Vice President Kamala Harris would be pressured to bring together leaders of the executive cabinet to push President Biden out of office via the 25th Amendment, under a new resolution introduced by Representative Chip Roy (R., Texas) on Friday.
The resolution calls on Harris and members of the cabinet to “activate section 4 of the 25th Amendment to declare President Joseph R. Biden incapable of executing the duties of his office and to immediately exercise powers as Acting President.” The aforementioned section allows the vice president and a majority of the executive cabinet to decide whether the president is fit to serve.

Can anyone explain why there are so many Republicans who want Biden to leave office or drop out from the presidential campaign? Why ask for what the Democrats want?

Biden only has another 6 or 8 months left in his term. Why remove him and place another Obama puppet in his place.
The President has veto power over Congress, but the Congress also has veto power over the President. Fight everything he does until he is gone. Vote in Congress to close the border, NOW.

For the sake of the country, leave Joe in office. You have no idea how much greater damage Kamala could due to the country in six months.

How about a resolution to declare the J6 committee invalid and everything they did null and void? Do something meaningful and keep Steve Bannon out of prison!
Are there any Reps with actual spines? This is just moronic!

I have said for months. Way before the debate debacle that Joe would not be on the ticket. I think they realize that all the media cover and gaslighting will not work anymore. Seems like now that "Doctor" Jill is the only remaining major barrier to his replacement. I would love to be a fly on the WH situation room right now. It looks like even the fawning media is waking up. Not that they care what's good for the country...only that the puppet remains to obey their agenda. My bet is on Newsome. He wants it badly and tradeoffs are being made now behind closed doors.

My thoughts:
1. It keeps the focus on Biden’s dementia and incapacity as President.
2. Even if he is replaced, Kamala can’t win.
3. If Kamala is President, it makes it very ugly for them to select anyone else at the convention ( some with a shot of winning… Obama…Newsom).

They'll have to eliminate Dr. Jill somehow, to make it happen. Bidet, with all of his faults, was the candidate chosen fair and square (eye roll here) by the dem voters in the primaries. How will that set with their vow to save our democracy? The next few months will be interesting, to say the least.

This sounds like a stupid move when your opponent is self-destructing UNLESS you are playing the reverse psychology game. How much of a psychic hit would liberals take when a Republican 'has his way' with them?
I think he might see the worst outcome as being the perception of Republicans having taken charge and achieving the 25th Amendment solution and the best outcome would be liberals stiffening their necks and plowing ahead with Biden regardless.
