This is getting to be a tsunami of DEI defections, and how delicious! Just this afternoon, another big name in the wokest game on Earth decided they were cashing in their chips before public opinion - and an incoming Trump administration - cashed them in for them. An Amazon email last month announced to employees that the company was scaling back and consolidating some of its DEI programs - trimming around the edges on some of those 'initiatives' - although which ones were on the chopping block were spelled out. Amazon said it is halting some of its diversity and inclusion initiatives, joining a growing list

How many are just putting it underground? I remain skeptical that white males will get a fair shake in most of these companies.

As old folks used to say, "It died aborning." I'm not that old yet so I say "it came straight up from the pit of hell, has soot and smoke and the devil's fingerprints all over it. It is anti-male to begin with, and not even a tiny bit subtle. God-hating Leftism's failed population control.

DEI is being renamed not buried. Once they called the weather global warming then climate change. But their incessant ranting about the evils of mankind and use of fossil fuels stayed the same. Do not be fooled. If you are still a white, hetero, male - get to the back of the line.

I work at a university. We were supposed to all have to go to a title IX workshop. I was dreading it. Happily the court struck it down. We pay lip service to DEI but we still hire white, straight men if they are the best qualified.

Huge corporations were pressured and shamed into adopting a program that cost them more money and saddled them with a workforce that was about as effective as a herd of sheep-cats in guarding a flock from wolves. On top of that it also drove many customers away permanently. Nice work, fools.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) under Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is reportedly attempting to kill the Laken Riley Act, a bill that requires the DHS to take illegal aliens who have been charged, arrested, or convicted for crimes such as theft, larceny, burglary or shoplifting into custody. Pablo Manriquez, a news reporter, wrote in a post on X that “sources at DHS” were informing him that the cost of the Laken Riley Act was estimated to be between $20-$30 billion. Manriquez added that the DHS sources had cited “a $7 billion figure just for beds BEFORE the mandate’s costs on local law enforcement.”

California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) has signed an executive order to suspend regulations that would impede the rebuilding process following the destructive wildfires. The three-page executive order signed by the governor this week would aim to streamline the building permit process as well as rollback environmental regulations that would subject rebuilding to layers of time-consuming bureaucracy. The order covers all of Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, both of which were affected by the wildfires, which have been estimated to be the costliest in California history.

The insurance industry in California was already reeling from a combination of natural disasters and the political disaster known as the Democratic Party in California. As for the former, the combination of too few controlled burns, drier-than-normal weather, and idiotic zoning regulations pushing people into fire-prone areas all contributed to a situation that only needed someone to light a match. And someone did. The sheer idiocy of California Democratic Party officials preferring to embrace environmental posturing

Outrage is exploding over a push by numerous Democrats to get people to donate to wildfire "relief funds" facilitated through ActBlue, the party's scandal-ridden fundraising apparatus. As RedState reported on Saturday, California Gov. Gavin Newsom made the ill-advised move to go on "Pod Save America," a far-left show run by former Barack Obama staffers, while large parts of Los Angeles County still burned. His attempt to pass the buck and paint himself as an innocent bystander amid a laundry list of government failures was bad enough, but then came the plea for donations.

Trump will be inaugurated as the nation’s 47th president on January 20, and reports indicate that he plans to arrive at the Oval Office armed with over 100 executive orders dealing with border and energy security. He met with Republican senators Wednesday and talked about his plans, and some of the participants are revealing what he said. During a Thursday morning appearance on "Fox & Friends" Sen. Markwayne Mullin, R-Okla., said that Trump indicated that there are almost 100 executive orders to address issues like border security and U.S. energy. "He threw that out — 100 — there could be like 100 EOs, yeah. I believe him,"

Recently, Meta (a.k.a. Facebook) CEO, owner, founder, and cyborg Mark Zuckerberg has been all over the news. First, he made liberal heads explode by donating seven figures to the Trump inauguration, making a pilgrimage from his Hawaiian mansion to Mar-a-Lago to play footsie with the president-elect. Next, he announced the biggest shift in Facebook censoring policies in years: No longer will users be banned, punished, or blocked for commenting on sensitive political issues. Hell, if you wanna call a trans person mentally ill, have at it. Zuck even went as far as removing the tampons from the men’s bathroom. (GASP!) And to cap it off, he appointed Trump ally Dana White

The scale is beyond imagining, and the incompetence of city and state government so blatant, they will all need close security for the rest of their lives. Liberal talk host Bill Maher appeared on CNN this weekend and told Jake Tapper that he doesn’t think history will be kind to Joe Biden. Maher’s criticism stems mainly from Joe Biden’s decision to run for a second term before ultimately bowing out. Maher compares Biden to late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who was hailed as a hero by the left until she died during Trump’s first term, giving him the opportunity to name her replacement. While Maher is likely right about Joe Biden and history, his criticism is solely about what Biden has done to the Democrat party. Biden will not be treated kindly by history for
