Report: Secret Service Reportedly Ignored
Warning About Man With Rifle on Roof

Original Article

An eyewitness at the Trump rally in Pennsylvania claims he saw a man with a rifle on a rooftop. He said he warned authorities but was ignored. "We couldn't see [Trump], but we could hear him. So we walked up probably five to seven minutes from Trump speaking—I'm estimating here, I've no idea. But we noticed the guy crawling, bear-crawling up the roof of the building beside us, fifty feet away from us. So we're standing there, you know, we're pointing, we're pointing at that guy crawling up the roof." "He had a gun, right?"

A sniper in easy shooting distance on a roof. Come on, who could have planned for that?

Actually, the witness says that the SS countersnipers couldn't see him because he was on the reverse slope of the roof until he popped up to shoot. And apparently the cops on the ground were too close, couldn't see up the roof angle, needed to be farther away.

And if he could pop up that quickly, zero in and take a killing head shot, which he almost did, this was no amateur nutcase.

Okay, I'm not the smartest person in the room, but from what I've heard about sharpshooters, they never miss. My dad was one in WWII. He could sit outside on the big swing and shoot at squirrels running up his pecan trees and hit them with a BB rifle. How did this sharpshooter miss? Watching the video, Trump's head was almost motionless fractions of seconds before the shot. Do you think he meant to miss? I'm just wondering out loud. I could be way off the mark so sorry if I sound stupid.

I'm trying to figure out where the spectator was sitting who lost his life. I don't see anyone in the video being struck. That bullet must have been way off target. Unless the shooter was trying to take out some bystanders.

#6, you might guess that he intended to miss; but the converse is, NO way even a sharpshooter who wants to miss could just clip his ear for show from that distance. However, the cynic in me wants to suggest that Biden cancelled his plans and rushed home to get an answer to your main question... HOW did he miss?

I think it's unlikely this guy was a pro. Wrong rifle. Wrong cartridge. Thank God!! A pro would have had DJT dead on the only shot. A pro would have been 1000 yards out with a 338 Lapua, taken 1 shot, not a fusillade, and probably had a chance to get away. Not this guy on a roof a stone's throw away. An angry liberal, a tranny with a manifesto, not a pro.

Re #6, two things. One, very likely not a trained shooter. Second, apparently over the back of the roof, where he couldn't be seen, then pop up, find target and engage in a hurry before countersnipers killed him. Hurry and probably not a trained individual, but who knows? Until we know who the guy was, and find out some background, could be anyone.

I saw the “purported” photo of the POS on Twitter. Didn’t look Asian, but he was pretty splattered. Good shooting. Why not a scoped . 308? It would just take one, if he was good. This guy apparently was. All speculation at this point.

looking at the overhead sat photos. There is a taller building behind the building the shooter used, and way too close to see that roof back slope. They could only barely see him from pretty much a position nearly along the ridgeline from the end of the building, and several hundred yards away. The countersnipers couldn't see him until he popped up above the ridge line, and he had a few seconds to pop up, shoot and then die in the return gunfire. Close shot...135 yards by my measurement. But a snap shot like that is difficult, thank goodness.

Looking ahead, given the democrat bloodlust to "get" Trump and now, to get rid of Biden, to make way for a more pro-Islam, pro-communist candidate, don't be surprised if a shooter with a cold blue heart, takes out Biden, conveniently wearing a red hat...The Trump garb thing worked to a T on J6/'21, the architects of which remain free, embedded in our Federal government.

The director must resign along with those agents who saw the guy crawling up the building but did nothing. Heads should roll hard and fast. These men and women have a very specialized job and politics should play zero part in it. I also question the effectiveness of women in this role. They have their place but physically protecting the President is not one of them. Today the female agent’s head barely reached Trump’s chin. Some jobs require males to do them and this is one of them. Women have no business attempting to do a job they are physically unfit to do. It can get someone killed. Their earnest attempt at “protecting” the President looked ridiculous. Time to stop pretending. This is not a movie where women are stronger and bigger than men. This is a matter of life and death.

Agree with #10, #14 and others that the females assigned to the detail were not adequate to protect the president. Women have their place in protecting family members, but the female agents were on the wrong assignment today. I'm not sure that they could be on Melania's detail because she is so tall.

US authorities obtained intelligence from a human source in recent weeks on a plot by Iran to try to assassinate Donald Trump, a development that led to the Secret Service increasing security around the former president in recent weeks, multiple people briefed on the matter told CNN. There’s no indication that Thomas Matthew Crooks, the would-be assassin who attempted to kill the former president on Saturday, was connected to the plot, the sources said. The existence of the intelligence threat from a hostile foreign intelligence agency — and the enhanced security for Trump — raises new questions about the security lapses at the Saturday rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, and how a 20-year-old

Faced with the electoral consequences of his corrosive inflationary wave, especially in shelter costs, Biden has to come up with some promised policy solution. And that is ... federal rent control: President Joe Biden is ready to propose a 5% cap on annual rent increases for tenants of major landlords as he tries to show he’s doing something about the high cost of housing, according to a person familiar with the plan.
