The Georgia Court of Appeals has officially disqualified Fulton County DA Fani Willis from prosecuting President-elect Donald Trump and his remaining co-defendants in the crumbling 2020 election interference case. According to the 31-page decision handed down Thursday, the state's appeals court ruled that there was, in fact, a conflict of interest that arose when Willis hired special prosecutor Nathan Wade and proceeded to have an undisclosed affair with him during the prosecutorial process. (X) Applying the "appearance" standard, the three-judge panel, comprised of all GOP appointees, concluded that the "significant" "appearance of impropriety" was indeed "improper." All of the Lawfare cases brought by the Regime against Trump are ridiculous contortions of the law, but notice how they fed the most preposterous ones to big city / blue state prosecutors of color, knowingly setting them up for failure and using them as political cannon fodder. That’s how democrats roll. This is who democrats are.

Why does she even have a job? She used government money to take her adulterous lover on trips. Georgia and Fulton County have a lot of explaining to do to have allowed this to happen. I hope some Federal Funds are involved becasue then it would get very interesting.

The Wall Street Journal has an article delving into the efforts to cover up Biden’s mental state. But the article raises as many questions as it answers. I won’t dwell on the umpteenth revelations that Biden had bad days, that he had trouble remembering lines or figuring out where he was supposed to go. While preparing last year for his interview with Robert K. Hur, the special counsel who investigated Biden’s handling of classified documents, the president couldn’t recall lines that his team discussed with him. At events, aides often repeated instructions to him, such as where to enter or exit a stage, that would be obvious to the average person…

Former Cook County Prosecutor Kim Foxx is no longer authorized to practice law in Illinois after she failed to keep her license current. According to the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARCD), Foxx is "unauthorized to practice law as [the] attorney has not demonstrated required MCLE [Minimum Continuing Legal Education] compliance." Her license to practice law was suspended on Dec. 1. The liberal prosecutor told WGN-TV that the suspension was a "clerical error," saying that she had "more than enough credits." The date of the suspension came after Foxx's successor, Eileen O'Neill Burke, began her role as Cook County's top cop. O'Neill Burke as elected last month after Foxx decided not to

Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) has been rather hysterical lately about Elon Musk, who has been tasked to co-lead the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) with Vivek Ramaswamy. On Monday, Warren sent a strongly worded letter to President-elect Donald Trump to request conflict of interest rules about Musk. As The Washington Post noted about her letter and Trump addressing concerns about Trump: "The letter sent by email from the Democrat’s Senate office to Trump’s transition team notes that regular members of the Trump Vance 2025 Transition Team operate under an ethics policy that requires them to “avoid both actual and apparent conflicts of interest.”

Donald Trump’s total humiliation of ABC News over its most recent slander, delivered through the flapping gums of malignant dwarf George Stephanopoulos, was one of those delicious examples of how the New Rules keep coming around to bite the left on its collective fourth point of contact. Even a decade ago, this would not have happened. Defamation cases, particularly against public figures, were almost impossible to win and were less about money than about enraged plaintiffs tormenting those who talked bad about them. But that’s all changed. There’s big money at stake now. The left decided it was going to use legal civil lawfare, as well as criminal lawfare,

House Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Michael McCaul (R-TX) ) expressed concerns that those that were flying over military bases were adversarial and expressed his opinion that he thought they were from China. The NYPD’s highest-paid employee — who shoveled in more than $400,000 last year — filed for retirement this week and then was suspended amid an internal affairs probe into her astronomical overtime, The Post has learned. Lt. Quathisha Epps will retire just shy of 20 years with the department, sources said — an early exit that will impact her pension and cost her a $12,000-a-year supplement for cops who reach the two-decade mark. Leaving money on the table is seemingly uncharacteristic for Epps, who raised eyebrows by pulling in roughly $204,000 in overtime last year for her administrative job in NYPD Chief of Department Jeffrey Maddrey’s office, payroll records show.

Given that there were major shifts on the left in the 2024 election, is it possible that somehow sanity is breaking through? With the ongoing polarization that has burdened this country, it’s worthwhile to examine the psychological framework of leftists; both how they see themselves and how they see others. The results may also indicate whether the changes in voting behavior might continue, or whether they were situational. A phrase that’s been coined is “Left-Wing Authoritarianism” (LWA)
