President Trump was back in court on Wednesday morning in Alvin Bragg’s ‘hush money’ show trial in New York City.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump in April 2023 on 34 felony counts related to ‘hush payments’ he made to Stormy Daniels.
Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.
The jury deliberations began on Wednesday after Judge Merchan instructed them to choose among the three predicate crimes Trump supposedly committed.

During portions of an interview with CBS News Immigration and Politics Reporter Camilo Montoya-Galvez that took place last Thursday and were released on Tuesday, DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas stated that the Biden administration has “done an extraordinary job to deal with an unprecedented level of migration,” and that the unprecedented levels of migration are due to other factors.
Mayorkas responded to arguments that the Biden administration has encouraged people to come to the border by stating, “That is false. If we take a look at migration, not just at our southern border, but in context, the level of migration throughout the hemisphere is unprecedented. And throughout the world,

It appears the stress of puppeteering her dementia-ridden husband’s failing campaign has finally gotten the better of first lady Jill Biden.
Until now she has attempted to appear calm and unruffled in public despite the undoubted chaos behind the scenes of the Biden administration, but Mrs. Biden appeared to completely snap during what should have been a softball appearance on “The View” on Wednesday.
Taking her place among those illustrious ladies the day after the Biden campaign’s disastrous news conference outside the courthouse housing Donald Trump’s current trial, Biden made all sorts of dire claims that made Robert De Niro’s hysterical speech look downright mundane in comparison.

The charges against 10-time PGA Tour winner Scottie Scheffler were dismissed on Wednesday, nearly two weeks after he was arrested just before the second round of the PGA Championship in Kentucky.
Jefferson County Attorney Mike O’Connell addressed the court and filed a motion to have all charges against the two-time major winner dismissed after finding in the prosecutor’s investigation that the evidence corroborated his claim that it was all a "misunderstanding."
Scheffler, 27, was facing four charges including felony assault over injuries a Louisville Metro Police Department officer sustained during the encounter on May 17.

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is planning to virtually nominate President Joe Biden as the party’s presidential nominee ahead of their convention in August.
DNC Chairman Jaime Harrison issued a statement on Tuesday in which he explained that the Democrat Party would be taking matters into their own hands and holding a “virtual roll,” in order to ensure that Biden appears on the ballot in all 50 states, according to the Hill.Under Ohio law, political parties are required to certify their presidential and vice presidential nominees at least 90 days before an election. However, the Democrat Party’s convention is scheduled to occur between August 19-22,

In a memo published on May 8th, Xavier Becerra, Biden’s Secretary of Health and Human Services, announced a new plan to address “racial inequities” in the organ transplant industry. The plan, which covers 90 of the 257 transplant hospitals in the U.S., proposes a points system to grade the included hospitals.
Under this points system, a hospital earns a point for any successful kidney transplant, but 1.2 points for a kidney transplant with a low-income recipient as part of a “health equity performance adjustment.”
While the system is ostensibly colorblind, the Biden administration’s announcement gives race as a motivating factor: Becerra stated that the policy represents the Biden administration

First Lady Jill Biden said Wednesday on ABC’s “The View” that American voters will choose “good” President Joe Biden over “evil” former President Donald Trump. (snip) Biden added, “Those polls are going to turn. I’m confident of it because as time goes on and as people start to focus a little bit more about what’s at stake and start to become educated on the issues and the differences between the two men, I believe Americans are going to choose good over evil.”

Few people were reportedly in attendance at a Joe Biden rally in Philadelphia on Wednesday, despite Pennsylvania being an important swing state for him to win.
Photos showing vast spaces of emptiness at the Philadelphia rally began to circulate on Wednesday from New York Post reporter Steven Nelson. “Photos from President Biden’s Philadelphia rally: the school’s gym is only about half full of supporters A good amount of space is empty and spacious press workspace takes up the rest,” Nelson noted on X. (X) Pennsylvania represents one of the many swing states Biden would have to win to defeat former President Trump in November.

Amid world outcry against an Israeli airstrike that took out two Hamas terrorist leaders but also reportedly killed dozens of Palestinian civilians, Israel Defense Forces said Tuesday that the “small munitions” used in the attack simply could not have caused the fire that caused such devastation. They think a Hamas ammunition storage facility may be to blame:
The Israel Defense Forces said Tuesday that a hidden store of weapons may have been the actual cause of a deadly blaze in southern Gaza’s Rafah, and that an airstrike that targeted an adjacent area had used small munitions that would not ignite such a fire on their own.
The military suspects that the munitions

Across the dial, the Regime Media’s network evening newscasts showed mixed interest in covering an embarrassing blow to the Biden administration’s efforts in Gaza: the partial collapse of the temporary pier built at President Biden’s behest, in order to expedite the delivery of relief supplies to the civilian population- known derisively as “Port Biden”. The most through reporting comes via NBC’s Raf Sanchez, who filed this dispatch within his Rafah recap: RAF SANCHEZ: Meanwhile, NBC News has learned the U.S. military has been forced to halt aid deliveries into Gaza by sea, after three officials said bad weather damaged its temporary pier. Protesters may be the least of the Democratic Party’s concerns in Chicago after the mother of the Biden family black sheep timed a tell-all release for the week of the convention.
A settlement may have been reached last summer in the child support payment case between Hunter Biden and his former lover Lunden Roberts, but it appeared silence from the mother of Navy Joan Roberts was no part of the deal. Tuesday, word got out that the one-time stripper and executive assistant to the scandal-ridden Biden was releasing a book on Aug. 20, the second day of the Democratic National Convention.

There are two times people make really bad mistakes: When they’re over-confident and when they’re desperate. The Biden administration is not over-confident. Desperation is why it dragged out an over-the-hill, minimally coherent, not-very-bright actor to be its spokesman regarding the show trial that Alvin Bragg and Judge Juan Merchan have staged in Manhattan to try to sideline Trump’s increasingly successful candidacy.
The big headline was that Robert De Niro spoke outside the courthouse where the Trump trial was being held. I’ll have more on that in a minute, but the real news should be that it was the Biden administration that organized De Niro’s appearance, along with the
