows up in a very funny video from February that’s starting to gain deserved traction.

A leftist characteristic is the willingness to bend reality to political ends—and nobody does it better than the credentialed class. Indeed, the more credentialed, the better at bending. Two examples will suffice: The first is a PolySci major insisting that women are every bit as fast and strong as men, which could be laughed off by saying she’s not a science major. However, the second example is a man with a Ph.D. in “Molecular and Cell Biology” denying that race exists. Democrat Pennsylvania State Sen. Lindsey Williams [snip] defended men in women’s sports by insisting that “female bodies are just as strong, fast, and capable as male bodies.”

Month after month, the government bean-counters under former-president Biden published overly optimistic estimates for everything from job growth to the size of the economy, only to have those numbers routinely—and quietly—revised down later. These reports matter because the leftist British approach to governance is what the Democrat party desperately wants to see in America.
