People have asked why we focus so much sunlight and attention toward the network silos that operate the Intelligence Community (IC) and as an outcome the national security focus of government. The answer is simple, as Mary McCord herself admitted publicly, the IC are the background approver for every weaponized approach of government, including the DOJ.
With that in mind, CTH has painstakingly made the case –with details and receipts– for a process of removing the IC silos from influence over the Office of The President. The Chief Executive must control all elements of national security policy and implementation.Thankfully, the Supreme Court recently affirmed the plenary power

Last week Florida Judge Aileen Cannon outlined her skepticism about the motive and timing of the Biden-Garland DOJ seeking approval to send congressional representatives a volume II report outlining the Jack Smith investigation of President Trump in the Mar-a-Lago documents case. Today in a 14-page ruling [SEE HERE] Judge Cannon blocked the DOJ effort. While Jack Smith and the DOJ dropped the case against President Trump, there are still two defendants in the defunct case, Walt Nauta and Carlos De Oliveira. Judge Cannon saw through the political Lawfare motive behind the report and noted there were numerous references to grand jury evidence and other materials

Joe Biden was handing out preemptive pardons to some of the Swamp’s creepiest and slimiest characters. From Fauci to Milley, Cheney to Kinzinger, and plenty of ghouls in between including the one we’re focusing on today: Adam Schiff.Schiff happily accepted the blanket pardon—but why? If he did nothing wrong, why would he need one?
That’s the question that is coming back to haunt Schiff, even as we speak.
After all, it was Schiff who showed up on Joy Reid’s low-rated show to discuss these preemptive pardons, and how innocent people don’t need them.

With only 15 minutes to go as president, Joe Biden snatched infamy from the jaws of obscurity.
With record-low polling and widely viewed as a “failed” president, Biden completed his one-man race to the bottom of ethics by issuing preemptive pardons to members of his own family.
The pardons were timed to guarantee that the media would not focus on yet another unethical act by this president. He need not have worried. For four years, the media worked tirelessly to deny or deflect the corruption scandal surrounding the Biden family.

Literally minutes before he leaves office, Joe Biden just issued blanket pardons for his closest family. Having previously pardoned Hunter Biden, the departing executive just pardoned his brothers, James and Frank, along with his sister Valerie, and their spouses.
The Biden family crime syndicate, those who engaged in the benefit of Joe Biden selling the influence of his office for financial gain, are attempting to preemptively pardon themselves from any investigation or prosecution of their criminal conduct.(snip)Recent legal debate has surrounded the issue of a prosecutor who may bring an indictment against a person after they have been issued a pardon.

Every intellectually honest person knows exactly what is going on here, including Judge Aileen Cannon.
Judge Cannon had previously blocked the Jack Smith effort to release his politically framed report on the Trump Mar-a-Lago classified documents case. (snip) DOJ is still prosecuting other defendants in the case in her courtroom. A release of this report, even to congress, would be tantamount to the DOJ releasing public information negative toward the accused who have not even stood trial yet.
(sni[p) the DOJ tried to argue they should be allowed to release the report to congress. Judge Aileen Cannon was not buying their story

During the second confirmation hearing for Attorney General Nominee Pamela Bondi, the former Department of Justice top official who led the phony “Russiagate” investigation of Donald Trump claimed America’s top law officers are responsible for “preventing” the agency’s “weaponization.(smip) McCord was the top national security official who, until her departure in 2017, led the DOJ’s hoax investigation of the Trump campaign for supposed “ties to Russia’s meddling in the 2016 election,” as NBC reported. Under McCord’s leadership, the FBI used the fabricated Steele Dossier — paid for by Clinton’s campaign — to obtain a warrant to spy on members of Trump’s campaign team under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).

On his way out, President Joe Biden continues to wreak havoc and cause plenty of confusion. (snip) Biden announced on Friday that the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) is now "the law of the land" as the 28th Amendment to the Constitution as part of yet another desperate attempt to keep focusing on promoting abortion.
The eligibility for ratification long expired, according to the National Archives. Several states have also rescinded their ratification. (snip)
Further, in January 2022--during Biden's term--the Assistant Attorney General Office of Legal Counsel at the Department of Justice (DOJ) released a memo for the Counsel to the President on the legal status for ratifying the ERA.

The lead Secret Service sniper at former President Donald Trump’s near-fatal rally in Butler, Pennsylvania “never set foot on or in” the building from which a would-be assassin shot the now-incoming president in the head, The Federalist’s CEO Sean Davis said in a Friday interview with Tucker Carlson.
“He has four days on site, puts together his plan, kind of sketches out where he wants everyone. He never set foot on or in that building,” Davis said, noting that the lead sniper blamed this oversight on needing to do “paperwork.”

Democrat Sen. Mazie Hirono of Hawaii faced mockery on social media on Thursday over her opening questions to Interior Secretary nominee Doug Burgum during his confirmation hearing. "As part of my responsibilities to ensure the fitness of nominees before any of the committees on which I sit, I ask the following two initial questions," Hirono said to Burgum on Thursday. "First is, since you became a legal adult, have you ever made unwanted requests for sexual favors or committed any verbal or physical harassment or assault of a sexual nature?"
"No, senator, I have not," Burgum responded.
"Have you ever faced discipline or entered into a settlement related to

President Joe Biden on Jan. 17 announced he has ratified the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), despite the U.S. archivist recently saying the president could not ratify the constitutional amendment.(snip)
The U.S. archivist and U.S. deputy archivist said in late 2024 that the president could not ratify the amendment because the amendment did not receive the required support from three-fourths of the states by the deadline Congress imposed, which was June 30, 1982.
The Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel in 2020, while Donald Trump was president, and in 2022, after Biden took office, also said that ratification cannot occur unless Congress or the courts extend or remove the ratification deadline.
