Kellyanne Conway hit out at a liberal graduate student who questioned her record during President-Elect Donald Trump's first term during a Harvard University discussion.
The former advisor to the president appeared at the Ivy League institution on Tuesday to discuss the 2024 presidential election and what challenges Trump may face in his second term.
But when audience members got a chance to ask Conway some questions, second-year Master of Public Policy student Jane Petersen took the opportunity to try to slam her for once claiming there were 'alternative facts' about the size of the crowd at Trump's inauguration.

Killer mom Susan Smith has been denied parole by a unanimous vote after she sobbed and begged to be let out of prison on Wednesday.
Smith apologized for drowning her two young sons 30 years and and said she wished she could take it back.
But, true to form, Smith still refused to take full responsibility for her actions, blaming others for the choices she made.
The seven member South Carolina Board of Paroles immediately voted to deny Smith’s request. However, she will now be able to apply for parole every two years — meaning the family of her murdered sons, Alex and Michael, will have to show up to fight her request

President-elect Donald Trump announced the nomination of former Republican Congressman Pete Hoekstra as Ambassador to Canada.
“I am very pleased to announce that former Ambassador, and former Congressman, Pete Hoekstra, has been nominated as my United States Ambassador to Canada. Pete is well-respected in the Great State of Michigan — A State we won sizably,” Trump said in a statement. “He represented Michigan’s 2nd District in Congress for nearly 20 years, where he was also Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, and was a great help to our Campaign as Chairman of the Michigan Republican Party,”

The 'progressive' district attorney who prosecuted the case for the migrant who brutally murdered nursing student Laken Riley said she wouldn't seek the death penalty because it would cause 'collateral consequences to undocumented defendants.'
Jose Ibarra, 26, was convicted Wednesday on all 10 counts for his brutal slaying of the 22-year-old Augusta University student while she was jogging and got life in prison without parole.
Many Republicans were shocked that Ibarra, an undocumented migrant from Venezuela, was not given a death sentence.

Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) jumped into the discussion on biological men who identify as transgender using women’s restrooms in the United States Capitol building, stating that Delaware Rep.-elect Sarah McBride (D) was “welcome to use” his office restroom.
In a post on X, Fetterman wrote that he was not afraid to lose a job if it meant he had “to degrade anyone,” adding that “anybody” including McBride, who is the first transgender candidate to be elected to serve in Congress, was welcome to use the restroom in his office.

Delaware state senator Tim “Sarah” McBride, a biological male who has since ‘transitioned’ to a woman, became the first transgender elected to the U.S. House of Representatives after winning Delaware’s only House seat.
“Tonight is a testament to Delawareans that here in our state of neighbors, we judge candidates based on their ideas and not their identities,” McBride said earlier this month.
“While at this moment in America’s history, hope sometimes feels hard to come by, we must never forget that we are the beneficiaries of seemingly impossible change,” added McBride.

Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT) mocked his Democrat colleagues during this week’s Senate Republican Leadership press briefing, offering his pronouns before speaking.
“Hi, I’m Steve Daines. My pronouns are Republican Majority,” he said to laughs, mocking leftists who sometimes opt to display what they feel is their inclusivity by first stating their pronouns or asking for the preferred pronouns of others as to not offend, as a woman may identify as “they/them or a man may identify as “she/her.” (X Video) Daines used the rest of his remarks to send a pointed message to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (R-NY) and incumbent Sen. Bob Casey (D-PA),

The ex-girlfriend who provided crucial testimony in the Matt Gaetz sex trafficking investigation has been identified as Brianna Garcia, a former Capitol Hill intern and Democrat campaigner, the Daily Mail first reported.
Despite her previous involvement in the case, Garcia now praises Gaetz, suggesting he would serve effectively as Attorney General, a position he has been nominated for by President-elect Donald Trump.

There’s one little victory regarding the nomination of Matt Gaetz as attorney general: House Ethics won’t release the report on his alleged misdeeds, which the former Florida Republican congressman has denied—some of the allegations involved trysts with women who weren’t 18 years of age. House Speaker Mike Johnson urged members not to release the report. Today, that body obliged. With Gaetz resigning from Congress shortly after his AG nomination, the inquiry into his activities ceased (via Axios):

Panic engulfed MSNBC headquarters on Wednesday after parent company Comcast confirmed a massive spinoff of its cable properties — with a top executive even suggesting the left-leaning network may be forced to change its name.
MSNBC stars Rachel Maddow, Chris Jansing and Katy Tur joined a tense 10 a.m. meeting at 30 Rock in Midtown led by NBCUniversal chairman Mark Lazarus, who will lead the new company, sources told The Post.
Staffers fearing looming layoffs peppered him with questions about if the network will need to change its name, logos and headquarters after reports surfaced that the new entity could be cut off

If you know anything about Washington, D.C., you know that lying and backstabbing are routine. Your enemies lie, and, often, your friends lie -- or those you assume are friends. In Washington, hidden motives are a given. Sleight of hand is a card shark’s trick perfected in D.C.
When it comes to confirming Matt Gaetz as attorney general, Pete Hegseth as DoD chief, Tulsi Gabbard as DNI director, Kristi Noem at Homeland Security, and John Ratcliffe at CIA, it’s a given that hyperpartisan Democrats are going to fight their nominations. That’s as sure as it gets. But then there are establishment Republicans and pliable conservatives with hidden agendas, too.

Who is the leaker in the Trump Transition team?
Vanity Fair last Thursday evening, citing a “transition source,” dropped a hit piece on Pete Hegseth, President Trump’s nominee for Defense Secretary.
Citing two sources, Vanity Fair reported that Trump’s newly appointed Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles, was briefed about a sexual misconduct allegation involving Pete Hegseth.
“Donald Trump’s transition team scrambled Thursday after Trump’s incoming chief of staff Susie Wiles was presented with an allegation that former Fox & Friends cohost Pete Hegseth, Trump’s nominee to be Defense Secretary, had engaged in sexual misconduct. According to two sources, Wiles was briefed Wednesday night about an allegation
