USAID Employees Told to Destroy Documents,
Shred and Burn Everything

Original Article

If USAID was the charitable wing of the U.S. State Dept., why would the remaining senior leadership be instructing all employees to urgently start destroying all records? The answer is easy, the charity mission of USAID was a front for the real operational mission of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). USAID has always been a CIA operation within the U.S. State Department silo. The documents they are now being told to shred and burn with urgency are the CIA operational details of how USAID manipulated foreign governments and CIA assets. This is one big coverup operation.

There may be more to this story than how it's being reported. The 'old' USAID building will be occupied by CBP. The hard copy documents in question were old, duplicate courtesy content (content from other agencies), and the originals still exist in storage and the soft copies remain on databases. That's what they're shredding. Let's err on the side of Occam's razor before jumping to conclusions.

Remarks about this news story at a different conservative social media website this morning includes a comment from the website’s founder that the “USAID shredding story is not what it seems.” Also, that “Judge Nichols” is to hold an emergency hearing this morning. Poster comments suggest fake news and the possibility of a named “far-left activist’s” actions. Ldotter #3 is correct about destruction of documents in storage that are no longer needed. According to a former USAID staffer, everyone with a safe will find that “Sometimes security will check your safe and tell you if you have to clean out old material.” Further, Ldotter #3 is accurate about Customs and Border Protection moving into the USAID facility “having rented 390,000 square feet of office space in the building last month.”

"Questions about how long this has been going on are commonplace." -- Well, at least since the Vietnam War, the French Vietnam War, that is. #1, Intel entities always end up doing this and they get away with it because people are afraid to stand up to the threats of blackmail and harm to one's self and loved ones. Regime changes don't help. The old regime intel spooks dug up all the dirt on the new regime people, so they just become the new regime spooks. For example, Putin is the inheritor of an intelligence and intimidation organization that started out as the Oprichniki under Ivan the Terrible. The spooks derive their power from the secrets they keep, including ones on their nominal controllers. (Think of J. Edgar Hoover.) Once the secrets are revealed - as awful as they might be - their power is lost. So the system, ironically, is maintained by its victims. Until they quit hiding, the spooks have power. As for the intimidation part, gunfire might be required. (Think of the drug cartels.) But the secrets are the real power.

Back in my working years, I only saved documents for good reasons...there was only inefficiency in saving duplicate copies, for example. Therefore, I assume that any hardcopies in the files of USAID were also saved for good reasons...especially in the age of electronic files. So what possible, credible, reason could there be to destroy saved files now, when there is a risk of outside audit...unless they might reveal something illegal or nefarious?

During his flight to Saudi Arabia, Secretary Rubio answered a few questions about the U.S. delegation expectations of the meeting with Ukraine officials. Rubio notes the aforementioned “minerals deal” is not an important part of the larger objective. Secretary Rubio says that finding out if Ukraine’s desire for peace with Russia is true, in good faith or not, is the key objective. A pragmatic Rubio also notes that Ukraine is likely going to have to give up lost territory to achieve peace.

Consider this an escalation once President Trump is briefed. Overnight, someone, claimed by media to be Ukraine, launched a targeted series of drone attacks against the KINEF oil refinery in the Leningrad region of Russia. The refinery is approximately 800 to 1,000 kilometers from where western intelligence operators are assembled to support Ukraine. This distance means someone within NATO has violated President Trump’s order to withdraw ‘long-range’ targeting system operation, and/or someone within NATO has provided an alternative. Knowing that President Trump has essentially stopped the Ukraine/NATO/IC/EU offensive combat operations for Ukraine that use western supplied drones/missiles with complete reliance on U.S/NATO targeting, it does not come as a surprise to see Ukraine President Zelenskyy call for a “sky and sea truce.”Zelenskyy’s proposal for Russia to stop the air and sea combat operations, while simultaneously supporting frontline combat operations, is essentially an EU effort to maintain the fight by counteracting the Trump pressure point. EU spokesperson Volodymyr Zelenskyy doesn’t factually want a ceasefire; they want a situation that retains the status quo and neuters Russia’s strategic advantage.
