FBI’s 4-Acre Geofence Dragnet at the

The FBI’s “alarming” use of general warrants to scoop up the private location data of the devices of thousands of people on Jan. 6, 2021, was a violation of the Fourth Amendment that enabled an illegal four-acre dragnet to generate criminal charges without probable cause, defense attorneys argue in federal court filings. In the wake of the protests and violence at the U.S. Capitol, the FBI served search warrants on technology giant Google Inc. and telecommunication companies, including AT&T.

Comments:

Google is evil, working hand in glove with the Deep State to suppress the truth and surveil dissidents who are opposed to their tyranny.

So what? The DC judges are going to send you to jail for 20 years even if you got a parking ticket on Jan 6th. Unless SCOTUS insists that these folks be released immediately, they'll continue to lie in Democrat run gulags for a long, long time.

I'm unable to access the article but I'm wondering from just reading the 'blurb' above that if the FBI can find thousands of people who all had cell phones in D.C. on jan.6th by using technology could they also find and identify people who attend Trump rallies? Chilling indeed.

If/when this case gets up to the Supreme Court, Democrats, liberals, and assorted media will use any ruling against the FBI geofence dragnet use of tech information as proof that the SC Justices are right wing lunatics incapable of making unbiased decisions. Even if the decision is 9-0, they will claim that the SC is so badly corrupted that the current conservative justices must be impeached immediately and more liberal justices must be added immediately to "balance" the court.

Good advice poster #3, but remember...when buying that burner phone at Walmart, be sure to wear a face mask and a good pair of dark sunglasses so the FBI can't use some facial recognition technology to find you. Just dress like all the people rioting on campuses against Israel.

There was a major problem with the 2020 Census, and most people probably haven’t heard about it, even though it has enormous implications. At the end of May, the Census Bureau admitted that it miscounted 14 states in the 2020 Census. Why didn’t the media make a big stink about this story? Maybe it was overshadowed by the recent mass shootings, that’s certainly a possibility, but I have another theory. Here are the states that the Census acknowledged it overcounted: Hawaii, Delaware, Rhode Island, Minnesota, New York, and Massachusetts. Here are the states that the Census acknowledged it undercounted: Texas, Illinois, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Arkansas.

They suppress anything that defies their narrative and they amplify anything that supports it.

The Harris campaign runs misleading Google ads that look like news articles published by the establishment media, an Axios analysis found Tuesday. The strategy harnesses the ambiguous nature of the media’s oftentimes pro-Harris coverage with actual Harris campaign advertising. The Harris campaign edits the ads that “make it appear as if the Guardian, Reuters, CBS News and other major publishers are on her side,” Axios reported. “It’s a common practice in the commercial advertising world that doesn’t violate Google’s policies, but the ads mimic real news results from Search closely enough that they have news outlets caught off guard.” “According to Google’s ad transparency center,
