WILMINGTON, Delaware — Yesterday, a 12-person jury was swiftly selected in the gun trial of Hunter Biden. Behind him sat First Lady Jill Biden in a show of solidarity. Seated next to her was Hunter's current wife, Melissa Cohen, and his half-sister, Ashley Biden, making the criminal proceedings feel like family court. An assembly of Secret Service agents surrounded the Biden family. Of the jury pool, many knew the Bidens in some way. It was like six degrees of separation: Delaware edition.
One potential juror said he used to play squash with Beau Biden, Hunter's late brother, and competed in at least one tournament together.

When an elderly relative is dying and the inevitable finally arrives, it still hurts a great deal. From the beginning, I had no faith in the legal process that has convicted Donald Trump in New York. Taking into account the prosecutor, the charges, the venue, the biased judicial oversight, and the sui generis nature of the proceedings, it was pretty obvious the fix was in from the beginning. But his conviction is a depressing spectacle all the same. It felt like we woke up in a different country on Friday.
Until the news arrived, I had not completely lost hope. After all, it was a jury trial.

Another criminal referral to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) soon may be made by members of the U.S. Congress to investigate Dr. Anthony Fauci for lying under oath to Congress, which is a felony crime. Representative Jim Comer, chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, soon may follow Senator Rand Paul in requesting that the DOJ to criminally investigate Fauci for lying under oath to Congress.
But lying to Congress does not even begin to compare with or address the horrendous amount of suffering and death caused by the toxic health care policies and hospital protocols developed and promulgated by Anthony Fauci

Lenard Larry McKelvey, aka ‘Charlamagne Tha God,’ went on CNN over the weekend and dropped a take on the Trump guilty verdict that wasn’t shocking. However, it continues to send the Left into cardiac arrest, especially those in CNN’s front office. The liberal media is doing a full-court press in selling the ‘Trump is a felon’ talking point. No one cares, especially those in the Republican Party who think this hush money trial in Manhattan, for which former President Donald Trump was found guilty on all 34 counts, was a political witch hunt.

The Obama/Biden/Soros cabal is nearing its fourth term running America, driving this once great nation into the ditch of communism and tyranny.
Last week, America finally crossed the Rubicon from a nation of liberty and the rule of law to a banana republic thugocracy where the ruling party indicts, arrests, and imprisons its political opposition.
The Rubicon is a boundary or limiting line. The expression is a few thousand years old,
In 49 B.C., Julius Caesar led his army to the banks of the Rubicon, a small river that marked the boundary between Italy and Gaul.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) on Monday testified before a House Select Subcommittee on the Covid origins, lockdowns and phony medical guidance.
Dr. Fauci was the face of the Covid lockdowns, unnecessary masking, social distancing, and lies about the ‘Wuhan lab leak’ theory.
During his testimony on Monday, citing faulty analysis by elitist media doctor and Covid vaccine promotor Dr. Peter Hotez, Fauci said the unvaccinated are responsible for an additional 200,000 – 300,000 COVID deaths.

Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters (CA) called Trump supporters “domestic terrorists” during an appearance on MSNBC as she discussed the guilty verdict against Trump.
Waters also said Trump is pushing America toward a civil war.
“Let me just say this, I am worried that he is so divisive and that he is talking about retribution and about revenge and I think that is dangerous. He has even mentioned civil war saying there will be bloodshed,” Waters said.
“I will spend some time with the criminal justice system, with the justice system asking them, tell us what’s going on with the domestic terrorists?

Donald Trump has been convicted by a jury in Manhattan. “I was convicted. I’m appealing!” Most of us have a TV legal drama perspective. I rise to shine light on this process so that we can properly understand how a guilty verdict was reached in a case where Donald Trump did nothing illegal, immoral, or fattening.
A prosecution must satisfy conditions laid out in the Constitution, which is, should anyone forget, the highest law of the land. It specifies safeguards for the legal process. In the 5th Amendment, we find “No person… shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law…”

Just days after former President Donald Trump was found guilty by 12 Manhattan jurors in a sham trial that should have been nothing more than a misdemeanor, people are wondering how Trump would be protected if he goes to jail. In an unprecedented outcome, challenges arise for how the Secret Service would adapt if corrupt Judge Juan Merchan sentences Trump to prison.
In a statement to Fox News Digital, the Secret Service said the guilty verdict "has no bearing on the manner in which the United States Secret Service carries out its protective mission.”

Disgraced Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell weighed on the chilling conviction of President Trump for allegedly “falsifying business documents” and received a blistering response from conservatives on social media.
As the Gateway Pundit reported, the rigged New York City jury convicted Trump on ALL 34 COUNTS in Alvin Bragg and corrupt Judge Juan Merchan’s lawfare case Thursday afternoon.
A giddy Merchan saluted the jury members for their “dedication and hard work” after one of American history’s greatest travesties of justice.

It’s the middle of the night as I write this, and I’m deeply troubled by Trump’s conviction. Why? Perhaps I’m hyper-partisan, perhaps not. I know I’ll never forget where I was when I heard about his conviction. I knew I’d remember it forever, just as I did when I first heard about 9/11, Neil Armstrong walking on the moon, President Kennedy’s assassination or the Soviet Union breathing its last. They were all moments when the clock stood still. The world was never quite the same afterward, and the question, always, was what comes next.

The fix was in against Donald Trump. You knew it, they knew it, everyone knew it. The Left didn't even try to hide it. New York DA Alvin Bragg campaigned on nailing Trump, and he received money from a George Soros-supported group. Judge Juan Merchan repeatedly slammed down Trump's defense, let the prosecution run wild, and gave the Manhattan jury instructions that took them by the hand and walked them directly to a guilty verdict. This miscarriage of justice was so conspicuous and outrageous that Trump's 2024 campaign site crashed from people trying to donate.
