A small-town bakery in a key swing state is using cookies to add extra sweetness and competition to the upcoming presidential election. Lochel’s Bakery in Hatboro, Pa., is tracking the sales of their red Trump cookies and blue Harris cookies as customers from across the country are placing orders to show support for their candidate. As of Friday morning, the shop has sold a whopping 5,200 Trump cookies vs. 500 Harris cookies. (snip) Lochel has hosted the informal poll since 2012, predicting the outcome of three of the last four elections, Fox29 reported.

OK, someone needs to get a Victory Cookie meme going. The Haitians eating pets has been hilarious. Don't know if cookies can meet that high bar but it is worth a shot. America full of clever, talented, sarcastic, funny people. Tried to order some but on back order with no specific shipping date. Took a pass but they looked delicious.

This is no different than Joe Biden losing 16 of the 17 bellwether counties across the U.S. in 2020. I pray that many of the people who helped Joe cheat in 2020 realize what kind of damage their actions have done to this country.

The reason for this outcome is as plain as day. The bakery is "tracking the sales of their red Trump cookies and blue Harris cookies". Everyone should know, without asking, that All the 'Blue Cookie' people want the cookies for FREE! " W'at U Means, I Got's to PAY?..... 'Eff Dat! " " U Gib's Dem to Me fo' Free, or U Bee's Racis'! "

The Black Insurrectionist did the legwork and obtained what appears to be a duly signed affidavit from an ABC employee attesting under oath to the network’s staggering corruption to ensure that Kamala Harris won her single debate against Donald Trump. Secret negotiations, bias, squashed issues, sample questions...it’s all there. Of course, we have only this unknown employee’s sworn assertion that these things happened but, if they did...oh my! Here’s the tweet with the somewhat redacted affidavit: (snip) And—what should worry ABC and Kamala’s campaign—the affiant claims to "have secretly recorded several conversations"

Northwestern University, a prestigious college in Illinois, recently adopted a policy that would punish students for making fat jokes. The university included weight and height on its list of “protected characteristics” in its 2024 discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct policy, placing the traits alongside attributes like race and gender. Making jokes about these protected characteristics runs afoul of the policy and can result in sanctions for students, staff or faculty, according to the university.

Pope Francis on Friday slammed both major U.S. presidential candidates as "against life," because of Vice President Kamala Harris's stance on abortion, and former President Donald Trump's stance on immigration, but told Americans to choose the "lesser of two evils." The pope, who has weighed in on politics as the head of the Catholic Church more than his recent predecessors, did not indicate which candidate was considered the "lesser of two evils." (snip) The pope previously blasted Trump for his immigration policies in the 2016 presidential election, because of his desire to build a border wall. Francis claimed that anyone who did so was "not a Christian."

The union representing the nation’s postal workers, who will handle millions of ballots as part of the mass vote-by-mail system, endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris for president on Thursday. Voters are being asked to trust an election system in which a key part of the process of casting votes is controlled by an organization loyal to one candidate. In Illinois, they've figured out how to save the planet: They're snatching the mini-shampoo bottles off your sink at that pricey hotel you're staying at and making you use a big communal bottle instead. No more cute souvenirs of your travels for you. According to Illinois Policy, which appears to be a local think tank: The days are numbered for small shampoo bottles in Illinois hotels because of a new law signed by Gov. J.B. Pritzker. Hotels with more than 50 rooms are banned from providing single-use plastic bottles of shampoo, mouthwash and other toiletries starting July 1, 2025. If a hotel has less than 50 rooms, the law takes effect on Jan. 1, 2026.

George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley on Friday said that Judge Juan Merchan’s decision to delay former President Donald Trump’s sentencing could be an effort to avoid boosting his campaign. Merchan had scheduled Trump’s sentencing for Sept. 18, but on Friday, he postponed the date to Nov. 26 “if necessary,” according to his order. Turley, on “America Reports,” claimed that Merchan’s rulings against Trump during his case were advantageous to his reelection bid, suggesting that maintaining the September sentencing date would have further intensified support for the former president.
