Biden Ratifies New Constitutional Amendment,
Despite Opposition

Original Article

President Joe Biden on Jan. 17 announced he has ratified the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), despite the U.S. archivist recently saying the president could not ratify the constitutional amendment.(snip) The U.S. archivist and U.S. deputy archivist said in late 2024 that the president could not ratify the amendment because the amendment did not receive the required support from three-fourths of the states by the deadline Congress imposed, which was June 30, 1982. The Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel in 2020, while Donald Trump was president, and in 2022, after Biden took office, also said that ratification cannot occur unless Congress or the courts extend or remove the ratification deadline.

"Despite Opposition" is rhetorical handwaving, when the obstacle to its ratification that there is no constitutional pathway for him to unilaterally ratify it. Kind of like saying Biden will pole vault over 30 feet, despite opposition.

Interestingly, most leftists now oppose it as it would destroy all the affirmative action for women and gays under current Supreme Court jurisprudence. This is just a stunt to have Trump or whoever say it is invalid to create a fake talking point. Trump should say “law is unclear, let the courts sort it out.” It’s fine if it is gone and maybe better if it stays for conservatives.

Just like FJB ignored federal immigration law to open the border and ignored the Supreme Court decision that said a President's powers do not include the discharge of student loan debts, FJB is ignoring that the Equal Rights Amendment HAS BEEN DEAD SINCE 1982, having failed to obtain the required support of 3/4 of the states by June 30, 1982. Saying it is passed does not make it so. This is like the NY law that suspended the statute of limitations on rape, so that they could indict Trump for a 30+,year old rape, for which there is no witnesses, police reports, rape kit, etc. Trump should very publicly denounce this attempt by Biden to make law.

That attitude, of twisting, questioning, lying & doing whatever they deem necessary to get way with it, has worked very well for them for a very long time. They fill proper places with persistent, improper voices proclaiming lies to be correct despite established truths. It doesn’t matter to them if it’s legal, as long as it works to accomplish their goal of “Fundamental Transformation”. MAGA really has monumental work cut out to clean up the mess, restore the rule of law, and protect our Constitution. I’m so thankful we have been blessed with the opportunity, and vigilant, dedicated people who are devoted to accomplishing that as thoroughly and quickly as they possibly can. May God guide, protect and bless them with all that is good & necessary to successfully MAGA. May WE citizens continue to pray, be aware of what is happening, vigilant and diligent to be heard in support of the freedoms we almost lost. The opposing voices never stop.

Once again, Biden took meaningless action on something that was long past it's expiration date that, to me, is not needed. Why is the ERA needed? What rights do women not already have that they would have if the ERA was passed? If Biden wanted a meaningful action, he would have pushed for laws protecting women from Transgender men.

Attorneys for a man charged with murder in connection with the killings of four University of Idaho students are asking a judge to throw out most of the evidence in the case because they say it all hinges on an unconstitutional genetic investigation process. Bryan Kohberger's defense team also contends that the search warrants in the case were tainted by police misconduct. They will make their arguments during a two-day hearing starting Thursday morning, part of which will be closed to the public. If they are successful, it could throw a major wrench in the prosecution's case before the trial starts in August.

People have asked why we focus so much sunlight and attention toward the network silos that operate the Intelligence Community (IC) and as an outcome the national security focus of government. The answer is simple, as Mary McCord herself admitted publicly, the IC are the background approver for every weaponized approach of government, including the DOJ. With that in mind, CTH has painstakingly made the case –with details and receipts– for a process of removing the IC silos from influence over the Office of The President.
