Could we see a Trump November Surprise?

Original Article

If Trump closes with another battleground state surge, 2024 will be a blowout. Improbable? As of Oct. 20, Trump already held leads in all seven battleground states. And in 2020 and 2016, he closed with substantial surges in these seven states. If he only partially replicates his prior performances, it won’t matter what happens elsewhere. Seven battleground states (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin) will decide 2024’s presidential outcome — just like they did in 2020 and 2016.

But remember that the Democratic Party steals elections, count ballots multiple times, and change votes in Dominion machines.

And this year they have the advantage of knowing the Republican early-voting results to help them guage how many fraudulent ballots are needed to come from behind without making it look obvious.

Let's not count our chickens too early ... remember the "red wave" of 2022 didn't take hold. But from what I read and hear, Trump is polling better with many of the solid Democrat groups; maybe not winning them, but getting significantly higher shares than in 2016 or 2020. Blacks, especially black men, Hispanics (which some polls show him winning), Jews, Arabs/Muslim, youth. women, Catholics and Evangelicals, all ahead of past elections. It's interesting that Kamalalala and her team are spending their last week of the election trying to "firm up" that electorate while Trump is taking a flyer on New York City (probably not to win the state, but help a lot of NY congressional Republicans) and from what I hear, taking a trip to New Mexico which, along with New Hampshire and Virginia may be in play after being considered solid Blue Democrat states. This election reminds me a lot of the 1980 race between Carter and Reagan, where a close election became a blow-out in the last week. It may not be such in the electoral college, but if the Republicans can win the electoral college, popular vote, House and Senate, it's good enough for me.\ If my old feeble memory serves me, Carter was told on the trip following his last campaign stop on election eve by his advisors that there was no way they could see how he would win the election. In fact, Carter conceded the election to Reagan before the polls closed on the west coast.

I'm hoping for the best, but not betting my life on it. Remember that the Dems have the Department of Justice, so catching them cheating may have no repercussions. We need a convincing win.

Surprise? Hardly. The cheaters will have to be much smarter this time around and you won't often see "democrat" and "smart" used in the same sentence.

She came, she saw, she flopped. Kamala Harris had one job Tuesday night — to separate herself from the last four years of a failed administration and make a persuasive case that the difference between that and the next four years under her leadership would be like night and day. Achieving both goals would pose a challenge to even the most gifted and sincere candidate. Because Harris is neither, her claim that she’s ready for a promotion fell flat.

One of Puerto Rico's two "shadow senators" endorsed former President Trump only days after comic "Kill Tony" Hinchcliffe delivered a widely-criticized set demeaning the island protectorate at the Republican's New York City rally. Shadow Sen. Zoraida Buxo, a Republican, said she was proud to be back in Allentown, Pennsylvania's third-largest city, and the anchor of a key swing congressional district. Shadow Senators are elected officials who are not seated in the upper chamber, but are tasked with advocating for their territory and its statehood.

On Jan. 12, 2017, I appeared on a CNN panel to discuss current events. It was memorable, and not just because we were taping from the roof of a building near the U.S. Capitol as part of the outlet’s special coverage of Trump’s first inauguration. Just as we were about to go on, we were significantly delayed by President Barack Obama surprising Vice President Joe Biden with a Presidential Medal of Freedom. As I recall, there were maybe five or six of us on set, including former Obama political appointee Jim Sciutto and host Jake Tapper, two of the four authors of the most important story of the entire Russia collusion

House Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., on Monday told voters in Pennsylvania that the "little secret" former President Trump mentioned at his Madison Square Garden rally is a get-out-the-vote strategy, not something "diabolical." Democrats have been in panic since Trump teased Sunday that his "little secret" with Johnson would help Republicans keep the House of Representatives come Election Day. A New York Times article suggested that in the worst case scenario, Democrats feared Johnson would work with Trump to steal the election and stop the certification of results on Jan. 6. 2025, should Vice President Harris win. "It’s nothing scandalous, but

The propaganda campaign labeling Donald Trump as an aspiring dictator determined to use the military and national security apparatus against his political opponents is designed not to affect the upcoming election but rather to shape the post-election environment. It is the central piece of a narrative that, by characterizing Trump as a tyrant (indeed likening him to Hitler), establishes the conditions for violence — not just another attempt on Trump’s life, but political violence on a massive scale intended to destabilize the country. As I write in my forthcoming book Disappearing the President, Democratic Party research and media reports show that many senior party officials and operatives are preparing for

Nothing says joy like an abortion, am I right? If you cringed reading that, take it up with Vice President Kamala Harris. On Friday, just 11 days from the election, the Democratic presidential nominee campaigned in Houston in part to boost the Democrat running for the Senate. But she wasn't here only for a Senate race.By talking about abortion and basking in the fame of a celebrity or two, Harris tried to make an example of Texas while peddling a false narrative about joy and freedom to women. This lawfare against Donald Trump has been their beginning argument, middle argument, and ending argument. It obviously has backfired completely. The whole goal was to make sure that Donald Trump would be imprisoned, bankrupted, so discouraged, so distracted by being off the campaign trail dealing with these various examples of lawfare from Democrat prosecutors at the federal and state and local level, that he wouldn't win. Well, he's about to win, most likely, and it is a stunning rejection by the American people of that lawfare campaign.

For a candidate who has inexplicably changed her view on every major issue, perhaps it’s not surprising that Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign has also done a complete 180. What began this summer with an explosion of “joy” and “good vibes” has suddenly morphed into something very different, now that we're closing in on the election. Democrats seized on Harris’ happy persona and her big smile, and for a while, that seemed to be enough to put her within striking distance of former President Donald Trump. It also helped that she wasn’t her boss, President Joe Biden, whose decline had become impossible to cover up.

This was always going to be a tough year for Senate Democrats because Republicans have the most favorable Senate map they’ve had in years. Assuming Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) prevails in his race against Rep. Colin Allred (D-TX), who he’s currently leading in the RealClearPolitics average of polls by 4.2 points, and Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL) defeats his opponent, former Rep. Debbie Mucarsel-Powell (D-FL), whom he is leading by an average of 5 points, Republicans are widely expected to take back control of the Senate in November.

In the section of Wheeling in which I grew up, there was rumored to be a single Republican. We divined his political affiliation from the short sleeve white shirt and skinny black tie he wore to work each day. Even in the 1960s, no one dressed that way unless you were a Republican. In the first presidential election in which I could vote, I supported George McGovern and ran to be elected a delegate to the Democratic National Convention. I lost. So did George, who could not even claim to be victimized by the Electoral College. Richard Nixon carried 49 states.

Although she acknowledged the Muslim and Arab American community is not a monolithic voting bloc, Dingell argued they need to be told Trump would only be harmful to them.

President Joe Biden overshadowed his vice president Kamala Harris' big 'closing' campaign speech by calling Donald Trump's supporters 'garbage' in an astonishing outburst. The 81-year-old commander-in-chief's bombshell gaffe evoked memories of Hillary Clinton's infamous dismissal of Trump voters as 'deplorables' in 2016, which contributed to her shock loss. It came as Harris was hoping to capture the nation's full attention with a carefully planned rally in front of the White House for 75,000 Democrats one week before Election Day. She used the event to make her final case, declaring she would be a unifying president 'for all Americans'.

Addressing a crowd of supporters from the Ellipse in downtown Washington, D.C. — the same spot where Trump, on January 6, 2021, infamously urged his followers to march on the Capitol — Harris cited the Capitol riot as the primary example of her opponent’s unfitness for office. “Look, we know who Donald Trump is.
