President Trump was back in court on Wednesday morning in Alvin Bragg’s ‘hush money’ show trial in New York City. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump in April 2023 on 34 felony counts related to ‘hush payments’ he made to Stormy Daniels. Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA, Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer. The jury deliberations began on Wednesday after Judge Merchan instructed them to choose among the three predicate crimes Trump supposedly committed.

The two lawyers on this jury should be able to see that the prosecution did not prove their case, they should also be able to see how this judge has been totally unfair to Trump thoughout. ALL the legal eagles have denounced this case and IF those two lawyers vote gulity they better be able to defend why because they will be scrutinzed, and if they vote guilty it may even affect their future for not standing up3 for what is just. If they are at all honest and worth their salt as attorneys then they better vote not guilty. Time will tell.

I’m praying for every member of that jury to have had their eyes opened to what is happening to our justice system in this trial, as so many others have done across this country and the world. I pray that they realize their responsibility to do what is right before God - not only for Donald Trump, but for the integrity of the rule of law and the future of our government and our people, and that they will do right. It is very true that this trial isn’t about Donald Trump. It is about US - every citizen - including them.

I might be wrong but the two lawyers on the jury are there for the sole purpose to browbeat any juror who will not agree to convict. There second purpose is to become gadflies on all msm to claim that any juror who did not vote to convict was bought and paid for by Trump world. This trial was staged and will continue to be staged - it is the marxist way.

Sorry. But I don't put much faith on the lawyers on the jury to provide reason and knowledge of the law. After all, it's the 99% of lawyers who give the remaining 1% of them a bad name. Or, upon seeing a gravestone reading "Here lies an honest man and a lawyer," a bystander remarked "When did they start burying two men in a grave? "

Judge Merchan gave the jury a MENU of crime options to choose from so that they could pick the crime that they each best felt closest matched the prosecutions case. 12 people might all have different choices and all of the options might be chosen. How could Trump have defended himself against this if he never knew what he was actually was charged with until the jury instructions? How could Trump defend himself when the jury is allowed to choose the crime to match what they feel matched the evidence presented?

Now let see. After final arguments were completed, not one, but three alleged crimes were reviewed. All three have not been substantiated by evidence substantiated by witnesses testimony. They were unsubstantiated assertions made in the prosecution’s closing arguments. That the prosecution could not home in on one shows the prosecution was throwing out anything they thought might stick to the wall. Considering that it was likely that all could not agree on the same assertion he would accept every juror agree to any combination, he would consider it a guilty verdict.
